Bought my rav4 hybrid 5 yrs ago from Westbury Toyota and just traded it in for a 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. When I visited last month the salesman, Singh is absolutely the best. Warm greetings and was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Got a good vibe from him after visiting another showroom that was just too pushy and didnt understand the word no. No pressure! The finance department is really nice as well.

I brought in my car on Tuesday for oil change and inspection. Their service is very good. They are very polite and professional.On Saturday, one of the signal are on. So I went back, so they can reset it. One of the technician name Alex helped me to reset. But the light was still on. He told me that is maybe something wrong with my tires. The only reason I’m giving a 5 star review is because of the salesperson Andy. From the moment we arrived, he was patient, honest and accommodating and this was honestly one of the best car dealership experiences I had. I was shopping around for over a month for a new lease and he just made us feel very comfortable and not pressured at all throughout the process. Probably why I was able to agree on the same day. If you go there, ask for him and you won’t be disappointed!

This place is joke! They are no help at all and the financial guy screw up everything! He run my credit 8 times to different banks so now i can’t even a get car and then lied to your face that he didn’t do it at all.

Hmm.. It is 2 stars Bc of the managers ability to accommodate and help me out if not it would have been 0 stars. When the lady that takes the car went to bring it into the lot with a flat tire she drives over the entire concrete on just the rim scuffing the entire rim. Then when I speak to Al from the service department he was very condescending in explaining to me the difference with the tire rim and wheel. I expressed this to the manager as she was standing there during our exchange (Al and I) and even she agreed that it was and he may have been having a bad day. So she was very helpful with the remaining issues including gas and she did her best to smooth things over. When I came to pick up the car even though I was told the rim would look like new it did not. I can still see noticeable marks on the rim from the concrete. I also need to get my wheel gel filled and no one seems to know how to go about that.

The overall experience was so bad that it took me 4 trip to the service to get things right. I ordered mudguards from the service and they at first forgot to order the part, the second time they ordered 2 sets of of the front part of the mudguards. The third time I went they supposedly claim the box said the right part but the mudguards belong to another version of car. And then that’s when I went to the manager to get things straight because the guy, his name is Al, that was handling the situation wasn’t being professional and think it was a joke. The manager took care of it and the part were ordered right and he threw in some door edge guards which was great. Overall I won’t go back for even a oil change in fear they might put in the wrong oil. The leave off westbury Toyota didn’t even send my friend a referral check he was promised to get for referring me to this horrible, unprofessional car sales and service place of business.

So, I have been going here since I purchased my Toyota, it’s been good so far but today went to get my oil changed and as I drove into their service center it seemed like there was no order as to how they checked new cars in. i sat there for 15 minutes while the service consultants took guests that came after me and these are cars that pulled in behind me. I saw consultants just chit chatting in their offices while ignoring the new guests needed to be checked in. This should be brought to light since dealerships make their money from selling services rather then cars. 😪

Hats off to our sales agent Omar for going above and beyond to make us happy customers. We came from quite a distance to buy a Yaris. After a long wait for all the paperwork go through, (Omar helped steer the paperwork through as quickly as possible) my wife and I wanted to drive home together. Omar delivered our car to us on a holiday weekend! It was a hectic day down at the dealership, and Omars time was stretched between a few customers, but Omar saved the day (and the sale) !

Terrible experience with sales. Called ahead for a corolla. They said they had 2 available, LE, on lot starting at 22k. Showed up an hour later and was told both sold. However, a sales associate told me I could order one and have it shipped to the lot within 8 weeks at msrp. I said that works, lets do that. After waiting, he then shows me a red hybrid le, which I told him I didnt want at the price they were selling, 27.5k. Just get me an LE. Then after waiting he transfers me over to some other guy, whos pushing the same red hybrid on me which I never wanted. I told him again I dont want the car. After going back and forth, the sales guy got upset and left and told me to go elsewhere. So I left. What a disaster. I was ready to put a down payment on an LE that day. Waste of time. Go to millenium toyota, they treat you much better, more professional.

Omar was our sales agent, and he was great! The pregnant woman at the front counter was also helpful, courteous and stopped me from pulling my hair out. Otherwise, both the sales and service departments are very disorganized. No one knows who anyone is. No cleat direction on where to put your car. Make sure when you buy your car that they give you two keys otherwise, it will mean multiple visits to get a key. I regret dragging my husband out here to purchase this car. I am so sorry honey! Good car, lousy dealership. Only consolation was Umbertos being close by. Find another dealership. I so regret coming here. So sorry hubby!

I have never had this issue with the service department in this facility. But this time around all I have to say is that whoever picks up their phones or calls people whether it be someone IN the facility or a call center, whoever YASMIN is needs to get her character straight. I appreciate her calling me and reminding me about my inspection, even though I had already taken care of it locally, but who does she think she is starting to talk over me, telling me to WAIT! and not letting me talk or explain myself. I will continue to bring my vehicle to westbury service because I appreciate the help from Al through out the time I have leased my vehicles, but whoever manages their call center needs to do something about this Yasmin rep. Her attitude is out of line and needs to be trained on what customer service etiquette truly is.

I brought my car in because my maintenance light was on. I mentioned I needed an oil change and advice on any other preventative maintenance service needed at the time. All the while the employee helping me was distracted talking to other employees trying to hunt down paperwork that had been given to the wrong customer before me. Ultimately my car was serviced. Only my gas was changes, my tires were not rotated as typically done when the service light comes on, and I received no further details about any other work that should be done on my car. All in all the experience felt like I was being an annoyance to the employees and that I should be in and out as quickly as possible.

What an amazing experience!! In a day and age where overzealous, inexperienced, seemingly desperate car salespeople permeate the industry, I was blessed with an extremely knowledgeable, polite and considerate salesperson, Ms. Kelly Castellanos, who guided me through the process of selling them the lease on my Toyota RAV4, with 15 months to go, no less and at the same time them selling me a new lease on what I think is their most beautiful vehicle, the Toyota Hylander XLE.Having gone through the process many times in the past, spending entire days at other dealerships, Ms. Castellanos expedited the entire process without my presence at her Westbury Toyota dealership. I came in and basically an hour later walked out with the vehicle. As someone whose time is valuable, I cannot stress how impressed and appreciative I am. The workers and the adviser was excellent in servicing u and once the vehicle is finish they would come out and find you also the coffee was great.

The service department is lackluster. They are not there to help you, only there for the bottom dollar. They are not good at answering calls, picking up calls, or returning calls. There are dozens of employees but no one is doing their job. Countless numbers of people waiting and being ripped off. I will never go back considering how I was treated.

Went to Westbury Toyota and feel like we weren’t taken seriously. The salesperson was cold and not very helpful with our questions. We wanted it to work out but we did a test drive and the salesperson didn’t care to ask how it was, it seemed like we were wasting his time. Show a little excitement and helpfulness when someone’s buying their first car!! Not a great experience at all.

I mean it, 5 stars...from the first phone call to driving out in my new Rav4 Hybrid, I could not have been happier. I actually had fun! I said it several times, “This does not feel like the usual car buying experience”, which I have had in the past but never again!...Now that I’m Westbury Toyota for life!So much so, that I brought my dad there 3 weeks later and he drove out in his new Corolla.Jenelle set me up with Bernie after explaining a bad experience I had at another dealership. I asked to work with someone who doesn’t mind a thousand and one questions. I can not explain how perfectly paired I felt. Westbury smashed up my car while under their care, went through their insurance without telling me. Funny, when i went to trade in, the carfax comes up with accident that i never had, come to find out i loose thousands on a trade because of their negligence. BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP AND TOYOTA FOR NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING...........

Booked my appointment for same day for a recall and waited there for 3 hours just to find out they needed to order the parts. They could have told me that in advance instead of wasting my time.

This is the place to go if you love wasting your time and not actually getting a car!Went on their site to see if they had the car I was looking for. Put in my information and they gave me a call letting me know they did. Ubered to the dealership and sure enough they dont have it. Should have known to leave at that point. Anyways, asked to look around at a similar car. Ended up liking one and going through the process. 4 hours later we are getting insurance and setting up a loan with our bank. Put a deposit down. Another hour and find out that they could not do the registration at that time because they need a company credit card and only the GM has that. Come back tomorrow(sat).Call on Saturday and figure out that the GM will not be in this weekend, sales rep says it will be Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no phone call so I call the sales rep. Oh hes actually off today so it has to wait till tomorrow.Call on Wednesday and sales rep is not answering my call. Call the dealership and ask for him and they forward me to his cell phone which doesnt answer. At this point, obviously upset get an Uber to the dealership. End up talking to financial manager. Financial manager is most helpful person in process. Takes our case, figures out whats wrong. Determines that they cant go through with the out of state registration because the credit card doesnt match the company name! At this point, finally walked out.If this process sounds like a good time to you, then I highly recommend buying your next car here. Otherwise, there are a lot of other fish in the sea.Tldr: wasted 7 hours at the dealership over 6 days to get nothing. Do not go here.

First of all the manager was not there according to an other employer second employees were just talking and having a long conversation and ignoring the clients. I asked a question about my service and the man who helped me out gave me a whole lecture of how I didn’t read my car manual and instead of helping me out he gave me a lecture.
