Decided to try this shop out and I am definitely glad I did! With locally made and unique flavours La Michoacana is superior to any of your generic ice cream eateries. Enjoyed three massive scoops in the half pint for only $5. Definitely a better way to itch your sweet tooth than overpriced generic ice cream shops.The lady working was also super friendly and bilingual which helped me out as Im a Spanish speaking novice - she had suggestions based off of our convo and explained what some of the flavours were.

The variety and choice is great! The only thing is that it’s a bit pricy. Try the aguas frescas through! They are amazing!

Found this place when I lived in Illinois. So happy one is here in Utah. Everyone that I have brought here agrees that it has really good icecream and is also unique.
