Carloha is awesome. I got my 2012 Volkswagen CC from Carloha. They have bilingual customer service. Monica, the customer service girl I talked to. She is awesome. Its my first car and I did not know anything about car before. I had so many questions for her but she was always patient. My car is very good. They have done detailing for exterior and interior. Even it is 6 years old car, but it looks like a brand new when I saw it, nice exterior, leather seats, big bow, WoooooooW............... they are all great. They sent the car to my home and test drive with me.....too much stuff, I can never finished it.

I have to say they offer great customer service, Im an idiot when it comes to car, I only know how to drive. The guy answered all my questions and helped me picked the car thats for me. After I bought the car, I called for additional help, the technical guy was super patient and helpful. Overall its great company offers fantastic customer service.
