Didnt start showing the highest price, very respective of your needs and finances. They totally back their products and installation. Brian has a wonderful personality and knows how to make you feel comfortable. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the installers.

Over the past 50+ years we have owned and lived in three different houses in three different towns. Carpet Warehouse has installed carpets in each one, and we’ve been 100% satisfied with every one. A couple of days ago Brian delivered a new rug for our three season porch, and we love it! The previous one lasted 15 years! Beginning with Bob, and now working with Brian and Aaron, we’ve appreciated their selection, knowledge, honesty and people skills. We’ll be replacing some indoor carpet soon, and where we purchase it is a no-brainer.

I was a returning customer. I had my rugs installed about 14 years ago.. So I decided to go back to get my kitchen floor redone. I went into the carpet warehouse in Southampton Road spoke to Brian Wagner. We Set up an appointment . He was supposed to come over to measure my kitchen before I went to work @7am. No one SHOWED UP!!! No Call No show!! I was waiting, till 730 then I had to go to work.. very unprofessional they can “talk the talk “but they never “walk the walk”.. will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go there ..

It was a while ago however our service was deplorable, we had a bad contractor so they treated us poorly even with cash. Never backed up its warranty for poor workmanship two thumbs down
