Nice store!!! So much to look at. I will have to come back. On our way to NY and had to pick up a gift we were looking for. Very impressed

About 10 times bigger than the Scarborough store which is so crowded. Westbrook has nice big aisles. Easier to social distance. Friendly service when Ive been there.

It was amazing everything they have is great!!! I spent over an hour walking around looking at everything before I decided what to get!! There is such a great variety of wonderful things in this store!!!

My girlfriend was so excited to show me this store and spend her Christmas gift card money on a few of the items she had seen here a few days ago. The store itself is very nice and the products are great. The manager at this store is terrible. While checking out she was giving us attitude the whole time and we were not given the discount she had promised us. Her poor employee had to keep apologized for the manager. Overall we left very unhappy and when we looked back at the receipt while sitting in the parking lot we noticed we in fact still were not given the discount as promised. I do not recommend this store

I went expecting to find paper but this is a very nice gift store with a wide variety of everything from clothing to toys.

Wow what a nightmare the management is here. Had some trouble with an order I had shipped to store. The poor girl at the counter had to keep apologizing because her managers behavior towards us was completely uncalled for. Offered me 20% off my purchase for the inconvenience, but only applied it to the last item on my receipt.. A whole 1.40! I wanted to like this store, by boy, what a terrible first impression. I dont think Ill be going back to this location again.
