I prefer to buy online from best buy and pickup in the store, they have very good staff
I had been in the store earlier to look at chome books but couldnt decide and I ended up ordering online and did a curbside pickup. It was so easy. An employee came out and put it in my car. And I was on my way.
We were in the Best Buy in Westbury, NY recently to buy a Sony TV. We went in with a specific Sony in mind, however ended up buying a bigger and better Sony recommended by Sales Supervisor, Adrian Parvatan. Adrian exceeded our expectations. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was also very helpful, pleasant, professional, and amazingly patient (we’re extremely picky customers). It was a pleasure to deal with him. He made our shopping experience pleasant. Our TV was scheduled to be delivered on Sunday (only 3 days after we were in the store), however had to be rescheduled due to Hurricane Henri. Adrian took care of all the arrangements to make sure that everything went okay. Our TV was delivered 2 days later, and professionally set up by the knowledgeable and very professional Geek Squad. We love our new purchase, and the priceless experience it provides! So happy that we took Adrian’s advice! He was 100% on point about this TV! Due to the excellent service Adrian provided, we will definitely shop there again.
Ive never had a bad experience in any Best Buy store. I tried the curbside pickup and everything went smoothly. I click the link to let them know I arrived, entered my space number, description of car, and was given a 4 digit code. The rep came to my car, greeted me, asked for the code and I was given my merchandise, with a smile. Excellent process!
STAY AWAY from this store. Base on Best Buy web site, they do not do price match. Do not want to waste my time by listening to their attitude.
Bought a printer there. Went home and it wasn’t working. I went back to store for help to get it to work and they said no they can’t but someone from geek squad can come for $100 to set it up. The WiFi wasn’t issue. The paper wasn’t loading at all so I returned it and got a printer and help to set it up next door at Staples.
By go to Best buy store. Occasionally they have unbeatable deals.
Picked up an EXCELLENT open-box TV from the store just to realize that it has DEAD PIXELS!!!!The garbage customer service wont schedule a pickup to take the TV and I need to drive to the store to return it!!!!BAD BAD BAD
Every time I go into this Best Buy ESPECIALLY HOME THEATER, the staff are so rude and unfriendly. Not to mention they hide from customers especially in the late hours and just want to put their sale numbers on your purchase (that’s all they care about). Always so nasty and rude and they never have anything in stock anyways! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO PC RICHARDS, cheaper, friendlier and they’re actually willing to help!
Great store, specifically the photography staff really know their stuff. Passionate about the trade, know everything about their cameras, and have experience to back up their suggestions. Recommended.
Decent location, clean, organized and most products are in stock. The staff is friendly and have average knowledge of the products in store and of course there are a few employees who are more knowledgeable on certain things. No waiting outside and not to crowded inside, everyone I saw was wearing a mask. I came 30 min or so before closing on a weekday. The store hours have changed so double check before driving there. Overall everything went smoothly no complaints here. I went there to purchase some 4K UHD Movies and Funko Pops which i actually found a rare Pop sitting all alone and last one left in Mint condition.

The clerk was charging more money to the items i return .he sort of made a bundle adjustment and carged me more.I returned back, abd a good clerk saw what his coworker did and gave the correct refund to my card. The clerks who dont know the system should pay more attention to whatever they are doing
Bought expensive Sony earbuds, had problem in a week, got replacement at store. Was offered and purchased replacement warranty. Three weeks later, Same problem, on the replacement. Went to store, they pulled a replacement, was told to buy another warranty, said I already purchased it, they said its only one replacement. So it would cost me $80.00 for a obvious problem. Got it.

I have bought big appliances, tvs, fans etc.. but I bought one small item, a $32.99 item and wasnt told and missed the 15 day return policy. I came in 21 days later and they refused my return. Until I get a credit or refund, I will not shop at Best Buy.
My son bought a new tv there the customer service rep was quite helpful he wasnt pushy with the added warranties.
I placed an order in June for a laptop and headphones that totaled over 1500 dollars as a surprise birthday present for my boyfriend. Instead of making him pick it up, I decided that Best Buy could deliver it to his house since I’ve been a customer for years and felt like they were reliable with the next day shipping that they offered online. The order was given to a third party “Shipt” who sent a confirmation email stating the items were delivered but my boyfriend and his family never received it. I contacted Shipt and they reached out to the individual who supposedly delivered it and the gentleman was not answering his phone, or when he did, he would hang up. This man either delivered this item to the wrong house or never delivered it at all. After further investigation, it was found that the signature Shipt received was ineligible. I was told by Shipt that i have to contact Best Buy, so I did, by phone. Each time, I was told that the rep would send an email to a supervisor for further investigation and each time I was given an email saying that they would not be giving me a refund or resending the items since it was “delivered.” The last email I received from Best Buy directed me to contact local police so I did that. I sent them the reference number and never got an email back. Now I have a 1500 dollar credit card charge that Best Buy sends me reminders for but I never received my credit card through the mail or received my items. My family and I have been Best Buy customers for years but after this experience, I can’t recommend this company to anyone anymore.

Best Buy in Carl Place . Nassau County. My wife an I want there last Sunday. We picked up a h dPrinter all in one. Its a nice store . People there are always willing to help you in what ever it is you need help with . But they do need more people on the floor to help you with what ever it is that you need help with !!We just lucked out finding some one.
They say ps5 available today, Sept 23rd, store opens at 10am, Im there at 10 05 am, theres no line, yet apparently they are sold out.

Sold us a warranty for a refrigerator. Refrigerator stopped working. They won’t send anyone to fix the problem. They schedule the appointment but no one ever shows up. Happened twice. Then they keep transferring me to another department claiming that they are not the ones who handle this anymore. We purchased the warranty from them!!!! They lie!!! I will never purchase another item from this place. I was once a loyal customer, but I don’t trust them anymore. They all lie!!!!! Beware!
I went last week to get my sons iPad fixed from the “geek squad” . I handed over the iPad took less then 10 seconds just to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me whatever was stuck in the charger part of my sons iPad they couldn’t help . Days go by my niece happens to use a fake nail today and take out the piece that was stuck . Like really ?? I’m very disappointed. Better customer service, if they don’t like their job they shouldn’t be there .

If I could rate this no stars I would! I have always been a loyal Best Buy Customer. It’s my “go-to” around the holidays and this Christmas a dear friend of mine wanted an AirFryer. Best Buy had one on sale so I ordered it online and placed it for store pickup. Not only did it take more than two weeks after the scheduled pickup date but when I arrived to pickup my AirFryer I was appalled at the product they handed me at the counter (I’ve attached photos) it almost looks as if they used the AirFryer to play kickball. The employee himself was in such disappointment and embarrassment as he handed me the AirFryer. After being told that there were no others in stock I called Customer Service to see how this could be resolved to which I was only told “I’m sorry” in other words too bad. I have spent thousands here to be given a product that should not have even been on the shelf. Truly disappointed!
I got a an amazing deal on a 55 inch TV for myself as a treat!
This location is very busy but the customer service is great. The item I looked for was in stock and I even got a great deal getting it open box. I recommend checking for that before paying retail price on certain items. The geek squad protection is a must. Hands down the best electronic retailer around.
Some people were helpful, others not so much. Ended up going to Staples where EVERYBODY was generous with their time and expertise and customer care. Best Buy not as on top of their game as have been in the past.

14 day return policy is to short, by the time you realize the equip you bought is poor quality or non compatable with you equip. You cant return it.
The staff was friendly and the store was clean. My only complaint is it opened at 11am. Pretty late.
Extreme lack of inventory for phone cases and car stereos, one register open with a line wrapped almost around the store, never got asked if I wanted help once while in the store . Also after waiting 30 minutes to check out they had there product priced improperly turns out the inventory was Missed labeled and the price was double what it’s labeled and it’s my fault ended up walking out with nothing. Never had a problem with Best Buy it’s my favorite store get it together at this location.

5/5 in terms of selection. They may not always have what you want in stock but I don’t mind ordering it. I have what most of society lacks now a days...PATIENCE. However knocking 2 stars off because good luck getting/finding somebody to help you. Seems to be the case at most Best Buy locations. Customer service needs some work and than you’d be a 5* place.
The pickup process was efficient. However, the checkout person did not offer to have soneone hp me to load the refrigerator I purchased.

I had a terrific experience as usual at the Levittown location of Best Buy a few days ago. Ahead in immediate pressing need for security around the perimeter of my Home Office. I had no hesitation going to this location and I found exactly what I needed. Although it took me a few different product suites to get exactly what I wanted it was provided with great expertise and courtesy by the workers there. I highly recommend this Chain in this location.

On a Thursday evening, hard to find an associate to get help. When I did find help for car audio receiver, geek squad was helpful to the extent that they dont offer installation at this store and levittown store would.
I ordered something from thr website and was able to pick up my order the next day! The curb side pickup was seemless and fast. Just a few min from the highway it was very easy for me to get what I needed in a contact less way. Highly recommend.
Witnessed racial profiling at its finest when came for curbside pickup. I walked up to the door and told them I was there for a curbside pickup but nobody came out. Security “won’t disclose what race” said hang on for a minute. Waited a few minutes and someone came out and told me that the system goes down at 6 on the dot. I told him my order was paid for and just needed someone to bring it out. Again he insisted that there was nothing he can do but mind you they were still ringing up customers in the store. So I went into staples to see if I can get what I needed there. They didn’t have it. When I came back out to my car my girlfriend said she didn’t want to stir the pot but it seemed like they let someone in the store for a return. I couldn’t believe it so I parked closer to Best Buy and then I see for my own eyes a person again I won’t disclose “race” talk to the security guard. A minute later the security guard hands the man a mask and let’s him in the store. I will NEVER come back to this store.
Best Buy is always my go-to store but I just moved here and this was not good... Understaffed with one register open. No one near car/mobile electronics and very limited stock on stereos, Google Home items, mobile phones, drones, laptops.. almost everything. They have bare minimum at this place and no one offered help once.

Everything was great, I just went in for in store pick up. This took less than ten minutes. I think this is quicker than waiting in the car pick up.
Went there to pick up some movies. Not only was the new title i was looking for out of stock, the movies section was in such disarray, it looked like the remains of a going out of business sale. I have up trying to find someone to help me. On a positive note, the cashier was very nice age courteous.
This is a very busy location and staff keep up pretty well (everyone who needed help was getting help). Well stocked, clean, and good variety. Staff is helpful and patient, mood is pretty consistenly upbeat or neutral.Most display units are functional, however, there were some that needed attention.**This is a very busy place. If you are looking for a place to kill a couple of hours window shopping, you may find it a little overwhelming on the weekends, or, adjust your expectations. Parking can be a nightmare. I suggest parking as far away from the entrance as you can physically tolerate. Customers are mostly friendly with the exception of the weekend following Thanksgiving--know what you want before you go.
I was extremely disappointed. I went to the Huntington location to purchase a TV. I waited a bit to be helped and when i was finally being helped i have to say I was pleased with the gentleman who was helping me. He helped me pick out a unit which was not in stock. He checked other locations and informed me of several locations that had the unit. I told him I would go to the Westbury location to pick it up. As i arrived and waited on a short line i was approached by a gentleman who asked me if i was picking up merchandise. I said yes. He looked at my receipt and ID and went to get the TV. Sadly he came back and told me they had none in stock. He couldnt understand why i was sent there to pick it up when they clearly had none. Waist of time and gas.
Went in for a television. Had help from an employee in several minutes. Told him what I needed and was headed to my car in 20 minutes. Total time from when I left the house until I returned home was 40 minutes. Bought a 43 LG and had it setup in 10 minutes. The young man that helped me was polite, courteous and professional.
Always found what I wanted. Price is good service is always available. No photos yet sorry.
It is a great place to shop and their online delivery is great as well. Their customer service is great and the people there do not get annoyed with disturbances. As well they have great discounts and amazing products. The reason for losing one star is because I have seen some better deals but Best Buy still has one of the best deals.
Went to buy a Xbox 1 controller, while at the aisle asked 4 representatives if they had it. They send me to another guy who sent me to another guy and so on. They dont take pride in what they do. Even if is not you isle or your area and you are doing absolutely nothing, try to help the customers and check if you have anymore controllers. I only saw 1 guy helping everyone he could, I Whish I knew his name.Hope to have a better experience next time I go.to the store.
JOHN IS THE ONLY REASON I EVEN GAVE THEM 2 STARS. MOSTLY EVERYONE ELSE WAS HORRIBLE AND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. JOHN ON BLACK FRIDAY MORNING AT 9 AM WAS EFFICIENT AND TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM IN A MATTER OF MINUTES WHICH EVERY OTHER WORKER FAILED TO HELP ME WITH. I WILL FOREVER REMAIN THANKFUL TO JOHN with the glasses for helping me out in picking up my product. I would have been stuck for hours if i did not meet an efficient worker like john at this location. HE DESERVES A PROMOTION.
Just had my 75 inch Samsung delivered with sound bar and mounted by the Geek Squad. Khai and Carlos did such an amazing job settling it up and showing us the functions. Couldn’t be happier
Sales rep made what I asked for into a joke while talking amongst each other... Simply because I chose to buy a older version of a tv that was 400$ less then the newest version. Only if I knew I was going to be in a best buy version of the movie mean girls that would of been more entertaining.
Just had a very poor experience at Best Buy. Went in to buy a laptop was told to wait and was put on list after about 20 minutes a salesman came by and took someone who wast listed yet was waiting on line to get help.My wife and I started to complain but were told to stop talking to salesman from someone else. This other person was very rude a nd disrespectful. As I was leaving ask the gentleman at the door who was checking receipts if I could speak to a manager. He said I had to speak to manager from laptops who was also the one who disrespected me and my wife. I think he said the managers name was Dio but am not sure and I cant believe he is only manager in store as if I complained to him nothing would happen as he was the problem. Well when I got home shredded my Best Buy card and wont return to be disrespected as we were.

This rating is only for with an online purchase I made for pick up at this store. It was quick and painless. They have reserved parking spots for people picking up items. After signing in and letting the store know I was outside, didnt have to wait more then 10 mins where a store associate came outside with my item placed it in the back seat and I was ready to go home. I think this is a really smart idea especially with COVID going on.
Sometimes they are extremely short staffed but overall, they are pretty good.
I bought an open box tv in excellent condition at the Best Buy in Levittown and they forgot the remote, tv stand, and manual. Went to go to another location (Westbury) to exchange the item and that location forgot the screws to screw in the tv stand. So now I have to return the item AGAIN. I will never give Best Buy my business again.
This store has a variety of excellent employees. The leadership here is really professional and it trickles down to the employees. Excellent customer service is the reason i come back to this location. They are trouble shooters and problem solvers. Most importantly, just all around excellent.
Very disorganized during Black Friday pick-ups. They did not have orders ready in a timely fashion. It was just not planned out with efficiency but the staff is very nice.
Store is good. But one of the customer service area interaction for me was bad and they kept me waiting in line and took other customers who came late after me and I literally walked out without buying

Very disappointed. Ive been a member of the geek squad for many years. They have been a great help to me. I could not live without them until now. Bought a new tablet from best buy. Needed help setting it up. Was told by the geek squad tech. He couldnt do it. That I needed to see a Samsung expert. Hard to believe he could say such a thing. Stopped by a tmobile store on the way home and he showed me what to do in 10 min.
This store is awesome. Have been shopping there for 15 years or more. I hope they will be around another 15 yrs. Check it out youll always find something you need.
First of all they have a terrible extremly dirty restroom I couldn’t even walk inside because of smell.I went this best but return my mac book pro because it wasn’t as I expected and I had to wait 2 hours because they told me they had to they have to earase everything in the computer and reset it and I had to wait while this is hapenning I’m a best buy elite plus member and never been treated any best but like that I think this was the last time I bought something in bestbuy TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
