Had a great experience buying a used car here. My salesman, Vinny, is the first car salesman Ive met that genuinely loves cars and is incredibly knowledgeable. He was low pressure and made the paperwork a breeze.
I had John as my sales person and he was very professional, courteous and patient. I can see that he definitely loves what he does.
I went to look at a used car, they were very nice there, very accommodating. The sales representative was very pleasant and helpful. Went on a test drive also. They offer alot of services there and at their nearby service center. Although I did not purchase from there, I would definitely go back.
Sale rep is good take his to help u
There is a big difference between what they tell you on the phone and what you here when you get there.I live in Queens and it was very frustrating to get there after making an appointment only to find out I needed another appointment for a check up, although I had described my situation to their rep on the phone. I bought a second hand Fiat from them, and every contact with this company ever since was o terrible experience: empty promises on the phone, frustration in the shop
Big shout out to Matt Adler and Vinny. Amazing service from genuinely nice people. Seems like an oxymoron in the car dealership industry, but not here. I purchased a Shelby GT350 from them a few days ago and the experience was great, they genuinely were excited about the car and to get me in it. Ken in finance was also very nice to work with.
The sales team was super nice but I owned my car for less than a year and it was in the shop 3 times. It never drove right and each time it was in service was a tremendous amount of time. I honestly loved my service advisor Fernando though. He was amazing and tried to help me the best he could. Just got rid of my car.
Bought a used car here a while ago, the staff was honest, quick to respond, worked with my trade-in, and gave me a great deal.Colin was my guy, he’s awesome and I would 100% buy from him again.Nothing but positive things to say, my little hatchback is running strong after a few tough years in the city!
My car is in the shop, going on two weeks, without service...I have asked to speak with a manager a number of times...still waiting for that calll...After three weeks, not resolved (they couldnt find the issue), they give me my car back with the check engine light on!!!They are nothing but a high priced Jiffy Lube...
I left a one star review before I got access to my car. I made a trip to Westbury Fiat and paid for my new used car. The gears ground before I took it off the lot and they were too busy to repair it at the time. I had a hard time reaching anyone who could give me information about the car for almost two weeks and was super frustrated. That alone may keep you from using Westbury Fiat. However, Matt Adler, the used car manager, got involved at that point. He emailed me every day and kept me up to date. The whole transmission needed to be replaced and they were having a tough time sourcing it during the Covid pandemic. He emailed me every day for the next week until my car was ready. He left me a bouquet of flowers in the car when I picked it up as apology for the delay. Im revising my review after Matts attentive communication and expert repair of my car.I love my car. Am happy with the new transmission and the knowledge that my used car should last a good long while.
Horrendous service experience. No such thing as VIP service! It has been over a month and my car is still in the service department-no loaner and no communication from service department. It took them 2 weeks to even look at my car. Getting to work has been a huge adjustment as my fiance has to adjust his schedule to drive me. Leased my car 3 years ago...the sales experience was fine. I went to the sales department to discuss my end of lease options-salesman just told me all payments will be higher and offered me an Alpha Romeo. Not sure what is going on with Westbury Fiat!
I love my Alfa Romeo Stelvio ❤️ Fiat of Westbury are the best! They help me in every step were very flexible. The service is excellent.
The sales people at Westbury Fiat were extremely rude and unprofessional when I attempted to negotiate the price on a used Stelvio. The salesperson started raising his voice and demanded I give him a reason as to why he should, as if negotiating a price at a used car dealership was unheard of. Eventually he brought me to speak to his manager who, if possible, was even more rude than the salesperson, maybe because he was interrupted in the middle of his early (11am) lunch, that he had spread out on his desk. He retorted that with the low inventory and high demand room for negotiation went out of the window. And it seems with that, the courtesy and professionalism went right out of the window at the Westbury Fiat also. I would recommend they note on their website that all prices are final so people dont waste their time going there. In addition, being courteous and nice would serve them well in the future, inventory is not going to stay low forever and if they dont adjust the nasty attitude I dont see them doing very well, they lost one customer today for sure.
They really have an all star cast....Collin, one of the hardest working people, super friendly. Then Cammy, she is too sweet, she literally put up with my phone calls over 6months!!!! #quadrifolio And not once did she seem upset. And finally Mike...hes like guy you wanna hang out and have drinks with after work. And they make buying a car there feel like the Corona beach commercial..it sucks that they only had gotten ONE Guilia...but guess who got it....
I called the dealership because they had a car listed on cars.com that I was highly motivated to purchase. The internet sales rep told me she would call me back in about an hour with the ‘out the door’ price. She did not call me back and when I followed up, another rep just told me she was gone for the day. I left my phone number but did not hear from her the following day. Let this be a warning that they are not interested in your internet business.
Michael helps me a lot to get a new vehicle when my leasing ends. Initially there wan a misunderstanding on wear and tear policy that I registered, but it has been clear out nicely. There is no any hassle on this new deal.
I just had the best car buying experience with my sales rep (WILL) at Westbury Fiat as well as my Best friend who I introduced to (WILL) and purcased a vehicle to. From the beging I feit he was a honest young man.I new a lot about the vehicle I wanted pros and cons which the cons are easy fixes. He comfirmed all I knew. He always answers my call and text and takes care all my issues. My wife met him for the first time on pick up day and loves him.PS. Ill see you soon when im ready for my Quadifolio. Thnx Will......
Take it anywhere else other than here.Waited a month for an appointment with a Fiat specialist. Received a reminder email the day before urging us to be on time or cancel. Turn up the morning of to be told that theyre back-logged and wont likely get to our car for a few days. But they will keep us updated. It happens. Appreciate the heads up.A few hours later, I get an email detailing what Ive asked to be looked at with my car details but someone elses name and address. Takes 24 hours to get confirmation that this mistake has been corrected.A few days later, still no update. Emails and voice mails go unanswered. Eventually get an update to say that were still in line to be seen. Two cars ahead of us. Should be the next day. Next day comes. No update. Next day comes, and again, emails and voice mails to our service tech go unanswered. Eventually get through to front desk. Email response a few hours later. Now were told there are actually 8 cars ahead of us and we likely wont get our car looked at for at least another week. And that is just for the diagnostic. God only knows how long it would be to get any kind of maintenance. Now I understand places get busy. I get that backlogs happen. But a) why not just delay us leaving our car until they are ready for it, b) why not actually keep the client informed rather than making them chase up the most basic information, and c) worst of all, WHY LIE?! Its not like we were not going to find out that we would not have our car back for 2 weeks.Just save yourself the trouble and take your business anywhere but here. They make it very obvious they dont need or care for it.
They scratched my rims and said theyd fix it before I even drove the car off the lot. Guy tried buffing it and it didnt work he said I have to come back. And they never called to do so.
We have primarily had Kia automobiles (4) since 2011 and have been very happy with them all. When looking to replace our second car, a 2011 Kia Soul we were inclined to get another one. We wanted to check out the new 500X ( Lounge / Trekking ) model because we liked the style and features. The sales people I dealt with were very nice, professional, and while motivated they were not pushy which was a pleasant surprise. That coupled with a good deal on a 2016 500X Lounge (identical to the one pictured here ) and the extras offered by the VIP plan made the switch more inviting.Unfortunately while the 500X is a very good looking car it does not have the guts to back up its looks. The 9 speed automatic transmission ( we have read has been recalled about a half million times ) is a dog. It provides the car with virtually ZERO performance, and trying to pass or merge on a highway is dangerous (unless every car was a Prius ). The side mirrors shake, the rear hatch creaks which is signs of shoddy build quality, the rear back up camera is useless at night with a dark, grainy picture and the driver power seat stopped working around 9000 miles. This car thankfully will go back in the fall of 2019, UNDER mileage because I hate driving it and only do so to keep the mileage down on my other lease. I will likely never get another Fiat again and I recommend you dont either. The Alfas look nice and they are fast but very high priced and based on the fact they are made by the same company I would imagine a higher priced problem waiting to happen. I asked early on to turn the car in but they would not oblige so I am stuck with it until November 2019. Take your $$ elsewhere for a better vehicle. Youll thank me later.
As much as I would like to give more stars I unfortunately cant. This is a tiny dealership with no parking and limited staff. Be prepared to wait a while to get help as there are only a few people running around doing everything while people wait. Also, make sure you get all of you questions answered while you are there as they are not the best at returning calls. I called on 4 different occasions to speak to 2 different people who I know were in the office but didnt get a response (my issue was urgent). Overall I give this dealership a 5/10.
It was a pleasure doing business with Westbury Fiat. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. Sean James, sales professional, is a true professional, not only knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he was a pleasure to do business with. The whole staff was honest, professional and courteous. I will not only recommend them to my friends and family, I will most definitely being doing business with them again.
I think Fiat is the world most hard auto brand to own. I took almost 3 months to get right car. Only this dealer had ordered car with right option combination. The price was as promoted! I am so glad with getting nice toy car! Thank you Frank and Cammy.
This dealership was nothing short of Excellent. Customer service excellent, professional, honest, more then fair, and a pleasure to deal with. Frank And Cammy were nothing short of amazing. Thank you guys
There were some confused things in their business mainly due to covid-19 though, I found out they are gentle and reliable. Especially, Paul is a very helpful dealer. Thanks._____________________I visited this shop today for the scheduled test drive though, nobody respond to my appointment. only receptionist told me all rep is currently working for other customers and kept me waiting very long time outside of the building. No seats, no shadow... Yes I know we need to be careful for everything due to covid though It seems that they dont have customer care system yet.
The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. My salesman Vinny was very knowledgeable and generally passionate about the driving experience. Ask for him when you make your appointment. Matt the pre-owned manager was very accommodating and there were never any high pressure sales tactics. Ken in finance did his best to beat my pre-approved rate. Overall great service at this small niche dealership. Its nice to have a Fiat/Alfa Romeo dealership that does not have to fight for space and with Dodge and Chrysler. I highly recommend this Fiat Studio. Im already in love with my Abarth 124 Spider.
I bought a new Fiat through Matt and had the best car sales experience to date. From the start he let us look around, sit in whatever car had the features we were looking for, he was incredibly friendly and answered all our questions. We came back a couple days later to finalize everything and he was on top of it. Matt and Mike were both great guys and it was enjoyable to sit and talk to them while waiting for the paperwork to go through to drive off.
Our experience with Westbury Fiat was nothing less than excellent. Our salesman Sean James was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. A man of integrity who will go the extra mile to be sure his customers are satisfied. We will certainly recommend the dealership and their staff, inparticular this stellar salesman. We will do business with them in the future.
We just had the best car buying experience we have ever had at Westbury FIAT. We just stopped by at the dealership to see one car and rolled out with the car. Matthew and Debra made our car buying experience enjoyable and surprisingly pleasant. They were the most polite, down to earth staff I have ever met. Gave us space, gave us time, patience, no pushing to make the purchase. They were very very helpful. All the way felt like we were human been. Also you can see they like their job, relaxed and detailed. They should educate all other dealerships how to be professional AND human. Thanks again to all the staff.
Had a great experience with servicing my Fiat. Needed a first service. They have an express service where no appointment is necessary. Drove up out popped a very nice young man who asked what I needed. Car taken right in. Oil change and 23 point inspection done in half hour and at a very reasonable price. Everybody was pleasant. Will be going back for all my service needs.
I recently started shopping for a new car and stumbled upon Westbury Fiat. I was pleasantly surprised when shortly after I walked into the showroom I was approached by a sweet little blond old lady named Cammy. She was one of the salespeople. Her method of selling and approach was so nice and appealing especially for another woman. I havent made my decision yet but all things being equal Im going back to that sweet old lady for sure.
Was ready to make a deal. They had a good price however they did not want to make a deal on my trade in based on false information on car fax. They offerd 2000 lower than lowest blue book and more or less argued with the customer. Other dealerships work with people and are not rude. Really bad experience when I brought my checkbook and had title in hand.
Just leased the Giulia Alpha Romeo from this dealership. Our salesperson Cammie was incredibly informative and attentative to my needs. Process was seamless and wouldAbsolutely recommend. And the car is absolutely beautiful!!! My husband and I are very happy customers.
They said fiat has engine problem. but they still sell it. My fiat stopped on highway many times, its horrible experience.Drive this car, you will bet your life on it.And worst customer service ever. They only kind for selling the car. They dont care after sold it.
It is great to see dedicated people working hard and helping out for all your needs. I would like to say there were some hiccups on our way but we worked our way out of it. Would recommend.
This is our second car from this dealership. The first experience was for my husbands 2017 Gulia in February. They treated him with the utmost respect. While I was there I fell in love with the Fiat 500x. I came back and spoke with Dena. She was perfect; not too pushy, not too laid back and was knowledgeable about the car as well. Any question that I had in which she wasnt 100% sure of the answer, she searched for a definitive answer for me.I really appreciated all of her help with getting me into my first brand new car. She even sent me off with a good luck charm for the car. And it was purple! (My favorite color)!!Thanks for everything Dena!!
Matt Labate has a fantastic personality and made the experience of my cousins buying their Fiat easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend him and this dealership.
My second purchase experience with Westbury Fiat -- Frank DAmato is a great asset to this dealership. He worked hard on our loan to help us get the best deal after a tough few years., and am I ever grateful! Fiats rock -- awesome car with an awesome price. Fabulous in snowy weather and solid car! Thanks Frank and Will!
My experience with Westbury Fiat was great. Will was very knowledgeable and helped me get all the options I wanted in my Stelvio.
The salesperson we dealt with made us feel like he didnt want to bother with us. When we asked about the additional fees in the price he couldnt even explain what they really were. Felt better leaving than when we were inside the place....and it was pouring outside!
I came here with my parents and brother for a car. And we definetly left with one. Matty aka Mathew worked with us till we got the car we wanted with a fair price. And within a week we left the lot with one. Car drives great, beautiful interior and exterior and even better customer service!
Awesome customer service. It was the easiest transaction for a vehicle that I ever made. Cammy was a great salesperson and highly recommend her-professional and knowledgeable. I love my new car.
Bought a used Ford from their used department and the buying experience was nice and easy. I was helped by Colin and Mike, both hard working and honest guys. Every problem I had with the car was alleviated through the service department and my car was never gone than more than a few days. And the 4Cs in the showroom helped out too ;)
My sales rep was Carlo and he was very easy to work with. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me what I asked for, no extra fluff. My goal was to drive home with a vehicle, Carlo, Mike and the finance Manager Rosanne made that happen! Im very happy with all. Grazie Carlo!!Angelo
I visited Westbury Fiat the other day and this wonderful older lady, I think her name was Cammy assisted me. She was an absolute delight, charming, helpful and intelligent. If and when I decide to purchase a new vehicle she is definitely the person Im going to.
Purchased a car here almost three years ago. As I recall the sales people and the finance people were great! However, at this time I have an extremely minor problem with my Fiat, however that minor problem causes the check engine light to illuminate even though there is no detriment to driving the car...to be precise my ambient air sensor is bad so basically it just says that it is 130 degrees outside my car at all times. But since the check engine light is on I cannot get my car inspected So, every time I get in the car I am risking a ticket. They have an emergency classification when you bring the car in but that is also backed up and he guy I spoke to said I would still be without a car for a week minimum...seems like someone should look up the word emergency in the dictionary. I have been to 3 mechanics who will not do the repair because the sensor is in the side view mirror. This dealership absolutely does not care at all about my predicament, they offered me an appointment a month from now because they said they would have the car for numerous days and I would need a loaner. Their excuse we work on 500-600 cars a week. Sounds like a good place to own, but that doesnt help me. I am due for a new Fiat, but I will be buying it at the Patchougue dealership, who just gave me an appointment for the end of the week.
We have been searching for used car for our daughter for college. We found the perfect car for her here. The Kia Soul was in very good condition and low mileage. Collin was very helpful and responsive. They worked with our financing when others wouldnt. I had a good experience for then most part.
Great experience..Deena was very helpful and fun.. would definetly recommend this dealership.
I worked with Carlo Maltempi and I found exactly what I was looking for at this dealership. The car was as expected and the price was fair after easy negotiations with Carlo and his personable GM Mike. The entire process was very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Its rare to see dealerships that are fair and knowledgeable today.
I brought a friend of mine out here to pick up a Fiat 500c - 3 hour drive each way. Well worth the trip! Theyre well-prepared and all the paperwork was taken care of in advance so taking delivery of the car was very easy and it was a great experience!
I just leased my second Fiat from Cammy at Westbury Fiat. The process went smoothly for both cars. I was very impressed and pleased with how they worked with me to get me the car I needed at a price I could budget for. I am loyal to the Fiat brand and to the staff at Westbury Fiat! Thank you and hope to get into an Alfa next!
Really nice people just bought a car from them- a Fiat 500L. No hard sell and they gave me a fair trade in for my old car. Complimentary espresso bar! It is a studio not a dealership.
My daughter and I have been shopping for a used car she can drive at college. We visited about 10 different dealers. I was surprised that the used car salesman position has now largely been upgraded from yesteryear. Westbury Fiat was our last stop where we bought our car. Collin was our used car salesman and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. I am not a trusting person by nature, nonetheless Collin put me at ease with his honest, forthright efforts at communicating with us about the various cars. We bought a Mazda 3 Hatchback and they had priced it pretty fairly and it was the car my daughter really wanted. They gave us a few bucks off and we completed the purchase. Collin handled most of everything needed splendidly. The only reason I did not give him five stars has nothing to do with him. The dealership has a weird arrangement with their parent company where we had to go back and forth to complete the transaction and this did delay things a bit...but he spent time with me going over some concerns and showed me what I asked him regarding the car. Collin does not wear a seat belt most of the time which I dont think is so smart but he has a good reason not to. Ask him. When you call ask for him by name and he will take care of you. PS take a test drive of the new Alfa Romeo...its gorgeous!
Matty was amazing from start to finishThis was an A plus experience throughout and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the purchaseThe whole dealership is A plusHighly recommend
This is the WORST fiat dealer around... theyre completely RACIST and arent afraid to show it. I went in, was completely ignored by this tramp in a skirt. Then after several attempts of trying to get her attention, she finally came over and basically stated that I couldnt afford a fiat... like who the hell are you!? First off, fiats are one of the most affordable cars in the US today plus I drove my own fiat on the lot!!! Then to add insult to injury, after her astonishment of seeing that I already own a fiat, then she wanted to consider doing business with me, but by that time I was already all the way turned off. I highly recommend for everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Its not worth the headache... I hope every single employee at this establishment comes down with scarlet fever.
I highly recommend this dealership. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient with me and spent as much time as I needed to ensure that I received the best possible deal and financing options. Thank you Carlo, Mike and the team at Westbury Fiat/Alfa!
First available appointment to get service..... September 27th. Today is July 10th. That is not what anyone is looking for in a go-to dealer, is it?Go elsewhere.
The purchase on my Fiat 500X could not have gone smoother thanks to Fiat of Westbury. From the test drive to the trade-in all was handled in a low pressure, no games atmosphere. Debra is very knowlegable of all the things I needed to know to make my decision. Colin was very helpful with the logistics. I will be sure to send family and friends here.
Really nice Service from both the salesmen Helping me look for a car that suits me best to the receptionist that welcomed me as i walked in helping me through with my questions with professionalism . overall great service.
Carlo Maltempi went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle, Excellent knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly. I feel even more satisfied knowing that him and Mike, his boss, made sure I was in the right car for me, instead of just a car right now. Would highly recommend his expertise and Alfa Romeo of Westbury to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Ask for Carlo!
Great salesperson. Very helpful, no pressure. The cars speak for themselves
My experience at Alfa Romeo Of Westbury was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Carlo was very professional, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on all fronts along with his General Manager Mike and gave me a great deal on my new Giulia. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! Im so happy with my purchase! Thanks!Rob Meo
Sorry about the bad review because I have always been found of this dealership. It all started when I leased my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio last May. By way of background I am a heavyset person roughly 280Lbs. The drivers side car seat literally began to fall apart. I notified the service department and they did what they could but the problem became progressively worse with with the control switches falling off and the seat continuing to fall apart. I assumed this would have been covered under the bumper to bumper warranty but they gave me a hard time. When in fairness I bought the car in on April 19th they did provide me with loner a loaner Jeep. There was a warranty dispute which is still on going. They claim to have run some diagnostic test and have turned down my claim. So all they saying I used the car seat as a trampoline? This should be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. At this point I have with the rice them to go ahead with the repairs but I can promise you they will be sued in small claims court and there will be more bad reviews all over the internet. I am extremely disappointed in FCA!
What a fantastic experience working with Matt Labate, Mike the GM, and Matt the business manager. Their professionalism and dedication to serving their customers needs are above all expectations. As a sales professional who takes pride in treating his customers with respect and addressing all of their needs, it was impressive to find a group who did the same!I highly recommend working with them for your next purchase of a FIAT or Alfa. I will certainly be back *not for a few years, sorry guys*.Get there now and BUY!!
I came in to look at a 2012 fiat 500 pop with gray paint job. The price was $6780 for the car. I live in New Jersey and made a two hour drive, to this place to see this car. The two salesmen were ignoring us and took a solid 20 minutes just so we speak with them. We looked at the car and there was a broken arm rest. This was not to big of a deal but the salesman didnt even offer to fix it, even if we had to pay. We took it for a test drive and all was well. Then we tried to make an offer. Again the original price was $6780 and the salesman charged an extra $1000 for reasons that made zero sences. After all of the BS charges the car turned out to cost $9000!!! We had made an offer for $7500 cash and the saleman said without even thinking, Have a nice day. in the rudest tone possible. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND KNOW ONE SHOULD COME HERE TO PURCHASE A CAR. KNOW THAT THEY WILL ALWAYS CHARGE YOU MORE FOR NO REASON. Never again.
After looking online for some time I came across a car that I wanted to see in person at this dealership. With about a year left on my current lease, I knew it would be difficult to get out of that and into something new. When I went to this dealership I met Paul Sapienza, a genuine person with a great sense of humor who wasn’t just trying to sell me something. I was very upfront about my situation and he was able to put prices together for me. Not only did I purchase the car I wanted, I’m also saving over $150 a month. Paul and Roseann ( the business manager)also made sure when I went back to pick up the car a few days later that all the paper work was ready for me to sign. There wasn’t a penny difference on the prices they originally told when it came time to finalize the deal. This dealership is very upfront, professional, and organized. I would HIGHLY recommend them and I would use them again for any future business.
This in reference to the excellenct service I received from Cammy and Debra. This was the frist time purchasing a vehicle. While there were a few obstacles along the way, my salesperson and the dealership was supportive and encouraging. My deal was handled with care and provided insightful words. I want to thank Cammy and Debra for the deal I received and for the service they provided. Both were outstanding.
It is a pleasure to work with Mr. Sporn. He considerate and down to earth. He really made our car buying decision easy.Thank you again.
This place is a joke and everyone there is a clown. Especially the used car salesman. The guy always seems like he has a huge payment he can barely at the end of the month that wears him down. DONT BRING YOUR PROBLEMS TO WORK. I am writing this review today about the wonderful finance manager who refuses to call back or even show their face when Im there. I totaled my car and I simply want the warranties off for a car that no longer exists. Tell me am I crazy or is that not how things work anymore. Just rip people off with the warranty that they cant refund you for. Im still going to fight it. Ill keep you guys updated...
I recently purchased a 500x at WESTBURY and it was the best experience I ever had buying a car. The team at Westbury is top notch . I dealt with Cammy and Mike and they were fantastic took care of all my needs made a great deal and we love our car. If you want a quality car and experience WESTBURY is the best. They re number 1 in my book.
I came in the other week to speak to one of the sales personnel to look at a few different vehicles to add to my fleet for my business. What I was met with as I stood in the showroom was a scene thats something straight out of a daytime T.V. drama show. There was a woman with blonde hair screaming at the top of her lungs in front of not just myself, but a couple other customers at what looked like two of the salesmen. This was by far the most ridiculous and unprofessional scene Ive ever witness in my 33+ years of being on this earth. If thats the kind of environment and professionalism thats offered at Westbury Alfa Romeo, then I have absolutely zero interest in doing business there. What I might suggest from one professional to another is that this woman is reprimanded in some way. If she were my employee Id fire her on the spot, because Id be damned if someone is going to lose my company business and growth. Im sure the other customers that were also there at the time ended up going elsewhere as well.
Horrible experience!! Called Saturday and made an appointment for Sunday at 11:30. Drove 30 minutes to the appointment and everyone was busy. Waited 20 minutes and was finally told by the receptionist the car was not there.....it was in the shop. The sales team did not even come to explain the situation. They sent the receptionist.....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Horrible service!! My friend and I has been searching to buy and lease a new car and we live hours away and been calling about there lease prices and promo and so far as i know, no one has called me nor him back to see if the cars we are searching for are available. Four time they said they will call me back and never did. i do not want to make a trip there if the car isnt there to be viewed. As for him, he lives only an hour away and they told him its there and then the next day its in the shop and told him they will call back with in 15 minutes.....they never called.
I recently purchased a certified, pre-owned Fiat 500X at Fiat of Westbury. I was on the fence between purchasing new and pre-owned and so worked with both Matt and Collin. I also visited several other car dealerships trying to decide on the right car for me. Ive got to say that Fiat of Westbury was, by far, the most courteous and helpful of them all. Collin and Matt were both very helpful, arranging test drives, and answering all of my questions. If youre in the market for a new or pre-owned car, I cant think of another place that will treat you better!
There service department is horrible. I have a 2013 fiat 500, The car has an issue with loss of power when accelerating. The check engine light and low pressure light come on. I have left the car with them twice before. Once for almost a month and then again for two weeks. Both time they said they couldnt find anything wrong and gave me back the car with out fixing anything. Im going back for my third time.
They took 500$ from me and told me car is ready and when i went there they told me they dnt hv the car i wanted they can give me a diff car for more money they ran my credit twice and my credit score went down 60 points and they started fighting with me telling me to leave the place now. Tried to talk to them into possibly giving me another car but they refuse they said might take 1-5 months to get another car. Will was my sales person the girl who is the finance manager was trying to be sarcastic and another old lady came up telling me that i will not get anything i even offered to increase lease amount or lease time but no luck please do not get stuck here they are bunch of ppl trying to rip you off
Worst Service ever. Great cars but when it comes to fixing the brand new car you just bought they are the worst people alive. Jeep Chrysler doge chain company / fiat of Westbury etc. After you buy car from any of this location your service and parts department its going to be at 111 bond st, Westbury. Rude people that look at you wrong and try to over price you for something that should be cover under the warranty. Nice selection of Fiat cars, and equally good service in Westbury
Carlo did a great job at helping find the right Alfa Romeo at the right price. He alleviated all our concerns as did his manager Mike, and even came to my house to make sure that the Giulia would clear my driveway. I will definitely recommend Alfa Romeo of Westbury and Carlo Maltempi to someone who is looking for a fantastic Italian sports Car!Paul
I just purchased my 2nd Fiat from the amazing people at Westbury Fiat. Thank you Mike, Colin, Cami and especially Matt for going above and beyond!!!!
The Service and Repair center for Fiats is disgusting. They treat their customers with no prioritization. Youll make an appointment for the car to be repaired and they will run another diagnostic check $$$ while holding your car for days. I made this appointment a month in advance and they wont even work on your car the day you make an appointment! Ridiculous! However, on the day my repairs take place they do another diagnostic instead while also holding my car for multiple days. This place is a scam and operates exactly like a dealership upselling you on everything. Please, I urge anyone reading this to look into another place for repairs as well as tell me another place to get repairs. I am done giving this service center my money for they just keep charging me for the same diagnostic test. Please anyone let me know a better place and to stay the hell away from this place. This was my old review. They asked me to take this review down before they even began to work on my car. They read this review before actually working and fixing my car. Let that sink in to know where their priorities lie.October 17th, appointment for my car for diagnostic. Everything looks fine except a front axle seal that is leaking/broken ($30 part). I make an appointment for November 13th to fix this issue. Yes, it takes about a month to schedule anything (more if you need to rent a car).November 13th is my appointment with Fernando at 8:30 am. A Technician. I drop off my car and write the review above. I hear nothing the entire day. They never even got to my car. Why drop off my car on the specified date if it will not even be worked on? I could have used my car to go to work instead of using Uber!November 14th at around 12pm I call and ask about my car. Nothing. They have yet to look at it. And know that I had to call, they did not call me. They will never call you first. Around 30 minutes later I get a call from them. I’m thinking “oh joy information about my car.” They call me to comment on my review I made and asked me to take it down! They said I knew what I was getting into (that it would take multiple days to repair). I did not. I did not expect them to not even take a look at my car the first day. Fernando then goes on to talk about the review. I ask if they have any information on my car and what needs to be done. “No we haven’t looked at it” is the response I was met with. They knew about the review before they knew what was wrong with my car. Priorities right? The same day I get a call around 6pm stating the issues with my car. Fernando tells me he will call me tomorrow morning to go more in-depth about the issues.November 15th. No calls in the morning. I call 12:48pm, no answer. I call 1:00pm, no answer. I call the owner Joel Sporn around 2:00pm, no answer, left a voicemail. Finally, I call AGAIN 2:20ish pm. I get through to Fernando telling me my issue with the car now total $4,000. We went from a $30 part to $1500 in parts and nearly $2500 in labor. Clearly I was not on their good side. This whole day I was the only one calling. NO ONE CALLED ME. I stated I would like to pick up my car as soon as possible. I paid $167 for the diagnostic and no repairs done. On top of that I now have a new sound on the places they worked on. There is now an inconsistent grinding sound on the front right axle where they did their “diagnostics.” Maybe they over tightened something or did not put it back together correctly. Who knows. Customer service is nonexistent to the extent of me having to call. They asked me to take down my first review before even bothering to look at my car. My review was based on customer service which for them is 1 STAR. Now I will write this review based on Customer service as well as their mechanical ability which is 1 STAR. I now have new noises coming from my car that were not there before due to their abilities or lack there of.In short: Customer service is nonexistent and their technicians skills are less because I now have a car with more problems than when it came in.
This was my first experience with Alfa Romeo of Westbury. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential Keeper for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Matt Labate, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said Id like to come on in and check it out, and he said, Great. Itll be up front and ready for you when you get here. I cant say enough about Matt as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, Im a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Matt went above and beyond when I had questions about carafax info... He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.
This would have been a much lower rating if it werent for two of the employees who swooped in and saved the day for us. Going into the dealership the first time, we had cash and were ready to buy as long as the car was in the condition we wanted. long story short, we had multiple issues with Matt, our original salesman. Sol from the finance center was incredible and really turned our view of the experience around, along with Collin, who was there when we picked up the car. In between the heroes, was Matt, telling us wrong information, scheduling the wrong appointment times and so on and so forth. If it werent for Sol and Collin we were ready to walk away.fast forward to today, less than two weeks after having the car, we already have a mechanical issue with it (it was a certified pre-owned). Weve scheduled a service appointment, lets hope the service center can correct it. Im trying REALLY hard to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. (I would knock off another star, but like I said, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt)If you decide to go to this dealership- ask for Collin, and finance with Sol!
It was my first time going to this dealership and I was helped by Paul Sapienza. It didnt take long before I drove my first Fiat 500. First of all, Paul was such a pleasure to deal with. He was honest and to the point, which I greatly appreciate since you get a lot of BS from a lot of dealerships/sales people. I went to 2 dealerships prior to going to Westbury Fiat, and the prior dealerships service were subpar compared to Pauls/Westbury Fiats.I definitely recommend Westbury Fiat to any one interested in Fiats or Alfa Romeos. I also would like to recommend Paul Sapienza to anyone interested in going to Westbury Fiat as he is a real sales professional. Great service by Westbury Fiat.
Helped out fast process took less than 30 mins
Ehhh! Cocky since the little Alfa Romeros dropped but theyll come to reality in a bit. The Levante is a much better buy by far. I wanted the fiat 500x but they didnt want to take nothing off its mid August already smh
Wanted to ser a salesman, waited 15 min no one came over, guess they dont want ro make any sasles
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Fiat/Alfa Romeo of Westbury. I live in New Jersey and was somewhat leery of travelling to Long Island for the purchase. I soon learned that I neednt have been concerned. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My salesperson, Paul Sapienza (a car guy!) was a pleasure to deal with along with Steve Rosen the pre-owned manager and Mike Mineo the GM.I found that purchasing a vehicle from Fiat/Alfa of Westbury was overall a pleasurable experience.
Debra, Cammy, and Matthew were the best car sales people I have ever worked with. As an experienced buyer with previous horrible experiences I was anticipating the typical babble you get from most car salesmen...they were the complete opposite. They worked with me and got me the best price for the Fiat and for my trade in. They were extremely friendly, funny, and made me feel very comfortable in the purchase of my new fiat. I would highly recommend seeing anyone of these fantastic individuals. Not only were they able to speak about the specs of the car, but Debra sat with me for over an hour explaining how each function of the car worked and helped me to set up my phone and all the functions in the car so I was able to drive away with all my radio stations plugged in, able to call any persons in my phonebook using the Bluetooth feature and listen to my ipod through the media features. This was the best experience i have had thus far in purchasing a new car. Go see them!!
Great sales people, awesome purchase, the Abarth is a car of its own, something that will always keep you going.
This is the second car we purchased from Fiat of Westbury and could not be happier with our experience. Of course we said that 2 1/2 years ago with our first purchase, but every time we go there, we feel more and more like family instead of a customer. Mike Mineo and Colin Michie made our trade-in, financing and the delivery of our new vehicle seamless. Next time we are there, and there will be a next time, we are convinced that will be our happiest experience, at least until our next time. Also, Domenick in service is always responsive to your needs, even if it is only questions.
I’m so glad i came to Fiat of Alfa Romeo Westbury. i was looking for a white SUV with red interior and was blown away by the new Alfa Romeo Stelvio. My sales consultant Carlo guided me through every twist and turn. i’m so confident about my purchase what an experience!!!Linda K Prasad
If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go
Mike from westbury fiat was super helpful in ordering my Gulia Quadrifolgio Alfa Romeo. He and his team were very informative, and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. They were very precise and on point! Thanks so much for your assistance in obtaining my dream car!
Went in to testdrive the new Abarth the car and the staff were awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful would recommend.
Excellent customer service and amazing deals!
NIGHTMARE TIME with this dealership and the service department. I purchased a 2012 Fiat on 6/16/2016 that did nothing but stall from day one. The day after I purchased I was stuck on the belt parkway when the car just stopped. I took it to service had it repaired while I waited and was told it was a thermostat it would be fine. On the 3rd of July it stalled again and 3 more times after that. I brought the car in after the holiday weekend, they had the car in service for 1 month. As soon as I got it back it stalled while driving again. This was August 5th No one would return my calls that day. I got the car restarted and drove straight to the dealership and asked to turn the car in. I was not angry at the dealer or service at the time because I knew they were trying. I picked out a brand new 2016 Fiat 500 Sport. The process of exchanging the car was complicated, I was running the numbers at home and they were not adding up. After speaking to Anthony in finance the next morning I was informed that I would be taking a 1,700.00 loss. he actually told me that they were loosing money on the deal and I had to do the same. I went ballistic. They wanted to charge me all the regular fees... they even charged me 10 dollars for the gas in the new car. In the end I took a loss of $176.00 but what was I to do .... I needed a car and I was stuck with a lemon. By 1PM on Saturday August 6th they had been emailed or faxed all of the paperwork needed for the transfer. I arrived at the the dealership at 2:15 with the old car as I pulled in the break pedal fell off the car. I was immediately told there was a backup in billing and I would have to wait. 2 hours went by I requested updates and was told a half hour every time. when the paperwork arrived the numbers were wrong. I had to wait again for the new paperwork. I had to hear complaints of how people needed to go home and no one seemed to give a fiddlers fart that I was in excruciating pain from my spinal disease. (which is the reason i purchased a new car for the heated seats) Finally everything was given to me and we drove off. at 5:45 AND GUESS WHAT MY HEATED SEATS DIDINT WORK! After I was made to take a financial loss for the 2012 Fiat ....they never offed me a dollar off the new car.... never offed me a service to feel better about this purchase .....I was never offered an upgrade of any kind just get out! Here is a brand new car with broken heated seats. I was so disgusted Service is closed on Sunday and I was so hot under the collar, I just ignored the problem Monday and went to work. Two days later I was sent a survey from them when I gave a bad review, customer relations called me and said please get the seats fixed. We are seeing what else can be done for you to make you feel better about your purchase... so I dropped off the car at service after trying to call and make an appointment for 2 days and getting no response back, they were annoyed that I just arrived and wanted to make me an appointment to bring the car back again. I informed them that I had been upgraded to customer relations so the very nice woman at service took pity on me and gave me a loner with heated seats. the loner was filthy and I had to take it to a car wash and have it cleaned it was filled with water bottles papers garbage from lunch and smelled like a garbage can. That was Friday 8/12/16 six days after my purchase of the new car ....as of today 8/17/2016 service has not yet looked at me car.... I was not given any type of priority to make me feel in any way that I was important to the Fiat family..... I just have been told they are getting to it but they are busy. The only bright spot in their whole experience is Stephon at service he does check in with me although his hands I feel are tied.Shame on me for wanting to drive my new car and enjoy it... Oh and to not pay more for it than anyone else would have.
I was ready to buy a car but instead I left disappointed, no one helped, very rude and they showed no interest at all in helping me. Felt discriminated. Taking my money and business some where else.
I have never written a review before this one, but wanted to acknowledge the great experiance I had at westbury fiat service. I would like to single out Lisa Boncich who handled my service after a collision, that caused mechanical problems. She went above and beyond, and handled everything for me. She dealt with the collision shop and insurance company. I was kept up to date with every aspect of the job. I would also like to thank Michelle, who arranged for a loaner car after my rental needed to be returned. I can say with confidence that I will always use this service center for any work I need done, they are really great!
When we first walked in this dealership people were just staring at us, not sure if it was a color thing. Anyway Mathew is nothing but a money hungry ass, very obnoxious individual who is clearly in the wrong business. No customer service skill what so ever. All he wants it’s for you to pay up without questioning anything..Beware people they add lots of fee that makes no sense & when you question it they get super upset & offended like they were the one buying the car for you.Wish I can give a 0 star. I Found my car at Fiat of Fullerton NJ & had a much better experience, faster service & of course no shady fee on my bill. They even delivered my car on time as promised. 🙂
