Their ice cream machine wasnt producing normal ice cream I guess. But they didnt tell us until after we bought it and they put it on the counter right side up and dripping from the sides of the paper that they use to fill it. On their sign it clearly states if its not served upside down the next one is free. When I mentioned that they said well its bc our machine is broken. Yeah.... and its not my fault that its broken but you didnt offer a refund or anything either. It wasnt even good ice cream. It was flavored cold soup. I requested my refund... my boyfriend drank his. They kept my receipt. Not impressed.

Valley Fair Mall-This is the worst place! Customer service is lousy! They close 9:00pm, We got in line at 8:20pm stood in line and got to the front of the line at 8:40 and waiting for them to catch up on their others before us, they turned the lights off at 8:45 and the person behind me asks them “are you going to take our orders? “ and they say no we are closed! We had been standing in line for over 30 min. it’s 8:50 and you close at 9:00pm there is still 10 min! And the girls says, “we need to clean before we close at 9:00.”How inconsiderate and rude! Yes The Karen came out in me and I said to them you could have said to us we are no longer taking any orders at 8:20 even though we close at 9:00! We have Been waiting In line for over 30 min! So rude I will not be giving them my business ever again!

Had to wait for lone attendant to exit back office. Menu with prices of Blizzards covered up by advertisement. Charged extra for peanut butter sauce. Which has never been the case. As recent as 4 months ago when I was last here. Too few DQs in this area. But I will never come here again. Shame having grown up with one and liking it as a comfort.

Went to Orange Julius/DQ at The Shops at Southtown yesterday & it was really good.

Great place to get a quick ice cream. They are very clean here and they only accept cards and all staff are masked

Ordered 2 large strawberry banana Julius just now and it was so watery I had to throw them away. Spent 15$ . you need to school them on how to make them

Was in line at 5:50 any they stop taking orders. Asked to talk to the manger and Martha Ruiz said it was she and I told her why she stopped taking orders if it was not 6:00. She was upset but kept looking at me and laugh

Horrible! Do not know how to make blizzards and then have an attitude when asked to make them right. Had the nerve to argue with me when I know what is in a turtle pecan blizzard The girl served it to me and it was a mess and overflowing. The manager had the nerve to say I messed it up when the worker did! They were rude.

Friendly staff but they lacked the orange dream dip and other flavors.

Blizzards sizes are smaller then they used to be. A costmer lady had a hole in her cup and they werent that nice to her. Finly gave her another empty cup for her julius.

They said they’re open all day they are not. We went at 11 and the whole mall was closed

First I ordered a royal rocky road medium and when the flip it I all fell out and they tried to give me an empty cup then I had to tell them it was a medium and instead of using almonds in the rocky road they used peanuts I have a light allergy with almonds that I can handle and have a bad allergy to peanuts the girls need to pay attention and not goof off because they seen a cute guy

Had to tell the lady what was in the blizzard I ordered ...clearly didnt know anything

Love the orange Julius but even with no line it took quite a while just to get 2 drinks. The worker wasnt very friendly either.

I love Dairy Queen and I will always continue to go back there I love there ice cream and there other yummy food and drinks and treats and smoothies.

This location DOES NOT sell food just shakes.

In a Valley Fair Mall. Food good for mall food, employees are great.

We stood at the front waiting for service and werent even given a greeting until 5 minutes later. All the employees seemed very disorganized in what they were doing. This particular night they were somehow out of straws. This place needs some serious management and delegation.
