Wish I Could give 10 stars instead of just 5. The Staff is super friendly and so so so so so SO very helpful and accommodating. I’m most definitely NOT a tech person and when I asked what was wrong with the device I brought in, things were explained in such a kind way and all my questions were answered no matter how many times I asked. Definitely would recommend this place for all your device needs!

Always have the parts I need. Have fixed a few screens here and never had issues with service or pricing. Very quick turnaround

Not only are the prices at a good price, they a wonderful staff its usually always the same lady but shes amazing and friendly. So is everyone else but youll always get what you need and they will always answer any questions that you might have. They are also very patient so you dont need to worry about annoying them with extra questions.

Cost was somewhat on the pricey side for my particular case, but ultimately it was cheaper than taking it to apple and was justified considering the convenience factor of the technician coming to you to provide fast, premium work. I dont plan on breaking the screen on my iPhone again anytime soon, but if it happens again, definitely bringing my business back to Mobile Fix NYC.

Their parts are great prices and service is amazing. The parts themselves leave a little to be desired but the prices can’t be beat
