I visited this location today. During the experience, every associate I was within ten feet of, gave me a pleasant smile. I noticed and mentioned to my shopping partner how I liked the recycled packaging being offered. Additionally, I found every item I was seeking and during this shopping trip I was able to use several coupons I had downloaded on the Hannaford app including a reduction in my grocery bill offered by the store. For me, Hannaford does grocery shopping right!

When I used to live in Westbrook this was my favorite grocery store, moved into Portland and have a different Hannaford close by. Went in to buy coffee which I always get Starbucks but then saw a different brand on the self which I thought I’d try. Turned out to be almost 3 months expired, as a thoughtful person I went in to talk with the manager because I didn’t notice until I drunk half of it and experienced food poisoning. The manager was very understanding and offered a $10 gift card. I give it 3 starts because I’m concerned they might be good or drinks that’s bad still sitting on the aisle, the stockers or associates need to do their job right. I’m counting on you to provide good up to standard service and food.

Great employees, in and out easy parking and pickup, bus stop, skate park close by, dog park at same location.

Hannaford is so much cheaper than Shaw’s. I love Hannaford. It’s sucks they aren’t talking. Returns. But they still rock and prices r def fair. And most of the ppl are helpful and nice.

Love the associates...but prices are high. Its hard to find things I want to buy because I usually shop another local grocer where most products, including national brands, are much lower priced. No choice this evening.

I go to this hannaford at least a couple times a week and its always clean and the workers are friendly. If I could ask for anything to be better it would be that they have a better system for knowing what items generally run out and and making sure they order more and restock them in a reasonable amount of time. My daughter only eats the hannaford brand of Greek yogurt, but only mixed berry flavor (blended only- no fruit on the bottom). And while they may keep the more common flavors stocked, I can usually only find 8-10 of her kind and they dont restock it everyday. Also, I havent been able to buy gatorade in like a month because the shelves are constantly empty. This may have more to do with them not being able to order it from the supplier and thats completely understandable, but if thats the case they should post some sort of notice so customers dont get frustrated with them and I know I personally would be understanding.

Too many unmasked people, not enough social distancing.

I always know where to get what I want and 95% of the time, its there. And Ive gotten great service.

I always walk there and every time theres someone outside sanitizing carts. Usually see another employee doing it inside. Wipes and sanitizer when you walk in. I usually go between 4 and 6pm and dont wait long. So far with everything going on theres only been 2 times they didnt have everything I needed. (I dont depend on the grocery store for everything need). And employees have been nice and helpful.

Not my usual store in Dover NH.I was somewhat impressed. Only bought 2 items.Quite busy but the line moved well in the speedy checkout.Cashier was very nice.

My local store close convienent has what I need great friendly service.

The store is organized, clean, and wasnt crowded. I used the app to figure out which aisle everything was in that I needed.

I think that the pharmacy has the nicest attentive people working there! Always watching the line both dropping off and picking up.

Not all the add stuff was available, but overall quite good. I would shop here.

1st time in this Hannaford, enjoyed my shopping here!

It was very crowded and unorganized.

Well stocked, very busy but got in quickly and then back out.

Hannaford To Go is a curbside service for picking up groceries you order online. Just submit your grocery list, tell them when you want to pick it up, and they bring it right to your vehicle. You never even get out. Took 10 minutes from the time I pushed the drive thru speaker button to the time I drove away with my order.I know, I know. It sounds like the height of laziness at first. However, I prefer to think of it as spending my precious time doing a preferred activity rather than wandering the aisles all lost in the supermarket.

Hannaford in Westbrook is great. The majority of the staff has smiles and are very friendly. They’re always willing to help you find products. I haven’t seen that foolish obnoxious cashier that calls everyone honey and sweetheart. She flirts with the men while waiting on women. With her gone it’s great.

One customer cut in front of us and the others behind us did not stay behind the tape lines for distancing. The cashier appeared irritated with us that we said something to each of them.

This ismy Hannaford. They have everything I want in a store that is so convenient. They will have to share my love with Market Basket when they open, but I will still love my store too.

Visited this Hannaford store this afternoon. As I was entering, a cute young woman with no mask, entered as well. I quickly read the signs noting that MASKS ARE REQUIRED! Not long after, I came around a corner and almost bumped into another woman with no mask. At the register, I asked the reason for the mask signage. Once I got the obvious answer, I mentioned the two I had encounteted. The further explanation I got is that Hannaford doesnt want to cause a scene with these rebelous individuals. What about the health of the majority of customers and the employees. DO YOU NOT CARE HANNAFORDS??

Beyond frustrated after my last visit and will not return! I appreciate the 500 signs to maintain 6 feet from additional shoppers, however if you’re letting hundreds of people into your store THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE!! I’ve never felt so unsafe and endangered in my life! People waiting in line at the only 4 open cashiers, with barely 2 feet between the crowded aisles and other shoppers. No disinfecting procedures in place whatsoever, the handles of freezer doors and keypads and the card readers I’m sure are a breeding paradise for germs and viruses. I will not return, and for those reading this review, I HIGHLY encourage you to shop at either Shaw’s or Trader Joe’s where there are procedures implemented and aimed at consumer safety.

The Hannaford in Falmouth is very clean and organized. It was nice to see other Hannafords and how people were adapting to the covid virus. Everybody had on masks and nobody shoved you away if you asked them where s certain item was. Good job Hannaford employees!👍😷🥪

Love going somewhere we can find locally sourced goods. Prices are fair. The location is accessible. The prepared food section keeps improving. I love the butcher shop; we always find great dinner ideas there.

One of the best Ive been in( visit 5 of them on occasion) after butcher shop closes meat choices limited(butcher personnel always very helpful) this location seems to have dropped AW cream soda sadly. People very pleasant all around....

Cause its an easy place to shop for Grocerys an the people that Work there are always so Helpful, Ive been doing all my shopping there for 30 years, they always have Good deals an everything is easily assessable

This Hannaford is one of the best in Southern Maine! It is spotless, always well stocked, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We also use the pharmacy at this location, and the staff there are professional and discreet. We also use Hannaford To Go, which is AWESOME, and the clynk redemption service. This Hannaford is busiest on Sundays, followed by Saturdays; it is also busy in the evenings on weekdays. Being a picky grocery shopper I have never been disappointed here!!!

Best grocery store in westbrook.

Hannaford is my go too grocery store. Meat and produce are always fresh and best prices around. Also love the store brand for both dry and canned goods, and they have great deals several times a month on the Hannaford stuff, as well as a program where you get rewarded quarterly for all store brand product purchases. Great coupons on the app as well.

My experiences at Hannaford store in Westbrook, ME over the last 12 years has always been great. The employees are friendly, courteous, and professional.

Nice, sterile environment. Hypnotically Caucasian. The chocolate milk was strikingly overpriced, yet at the same time very easy to steal. Another one of Gods little tests.

I often joke that I am one of Hannafords best customers and I shop at lots of different locations. The Westbrook location is the best! I have the best customer service there. Recently I tried out the curbside pick up service and had absolutely unbelievable customer service. They were not able to fill my brine bag request so they saved me a frosting bucket with lid to brine my turkey in! Super thankful for such friendly and helpful associates! Especially Lora!! My familys main supermarket, this is where we go for the majority of our shopping. Everything is clean and the staff is genuinely glad to help you. And they usually have the best prices around. I do have to give them four stars because their variety of items is lacking (which is how they keep the prices low; I understand that). For more exotic ingredients or for a greater variety of some items (ice cream, for example), go to a different store.

The only complaint is every time I go shopping,it doesn’t matter which day it is, there’s never any graham crackers. Are people hoarding them or they just aren’t receiving any?

The best grocery store weve been in since moving to Maine! Its comparable to the HEB we had near us in Texas. Wish we lived closer to this one!

This store is large and has pretty much everything youll need. It has a vast selection of fruits and vegetables as well as a huge selection of wines. See the posted picture to get a better idea.

Most items are overpriced compared to other nearby grocery chains. Selection is typically outdated as well, with few modern healthy options available. Salad bar and hot foods are severely outdated and in need of being brought into the 2000s.

Prices were very cheap compared to Shaws Shaws prices I see 10 to 15% markup compared to Shop and Save they only pull you in with special offers on few things at Shaws though Hannaford could have a better reward system online and at the checkout a better coupon area online also still Hannaford office about a price for your buck

Best place in Saco to get groceries. A recently. expanded beer and wine selection make it one of the best places to shop before heading to Old Orchard.

We have always had great service at this Hannaford and always been able to find what we need. The new layout makes much more sense and now makes it easier to shop. This is our primary hannaford.
