Well, what can I say, I waited a while to post this, but I was only looking at vehicles for my wife . So my brother-in-law said I know this place his brother went which was close by. Im from PA, just visiting for the weekend with my wife. We looked at a few cars and I saw one which was what she was looing for. Having a few in the past, weve always like Mercedes Benz. we took the GLA out for a spin on a cloudy but nice winter day. Drove great as expected. So we looked into the purchase and the price was OK. This is where it started. Always check your dealer Add-On prices, fees etc. these were 2,000.00 more. So we purchase the GLA. on we went. On they way home in the dark the car rode well. the next day a storm hit. well the wipers were so bad we couldnt see and had to pull over. I had to order the blades. Another $60.00 dollars. The next day the sun was out, had the car washed. As the dusk came around, the sun hit the windshield and the glass looked like a million diamonds imbedded in it. The glass was so full of stone nicks that when the sun hit it at dusk you could not see, but you didnt realize this until the sun hit it just at the this time. So I took it to the inspection station for PA inspection. They said the window should be changed due to the safety issue. I contacted Auto Gallery and of course, there was nothing they could do or offer. to add on top of that, the right rear tire had a side wall cut that was a fail for PA inspection as well. So. there we were $600.00 for windshield and another $700 plus for tires on a new car we purchased. All 4 needed to be changed because its all wheel drive (4 Matic). I didnt know when the oil was changed, the tag was unclear, so I had that done also.Fair warning to those stepping on the grounds of this place. My fault for not having the vehicle inspected by another garage prior to purchase. could have saved some aggravation. This would have been a 1 star but, I must add our sales person was very nice and accommodating, sweet girl.Thank you.

My experience with Salesperson Lee was the absolute best! She handled the sales process with lightening speed and professionalism. She put me in the vehicle I was looking for...the make, model, year, exterior, and interior colors. There was an issue that required some service to the car and Alex the service repair manager made sure it was fixed immediately. Overall experience was great and I hope to continue to enjoy my new ride!

I bought this car on July 15 and have had problems ever since and was told to speak with Alex which was no help at all. I have been having problems with this car since I drove off the lot! First day something wrong with the tire, went to your dealer to get the tire fixed and also notified your service department that car shakes when driving. Was told car would be fixed and nothing. Went to get my own diagnostic report through Mercedes and discovered the issues coming from the car shaking was something on the car before I purchased. I notified Alex because again nobody in the dealership would help because apparently Alex is the only person who can help. Gave Alex the diagnostic report and he tells me that they are not responsible and doesn’t recall me even notifying him about the problems. I been to the dealer about 5 times since purchasing this car. As per Alex once driving a car off the lot you are responsible forAny problems. What’s confusing, don’t you inspect your cars before you sell it to your customers. So I write this for anyone who reads this beware I wouldn’t go to this dealer and if you do bring a mechanic with you. I was warned about them selling horrible cars after purchasing mine. Lessoned learned and now having to fix my car instead of enjoying

Stay far away from this place. Something is very shady. They do not want to sell cars. I offered to pay their list price for a car and they will not sell it to me. They dont respond to phone calls, emails, or texts. I would especially avoid the sales agent Lee. She cried about how busy she always is and that is why she doesnt respond, but yet when I went to the place it was empty. I literally told her I wanted to buy the car at their price and she would not sell it to me. Do not support this shady business, you will regret wasting your time. If I could give zero stars I would.Reply to your Reply:I actually only ever talked to Lee. Not sure where you get your information from. Second, I offered to pay what you listed the car for. Lee told me she was going to write up the contract and send it to me by 6:00. I never heard back from her. If she is your best sales associate, I would be terrified for your business. The fact that she is the best and that you report false information really makes nervous for you. Please have it be known that I will continue to get the word out to the public in every possible way how poor a business you run. You will hopefully be closed down soon enough for your lies and deception.
