Terrible products, terrible customer service. waited nearly a year for a rifle despite a delivery date of 2 months after purchase. I understand delays but when they stopped responding to my emails when asking time frames I asked for a refund. took 6 weeks and they sent me a check for just over half the purchase. Now they had shipped the barrel, but i didnt order pieces of a rifle delivered part by part. Talked with several gun stores around the valley they didnt have anything too positive to say about Desert Tech. If people in your industry dont respect you maybe its time to close shop. do not buy from this company.

RIFLE JUST VANISHED - NO RESPONSE FROM DESERT TECH!Placed an order on Feb 17th 2021 via my FFL in the Chicago area. Was told 4-8 week lead time - on the seventh week my FFL called me and said that Desert Tech has confirmed the rifle is in final inspection and come into the shop to fill out paper work because the rifle will be arriving soon. Two weeks went buy and the rifle never showed up, there was an invoice and everything provided from Desert Tech to my FFL. My FFL contacted them and they had no answers for where my rifle mysteriously disappeared too....Desert Tech put me back to the end of the line with no explanation. I submitted an email to them via their website and called.....No response from Desert Tech what so ever. I am a USMC veteran, not that it matters...but all my fellow Marines and service men will hear about this experience with this firearm manufacturer I can assure you.

I placed a order on 308 ammo back in January. Not sure why its taking so long, when literally any other website you go to have 308 ammo in stock.I emailed for a refund. So well see if this 3 star review goes from 5, or 1 lol.

16 week MINIMUM lead time on orders. No, its not COVID related. They were 6 months behind schedule before COVID. They just dont have the manufacturing capacity to handle orders.
