I took my boyfriend to look for his first financed car. We had done some searching on Google.. followed the best reviews we could find, and they pointed to Use Car Genius! Typically when you buy a car, it can take a few hours, however from pulling up to pulling out with a new car (with financing), took maybe an hour!However, our salesman Aaron listened to exactly what we were looking for, what we wanted, and what we needed. I just wanted to let someone know about the exceptional customer service I received by Christian the Sales Manager at the Warwick, RI location. I called in a panic because I was told that the warranty I bought was not going to cover parts that I was originally told would be covered. Christian talked me though the terms and called the warranty company directly. He did this immediately after speaking to me on the phone. He also sent me more information regarding the warranty. The cars are so reasonably priced, and the no haggle factor was great. I knew exactly what I was going into and it never deviated from what I had hoped for. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in, and I drove away with my new car same-day. What more could you ask for? I drove away in exactly the car I saw online! Even though I did not end up purchasing from Used Car Genius, I feel compelled to share my experience. Nick was amazing! He worked with me via text and answered every question under the sun. He even gave me a trade estimate based on my vehicle information and detailed photos. I was looking for a VW Atlas and the one at Used Car Genius didn’t have everything I needed. I ended up in a unique situation where my local dealership received a lease trade in that was exactly what I was looking for. If not, I was calling Nick to scoop that Atlas! Someone go buy it! It’s a great price, low mileage and only 1 previous owner.

Used Car Genius is definitely not your typical dealership where you sit for hours and bargain your interest rate. I called Wednesday and Nick answered the call. Took my name down my phone and asked when we can test drive the car. When we got there, the car was exactly what it said on the website. Nick was extremely helpful, provided lots of information about the car, financing and purchase policies. We went the next morning, signed everything and were out in a little over 3 hours. He was very knowledgable about the car - he knew where all the controls were, knew how to operate the Infotainment system, and knew the car specs. The test drive road they use is the best ever and allows you to safely see what the car can do. Absolutely no pressure after the test drive. Fantastic experience!
