I bought a nice gun there and a ton of ammo and they gave me a fancy handgun haven reusable shopping bag that i now use for hikes and the sorti looked at more than 3 different places and handgun haven had the best price for the gun that i wanted, though i am sad they only had 5 magazines in stock at the time

Interesting store! A unique approach with just a focus on handguns. I only went there one time but the guy who helped me out definitely knew his stuff backwards and forwards. He was helpful and spent time with me letting me look at a lot of different pistols. Would recommend!

Bought a kimber 1911 .45 from these guys and I love it. Adam was awesome to work with and was able to answer every question I had easily. I have been to the store before and the selection was nice and the guy was helpful but today ruined any chances of me going there ever again. I just bought a new Walther but the place i bought it from didnt have any ammo. I called Handgun Haven and asked if they had any 380 ammo in stock. The employees response was yes we do have that in stock but we are reserving it for people who also buy new guns in 380. so if you want a $20 box of ammo get ready to also buy a new gun every time you run out of ammo. Good to know that i dont need to waste any money with them.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone

Bought a VP9sk yesterday and I couldnt be happier. Store is neat and the customer service was great. I was impressed with this shop.

After purchasing a handgun from them online I promptly made the payment, 10 days later still no communication or response from them, they have my money but I do not have the product I purchased and they will not respond to my email, phone call, or text, i will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Purchased a 1911 for EDC. Went in several different times and they were more than willing to show me multiple brands and styles until I narrowed it down to a Kimber Super Carry Ultra+. Way too many to choose from and awesome customer service and the price was excellent as well.

Great selection, great staff, best prices around and the lowest transfer fee Ive found. If they dont have it, theyll order it. They focus mainly on hand guns if the title wasnt a dead giveaway. Visited these guys a couple months ago to look at their inventory, they Know what they’re talking about! Today, I went in to make a purchase, John helped me both times and was able to answer all of my questions. Overall everything went really smooth, and I will be here again in the future!

When I found that not only did they have the handgun I wanted (P226 Legion, hard to find) in stock, but that they had an amazing layaway policy (20% down, 120 days), I couldnt resist picking it up! According to my receipt, I was layaway #6. They even slipped in a Black Friday deal on top of it, and it basically saved me the cost of tax on it! Woooo! The guys here seem pretty knowledgeable, and they have a TON of handguns of all makes, models, and calibers in stock. They can also order in all sorts of other stuff, and have great prices and a great selection on ammo. For picking up pistols, this will now always be my first choice!

Absolutely terrible experience and worse customer service. I purchased a .357 revolver and some ammo on a Friday morning back in July. That evening I took it to the range and the transfer bar broke after a couple rounds. I took it back in on Monday and they apologized and said they would send it back to the manufacturer for repair and that I should expect 6-8 weeks to get it back. I wasnt super thrilled that it broke and would take so long to repair, but I was fine with them getting it taken care of. I waited patiently for over 3 months, and never heard anything so I called them to ask for an update. They said that they didnt have an update for me but would find out. This had already been quite a bit longer than they told me it would take. They never called back with an update. I sent an email expressing my frustrations and asking for an update or a refund and they still have never answered. It has been over 17 weeks now with no updates, and no communication. I called again today and was told that they would contact the manufacturer and get an update for me, which is the exact same thing I was told over a month ago.

I purchased two firearms at this location over the last year. I like this place, I like the employees, what I don’t like are their hours they don’t really coincide with my availability they do say that you can set up an appointment but you can never get a hold of Adam his voicemail is full and he doesn’t answer the phone nor does he reply to text so there really isn’t a way to set up an appointment, you just have to deal with the hours of operations that they give you. I’ll shop elsewhere

Made a purchase online and I never received the item and this company doesnt answer their phone, return email or voicemails or answer their online message form. I had to call the bank after 16 days of zero contact from his company who had no problem taking my money but cant seem to do their part and send the item or answer any customer inquiries. Thieves.

Passed by the shop several times and noticed it from the freeway. Finally decided to stop in after work last week.The building was super clean and inviting to customers. Well-maintained. So thats a plus.Firearm selection was a bit small, but well-rounded. Prices average compared to current market. They appear to deal with new firearms primarily, so dont stop looking for a decent amount or variety of used firearms.Customer service rendered is why I am leaving behind a 3, and that feels overly deserved. The gentleman behind the counter was alone listening to some music. Immediately upon stepping in the door i knew i wouldnt be making a purchase. It didnt take long to realize the gentleman gave zero....concern.... that i had walked in.Cold, carefree acknowledgment that a customer had arrived, offering a non-genuine, Im fine. What do you need in reply to my attempt at warm introduction. This was also the entire dialogue carried out while in the tiny store for 20 minutes (no other customers.) He did however feel the urge to lean over the counter and gawk at me like a vulture over a corpse every step during my visit. Between him leering at me and the sound of the tracking cameras stalking me the whole time, im certain Ive had warmer welcomes from funeral homes and cemeteries. No thanks for stopping by was given, let alone a simple goodbye in return.All Im left with is wondering how they remain in business if this is the customer service they provide.Who knows, maybe the guy had a really terrible day. Still not an excuse.
