We used full circle to sand and stain our hardwoods at our home in Carmel. They prioritized our timeline and did an amazing job. Since we hadn’t moved into the house yet, they were able to complete the job in just a few days. Great experience and would recommend!

Full Circle was one of two companies recommended to us and that we reached out to for quotes. We ended up selecting them as they were very knowledgeable and responsive. Full Circle is absolutely amazing! I recently bought a 1922 bungalow with carpet. We suspected the old hardwoods were underneath, and were pleased to find we were right. However, someone at some point PAINTED the old 1.5 quartersawn white oak. I attempted to sand the floors myself, but after many hours and very little progress, I gave up.Full Circle came to the rescue! They came in, quoted me a very reasonable rate, sanded everything back to bare wood, gave us several choices of stain dark enough to mask the [probable] pet stains and did an incredible job bringing those beautiful old floors back to life. They were on time and on budget. I could not be happier with the work their crew did. My floors look spectacular. I would not hesitate to contact Full Circle again in the future, or recommend them to anyone.

We used their contact us page. We got a response very quickly to set up a visit for an estimate. That was the only contact we have had/have had a chance to have. They never showed. We called the store several times and have always been sent to voicemail. Despite leaving voicemails we havent been contacted back. I emailed back the person who set up the appt and have received no response. I went as far to reach out on Facebook to see if I could reach someone but they have left me on read. I was trying to support local business but apparently in this situation I cant.

Wow! Wanted to support a Westfield business when it came time to re-floor most of our home in Centennial. I doubt we could have done any better. Showroom is packed with samples, staff was helpful and personable. Installation crew was amazing! Friendly, hard-working, obsessed with getting the job done right. Cannot recommend highly enough!

After purchasing a new home and looking for a company to refinish the floors we landed on Full Circle Flooring. Adam was quick to respond and came out to give a quote the next day. After getting on their books to refinish, we ultimately decided on replacing the old oak hardwood with a Luxury vinyl plank flooring. My experience started off well, I was referred to Full Circe from a networking group. I had assistance choosing the flooring and the sales rep was pleasant.Once my project began, communication went out the window. I was not kept in the loop about delays, when they were and werent going to be in my house. They didnt ask the direction I wanted the wood floor installed, they took the floor out of my bathroom after I said three times that I did not want that done. I had plan to install tile in the bathroom and I even had to purchase a new toilet.I was directed to get over $200 in transition pieces that I didnt need, then at the last minute told to get one that need to be special ordered so I ended up with one that does not match.Im not even convinced my project was fully completed. They left a stack of quarter round in my living room, the floors covered in dust that took a full day to clean. There is are gaps in my flooring and very visible seem lines in the carpet. I did not hear from anyone until 2 months later when they called for payment. When I told them I didnt get an invoice i was sent a different customers invoice at first.When I mentioned my concerns they skirted around the bathroom floor and the direction of the wood, which are my two major concerns. COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION and professionalism. I would never leave a completed project they way they did and not circle back for over two months.There are several other flooring companies out there. I would suggest shopping around before settling with this one. My family is big on networking so I though I would give this family owned business a chance. They will certainly not be getting future referrals from me!

Adam and his team were professionals in every step of the process. Fast, clean, courteous, detailed, and professional all describe the work they did. Adam explained the different products and how they would best get the look we wanted and balance our lifestyle, i learned a lot and Adam knows his stuff. We won’t go anywhere else for future flooring projects.

I own a remodel company, Monarch Homes, and we have started using Full Circle for all of our remodels. Aside from them doing great work, having easy to work with crews, and always being punctual, I wanted to share the most recent story of them being awesome.We had about 2,600 sq ft of solid oak hardwoods installed and refinished in a house we were completely doing over. Construction continued after they were done and we had put some protection down on the floors. Fast forward about a two months when we were finally done and cleaning up the house. We pulled up the paper and noticed that there was a big white cloudy spot in the middle of the gorgeous hardwoods that came from one of our other contractors spilling some sort of chemical on the protective paper. As we were ready to put the house on the market, full circle came to our rescue on very short notice. They fit us into their busy schedule within hours, fixed the spot so you could never tell it was ever there, and got us ready to list the house the next day. Just amazing customer service that you can’t put a price tag on. Corey and Adam are the absolute best, and we are customers for life.

Adam was very helpful and worked with us in providing samples until it was just what we wanted. The installers did an excellent job of cleaning the work site up 100% every night to keep disruptions to a minimum during the project. We are very happy with the quality of the product and work.

Working with Full Circle Hardwood Floors was a good experience and they did a wonderful job replacing a few boards in our floor that had been scratched. I would have given them a 5 star review but I had to call back a couple times to schedule the appointment for the floor to be fixed.

Full Circle Flooring, as its name suggests, did a comprehensive flooring job for us. Our main floor had about 800 square feet of carpet and 900 square feet of white oak flooring. We also had two sets of stairs—one leading to the basement and the other to the second floor—which were carpeted over plywood. We wanted the entire main floor and both sets of stairs to be matching hardwood.Full Circle removed and discarded the carpet, replaced the formerly carpeted areas with white oak floors, seamlessly laced the existing white oak with the new, sanded the entire floor, stained and triple coated the floors to match with the color of our choice, installed and stained white oak stair treads, installed new shoe molding, and installed white oak vents.They did a wonderful job from start to finish. From the moment we initially contacted Full Circle through the final walkthrough, the entire team was courteous, responsive, and professional. Alisha came to our home to discuss the project, measure the floors, offer suggestions, and answer questions. Within a couple of days, she provided a detailed quote.Before hiring Full Circle, we had interviewed, and received quotes from, four companies. It is difficult to do an apples-to-apples comparison, but Full Circle’s quote contained many elements of the project that either were missed or not itemized in the others. Full Circle’s quoted price appeared to fall somewhere in the middle, but the detailed information provided by Alisha made us confident that the job would be done professionally and with top-quality materials.We also were impressed that Full Circle employs its contractors and does not subcontract any of the work. This means, throughout the entire project, we dealt with one point of contact who helped us with daily scheduling, expectations, and any questions that arose. The contractors all knew each other and, therefore, were able to efficiently communicate and coordinate their various tasks throughout the project. Each contractor also seemed to have a since of pride and accountability about the overall project, which we rarely see when work is divided among several subcontractors.Each day during the floor installation, Edgardo’s team was careful moving our furniture, respectful of our space, and clear in communicating what his team would be doing that day. They did an incredible job sanding and finishing the existing oak floors—they are 18 years old and had previously shown some wear and tear, but now they look brand new. The new wood panels were laid straight and tight across the formerly carpeted areas, and the team seamlessly laced the areas where the old and new white oak came together (which one of the companies from whom we received a quote said could not easily be done). Edgardo showed us several stain options and helped us formulate a color with which we love. Todd did a great job installing the stairs, and Johnny was meticulous with installing the show molding and vents.The entire team was friendly and accommodating. One of the stair threads had a large, unsightly mark that negatively caught our attention. Even though the mark was a natural part of the wood and not a problem with the installation, Full Circle replaced it for us without any problem. After the final walkthrough, we received detailed instructions about how to care for the floors.The end result is beautiful flooring that has transformed our home. We cannot distinguish the old floor from the new or even identify where they come together. The wood color is lovely, and the installation, at this point, seems flawless. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Full Circle.The project lasted about 11 days.

I wrote to Full Circle Hardwood Floors about what I was wanting to have done to my floors. I received an email back from Kory saying he would be out on a certain day and time, which he did. (One Star). He told me after looking at the project he would give me an estimate for the project. I have written him three times since and eight days later still no quotes on my project. Just will not understand how people stay in business with practices like this.

My experience with Full Circle has been very disappointing. In July 2016, we decided to update the flooring in the first level of our house (about 900sqft) and a coworker recommended Full Circle. I scheduled an appointment for Kory to see the house and give us a quote. He never showed up for the appointment and a few hours later, he realized what happened and called to apologize. At that point, I had already used a half day of vacation and I was behind on important work so I decided not to reschedule.Fast forward to June 2017 - we still hadnt updated the flooring because we needed to focus on more critical updates to the house. I spoke with a contractor who also recommended Full Circle. I decided to try them again and this time Adam came over to check out the house. Adam showed up on time and the visit went very well. That appointment was on June 14th.... he said hed get back to me a few days later with the quote. By the 19th, I called and left a voicemail asking for an update on when I could expect the quote but still have not heard back (today is June 26th). The lack of communication is very frustrating to say the least.Im giving 2 stars because Adam was on time for the consultation and was pleasant to speak with. He answered all my questions and brought my attention to things that I hadnt thought about while he was at the house.
