This team worked with us to get our floors refinished and also replace vinyl. The sales consultant David was excellent and did not pressure us. Our home was a difficult project but Ronnie and his team went above and beyond to make sure the final results were perfect. I would highly recommend them for hardwood floor refinishing and installation.

Amazing! At Home Carpet & Flooring did a phenomenal job! It started with a visit from Gayle to access our basement and provide samples/options. She was very friendly and personable. We spoke with Ron and he gave us an install date which was a week and a half after Gayles visit. I was impressed on how quickly the whole process was. Two guys showed up and began the install. Within 3 hours, the job was complete. They did an amazing job and the floors look incredible! We previously had porcelain tile and they installed the new flooring right over it. The basement feels so warm and inviting now which is also safe for our 2 year old son. I highly recommend At Home Carpet and Flooring.

I had my floor replaced in September of 2020 and everything went well, we had no complaints Nine months later one of the boards splintered and Ive contacted Ron several times in an attempt to schedule a repair. I was told someone would be on-site to make the repair on a Saturday, no one showed up and when I contacted Ron he said we dont work on Saturdays. Ive made several attempts to arrange a date for a repair without success. I feel as though Im being taken advantage of because Im widow, bottom line is Im being ripped off.

Redid my wood floors with a new stain and they did an amazing job! Gave me four color options which I was able to see on my floor and choose from. My house feels brand new, not a trace of the old scratches or gouges in the floor (and some were pretty deep!).The only thing I will say, and it really isn’t a complaint is that if you’re redoing floors don’t anticipate being able to live in your home for at least a week! Floor is dry but the fumes are so intense my eyes are burning!

I just bought my home and had these ratty old carpets so my first order of business was to replace the flooring. From the quote I received from Gayle all the way through the whole installation they made the process insanely easy. Gayle was such a warm and lovely person when she came to measure everything. The price she gave me was great and the installation process was so much quicker and easier than I imagined. The guys that came to install moved all the furniture without damaging anything. They had the carpets ripped up and the new flooring installed and were finished that same day. I couldn’t be happier with how it looks. My house looks sooooo much better than before and I’m so happy I went with this company. I plan to do my kitchen floors in the near future and will definitely use them again.

Everyone I have dealt with, especially Ronnie, has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and very helpful. They are true to their word and bend over backwards to help their customers. I am giving them a 5 star rating but if I could I would give them 10. I would recommend them to friends, family and any and all who are looking for flooring.

So we just purchased our home, and we found them on Angies list. They gave us a call and Gayle came out, she was very helpful and gave us the idea of restoring our hardwood floors instead of laying flooring over our hardwood floors. Ron and the crew were so great! They were very responsive in answering any questions or concerns and the job came out beautiful!

As a First time home owner I was not sure what direction to go . Sales women came out and gave me a very fair assessment of the job . She was patient and very honest . I received a few more estimates and found At Home to be the most reasonable with a better quality product .I placed my order with Ronnie who was pleasant & very helpful throughout the process. Ronnie called me back two days later with a delivery date and an install date . The installers were on time & did a great job, They cleaned up everything !!Everything looks great thank you for making the process so simple

As a first time home buyer I was very confused of what was best to use in my new condo . I called several companies to give me estimates. I called the big stores (Empire,Home Depot and so on) Empire was so pushy I could not wait to get him out of my door . David came to my house was knowledgable, funny and nice. He never once pushed me but always tried to help me to make the best decision for my new home .I still didnt buy the floor the same day as I needed time to process all the different options, I called at home three days later who took my order set up an install and everything went perfect. I love my new floors and I appreciate that they never once pushed me to buy on the spot

Field Rep was on-time and very polite. He answered all questions confidently. He then asked us to call the office once we had an install date in mind. Office Rep was direct & polite. He booked our installation date and provided day of information. Installation Team: Arrived on-time and were very polite. They explained how the installation would be performed. The team was very careful while moving furniture. I really appreciated how often the cleaned through the installation. Their attention to detail was great across the board. After installation, I was told how to care for the flooring and to call if we had any issue. Again, a very respectful install team.

Was the worst customer service owner Ron was rude. Gave me so much runaround and lied all throughout the whole time. Mike who came in was very nice that’s why I took on the service and canceled one I already have. Gave me his cell phone any problem to call him. Hadn’t returned call ever since. I wish there is a review with no stars at all.Gave a nice tip workers as it looked very nice. Couple of days later. Snags rips all over. This is when Mike and Ron started being rude and lied about all these.

The MOST absolutely atrocious level of customer service I have EVER received.I hope that this review can be helpful to someone who is considering giving this company their business. As a business owner, myself, to say that I am truly shocked at this companys level of customer service would be an understatement.I recently used At Homes services for a flooring installation project at my place of business. The flooring was installed in two offices and one bathroom. At the recommendation of the installation team, the toilet was removed to install the flooring. However, the toilet was not reinstalled properly; it was simply glued to the floor rather than bolted. We noticed this issue when we began to smell sewage from the base of the toilet, and later noticed a good amount of water seeping out of the base of the toilet. We called the company, who agreed to come back to reset the toilet, which they did.A few days later, we noticed more water leaking from the base of the toilet. We called the owner again in an attempt to remedy the situation for good, which the owner refused to do, stating that they are not plumbers, and should therefore, not be liable to fix the problem that the installation team created. The owner also made insulting comments about my business, including asking if things are so tough over there at your business that youre too cheap to hire a plumber, and stating that my business should stop being so cheap and hire a plumber. He also implied that I was lying about the installation of the toilet, stating that he believed that I had actually installed it myself (obviously not the case). This language is obviously completely inappropriate towards anyone, let alone a customer.I now have a leaking toilet that was not previously leaking. I am now responsible for paying for it to be fixed.I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience! Ron was easily accessible from the moment I called to set up an appointment until the job was complete. The price was great, the staff was professional and courteous. There was a small issue with the installation, I called Ron who was on vacation he called me back asap and assured me he would deal with the problem. The day the installation was complete the issue was resolved . Ron went above &beyond to provide awesome customer service. I will be back for my next project for sure!

What a wonderful organization . I ordered carpet for my bedrooms and wood for my downstairs. Everything was installed professionally and the clean up was superb . The owner Ronnie was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. A very large job that had a lot of different things going no went very smooth.. I could not of asked for a better job !! There is a big issue MONTHS of ISSUES.• RONS guys didn’t order enough when he measured and of course RONNIE blamed us for your companies neglect• guys did a hack job that put our floors in. Yet we still used your business when we should of never called back• guys came and remeasured and RONNIE told us we added square footage and RONNIES guy said we didn’t. I have the paperwork• Countless of times RONNIE told me, I would get a called back about dates RONNIES guys could come intHIS WAS PRIOR to COVID and NOW 9/2/2020’.• Calling to see when the floors would get in. These guys took weeks to finish my moms kitchen floor. Less than a week later it started warping. Theyve canceled or postponed every scheduled appointment to fix it. This has been going on for months now and the floor is worse than ever.Horribly unreliable people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Its an absolute scam. I hired them to install carpet on my stairs and gave them a deposit. I attempted to schedule them to come complete the work a few times and finally once I was able to confirm a date, I informed the gentleman that I would be staying home from work and needed to ensure they would complete the work on that day. When the day comes, no one shows up and I dont get a call until 5pm to let me know that Oh i feel really bad the carpet never showed up so we couldnt come install it today. I called immediately to get my deposit back. After 2 weeks, I still have not received my deposit back. Ive called 3 times to check on the status and have only received excuses such as the boss needs to sign the check and I already sent it which are complete lies. I still have not received my deposit. Do not hire this company if you want a credible contractor.

Ronnie was quick to answer on angies list, the floor is barely a month old and is warping, he send someone over the first time, now he doesnt even answer and its warping, and not leveled, Horrible experience with the quality of the floor and the quality of the work. Im sorry i paid cash. Dont be fooled, as soon as he has your money he doesnt care.I spilled some water and its peeling!!! Its hardwood!!!! dont walk with shoes, dont drop fork or a tooth pick because itll dent the floor and scratch it. Ive never had such a bad experience. Shame on this business for not standing behind their bad product or their work.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR..... STAY AWAY

Average quality carpet for a reasonable price, with WAY BELOW average warranty and repair service. My carpet starting loosening within a few months, I must have called 15 times to have someone come out to fix it but the guy in charge of warranty repairs kept forgetting and saying he told the repair guys to call me and he was surprised they didnt, yet he didnt ever close the loop, I got tired of calling these guys, it was clear they didnt care. After the sale, THE WORST EXPERIENCE, avoid.

I had wood floors done in my bedrooms and they done an excellent job defiantly will hire them for my future jobs. They where on time one day job was finish as said . very satisfied..!!!

We had laminate flooring done and just within 3-4 months the floor started developing warping which increased a lot during summer and is subsiding a bit during fall and beginning of winter. We called and messaged Ronnie multiple times and he always responsed by giving us assurances that he will send someone over but no one arrived even after 3-4 months. It is completely unacceptable. He has provided a 1 year warranty but it seems that his false assurances are never going to let us be within that warranty period.

The workers who work for At Home Carpet & Flooring did a great job on my floors, but Ronnie the owner lacks Customer Service and Communication Skills. Reason being:1. I put a deposit on December 19, 2017, and was told that Ronnie would give me a call, never called and I had to reach out to him for a date for the installation.2. The other episode is when the hardwood floors were supposesdto be delivered. I waited, no call no show, I called Ronnie and he said the driver had a flat tire.3. January 5, 2018 was a snowstorm, I was not expecting anyone to come out, but I was expecting a courtesy call or a text to inform me that we will not be out today, but we will be out on this day and this time, none of that occurred. January 6, 2018, I received a phone call at 8:29am saying the guys are outside. I had no idea anyone was coming due to a lack of communication on Ronnies part. I told Ronnie that I do not like how he conducts business, he begins to say and I quote I dont know if you were made aware, but it was a state of emergency and MY FAMILY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR FLOORING!!! All I wanted was a courtesy call or a text. I ask the readers who will read this: what does a courtesy call or a text has to do with his family?As a owner of a business, you are supposesd to keep your customers informed if one of your staff is running late, catches a flat tire or you need to come out on another day because we are paying customers, and it is our money that keeps your family afloat.If you want PROFESSIONALISM. KEEP SEARCHING ELSE WHERE.

Please spare yourself grief and do not use this company. I have had the worst customer service experience ever from owner Ron, which I found on HomeAdvisor. A very nice gentlemen came to measure my floor space almost 3 weeks ago and took a deposit. Since then, I have heard nothing about an install date . I called Ron, and he told me shipment had just come in and hed get back to me--never did! I proceeded to call again to be told a message was left on my home answering machine--none left and that he would call me right back on my cell in 5 min--never happened. The following day I called and was about to leave a voicemail when Ron was calling me on the other line. I told him calmly and professionally that I did not receive a message and wanted to know when installation would take place. He started yelling at me and told me not to call him a liar, which I never did. He went on a continuous belligerent rant about how I should call my husband a liar and not him and that there is something wrong w/ my phone, not giving me a word in edgewise to even ask about my order and installation date. He asked if Im part of the metoo movement and hate men. I told him I want to cancel and want a refund for my deposit due to his bad attitude. He told me Im not getting my refund back and that hell see me in small claims court. He continued to rant on, but I managed to speak over his rant telling him what a terrible business owner he is and how out of control he is to a customer simply inquiring about an installation date. This man really needs help. Truly disgraceful and unbelievable!

AWFUL INSTALLATION - carpet is gathering in every room. The owner keeps saying he will call me back to get the installer to come back and fix it but he has not called and is now ignoring my calls. AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM.

We made a deposit for a carpet installation the sales woman promised us installation the day we request 8/24/18 they did not show up to do the work . some one that takes your money and dont show is a criminal . i was so mad i told the owner every thing over the phone like a normal costumer that gets cheated on a deal, he said we will send the check on mail but at this point, can you trust them after this ? i honestly say if this guy was in front of me i knock him out cold for taking my money and not showing up for the job .the reason i did not go to his office is because they are an hour drive . what ever this guy say in replying back to this bad review dont believe a word of what he say, he laughs like a clown over the phone .
