Register the car yourself!Pleasant experience buying a car. But register it yourself! Supposed to be a hassle free registration having Speedcraft do it for you. Three weeks after buying, no registration. Had to hound them every day. Finally said it was done… yes just another extension of the temporary paper plate. Absolutely no professionalism in the process of keeping you in the loop as to what’s happening.We were at the registery ourselves transferring another car, had we known they were dropping the ball, we would have done it.Update: Took Speedcraft 6 weeks from purchase to have metal license plates hanging on the car.

Eric our sales rep was awesome and made the process easy and as stress free as possible. We ended up with a great deal and an awesome brand new car.

Quick check in and drop off, Fast friendly service, Vehicle was finished quickly and returned clean. Pickup was also quick and easy.

I had an oil change which was fine but I got my car detailed and I am OBSESSED with how awesome my car looks inside and out! It makes me so happy thank you. I go here for everything and think it’s a big reason why my Altima is still running amazingly after 13 years now

Recently purchased my new vehicle from Donny Chakoian Jr. Excellent person to work with. Very straight forward and no run around. The finance team ( Jaymie Cellucci) was very good as well. There was a small crack in the bumper when I purchased the vehicle. Donny and the entire team made sure it was fixed at my convenience. The entire team at speed craft Nissan has a thumbs up in my book!

Rob was exceptional as always. He is so courteous and goes above and beyond for his clients. I was running late to pick up to vehicle due to traffic and the service center closed at 5 pm and I was going to be 5 minutes late which would make my arrival to Speedcraft Nissan to pick up my vehicle at 5:05. I called Rob to let him know and he was nice enough to stay late and wait for me to get there to get my vehicle. He is great!

I had several little things wrong with my Pathfinder and my mechanic had trouble fixing it. Particularly the back hatch but Speedcraft fixed it and did it speedily.

Patrick and service team diagnose the passenger seatbelt problem. When the part came in (within days) I was promptly notified via e-mail. Installation took less than and hour. My car was cleaned inside and washed. Staff was very professional and polite.

Just like my last leasing experience, it was so enjoyable to do business with Bob Flaminio. I got a great deal, and it was easy.

I initially gave it a 5 star because of how quick they got me my vehicle ready. But changed it to a 2 star since for 2 months my vehicle wasnt even registered. I understand the whole covid-19 situation but even i couldve registered it faster then they couldve which they never did.

This dealership does a great job selling cars, especially used cars. However, their phones stop working once the car leaves the lot and encounters problems. Im also convinced that the salesmen work in the garage after-hours, because clearly used cars are pushed off the lot with little to no service knowledge.Im 4 months into a (new to me) car and Im already thousands out of pocket.Note to self, dont buy out of state, and definitely dont buy a Jeep from a Nissan dealership.

Brought in for oil change and to look at rear wipers because fluid was not coming out of rear wipers. They told me I needed two filters and the wiper fluid was working fine.They charged me $90 labor to change the filters which could not have taken more than 5-10 minutes to replace. Rear wiper fluid is still not working. I will never bring my car back there. They basically double charged me for the oil change and additional $90 for labor. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was treated very well but I had things stolen out of the back of my vehicle an air compressor in an all-purpose tool

I cannot say enough about the professionals at this dealership! I found them online, communicated vis text with someone at 8:30 at night, was scheduled for test drive the next morning, was greeted seconds after walking in the door. I explained I had an insurance payout coming in the next few days and we scheduled an appt for 2 days later. When the payout was delayed, I called Bob, who told me I should still come in at my appt, which I did. I met with Jaymie, who was cordial, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The next thing I knew I was walking out with a SPOT agreement, which I didn’t know was possible. They absolutely took care of EVERYTHING and made me feel comfortable. I love the Nissan, I love the deal I got and the people I’ve met with. Don’t sleep on them, they’re def well worth it!!!

Decent selection of cars, but the staff couldnt possibly care less about you once the get you on the hook.

I just want to take a moment to compliment the entire service department at this location, and to give a special shout out to Aaron and Rob. I have been servicing my 2015 Murano there since I purchased it in 2017 and they have been nothing but professional, honest and courteous and on more than one occasion they each told me I DID NOT need extra services or products that I had requested which saved me money and time. Too often people go out of there way to voice their bad experiences and take good service for granted when in reality good service is becoming harder and harder to come by. There are many places closer to my home where I could service my vehicle but I choose this location every time and have never been disappointed. I should also mention that my first experience with this dealership was with Lee Beauchamp who sold me my vehicle and he is phenomenal as well! I will definitely be purchasing my next car from him! My car had to be towed into their shop and they called me right away when it arrived and then finished the work the same day. The woman that helped me when I called to let them know it was coming in was very helpful and friendly and the the man who called me regarding the repairs was great too. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Speedcraft Nissan. I made an appointment for an oil change after I received a coupon in the mail, I had never been previously so I figured I’d try it out and save money on my oil change in the meantime. The service was amazing. I was greeted by the service manager who was so polite and made me feel at home even when I had never been there before. I only waited for a little bit and the waiting area is very nice and accommodating. Quick 25 minutes goes by and my car is all set and they washed my car for me too! Quick, easy, accommodating and painless! I am very impressed!

We had such a wonderful experience at Speedcraft Nissan. We were referred to Kevin by a friend and he did not disappoint! A very friendly and welcoming dealership to deal with. Not pushy or aggressive like so many of them can be. I love my Rogue and will definitely be back for the next vehicle along with referring friends and family!!!

Great service - quick and efficient

Purchased a part through speedcraft nissans online parts department and unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. I tried to simply exchange the part for the correct one but apparently that was not an option because the part was Special Ordered. No where on the invoice or during the order process did it say it was special order. It was only after I tried to exchange was this told to me. I made several attempts to reach the general manager but I guess he is too busy to call a customer back. If this is their attitude and way of doing business on a $700 part I wonder what it would happen if you purchased a car from them and had an issue. Avoid at all costs!

This was my 1st experience with Speedcraft and my 3rd Nissan. Karen was my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and the transaction was seamless..Had shopped quite a bit. Would definitely recommend Karen and Speedcraft.

My salesperson was Karen. She did a great job, responded quickly to texts and calls, and made the experience pleasant. Dealt with three other dealerships before getting the best deal here. Met with the finance manager and maintenance staff and everyone was very corteous.

Customer Service experience was great so, there is that keep doing what you guys do. But on actual repairs well, its lacking. Maybe its just a me thing, but my car was not fixed upon leaving and arriving home my engine light popped up again with the same issue (i fixed it myself now), but i feel like i paid you guys $1,000 just to get my code erased and that was it. needless to say not a great feeling.

I stopped in Nissan just to look and after many test drives of different vehicles I found one that I fell in love with and went ahead with purchasing. Service was great starting with Oiwa and James and Bob. I left there after 7 hours later but I left extremely happy. We bought 2 cars within 2 days and another one this week. I know it is their job to sell cars and make people feel comfortable and happy with their purchase but they all went above and beyond for me and my family and couldn’t express it enough. I have purchased 2 new and 1 used vehicles from this dealer and will never give them my business again. I was lied to about a $500 rebate that was promised, but never delivered. They admit that they made a mistake, but that it isnt their problem anymore. I was also lied to verbally and in print about the capabilities of my pathfinder. The 6,000 tow rating is a lie, if I had studied the owners manual in depth instead of trusting the brochure I would have discovered this myself. Either the dealer is incompetent and doesnt know the capability of the vehicle they are selling or they are dishonest and just want the paperwork signed. Either way, I bought a vehicle to tow my trailer, and now I am here with a brand new pathfinder that cannot safely do so.I am done with Nissan and this dealer, I will bring my business to a more honest/competent establishment. If you go there, do your research and do not take them at their word. I do have to give credit to Bruce and the service department, they are helpful, but that is about the only good experience I have had there.

We had a great car buying experience here. I found the vehicle on Autotrader and in less than a day, the dealer contacted me and set an appointment for a test drive. The test drive and purchase of the vehicle took about two hours start to finish. Lee was great throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the vehicle, car buying experience, and interest rate they secured for us. (Way lower than the average May 2020 reported in US News & World Report) Lee even gave us homemade face masks! I wasnt sure if we could buy a car during COVID, but they made us feel very safe and comfortable and gave us a great deal!

Service manager was rude my first name is Skip and he continued to call me skippy after noticing I was aggravated and Im also a 43 year old man it was completely ridiculous. Im lucky there is another nissan dealer 2 miles away you will never see my wife or my car again.
