Weve been coming daily on vacation and have been coming exclusively here while we can because they havent had a negative attitude or screwed up a drink a single time. I wish any of our Starbucks back home were half as good as this store.Quick, efficient, always friendly. Cant ask for more.

Great location. If there is a long line at the drive thru just park and go inside. There is never anyone in there so you dont have to wait. Im in and out long before the people in the drive thru can even place their order! And they are always very friendly.

Best starbucks in western mass in my opinion. Im never disappointed and the staff are wonderful. If you want a coffee, latte or breakfast sandwich the way you like it, doesnt taste freezer burned and consistent each time than this is your place.

Starbucks doesnt need a review but the employees at this starbucks are first class with amazing service and friendliness and attitude. You can tell they enjoy what they do and make getting coffee that much better.

I always enjoy coming to this location when Im in Westfield. The customer service here is very friendly. I always enjoy Michaels personality. Hes upbeat and energetic and makes getting my coffee here a pleasant experience. I visit alot of different Starbucks locations and I give this one 5 stars. All locations should have a Michael and the Cold Foam Cold Brews are amazing here!

Every time I go to this Starbucks it is so worth it, the customer service is like I’ve never seen before. Everyone who works there is so nice and the drinks are always carefully crafted and never taste like they were just thrown together. If you are ever in a bad mood and just need a coffee these people will brighten up your day in just seconds!!

Always a great drinks and polite staff. My daughter just got the bacon sauasage wrap for 6 dollars and the middle was ice cold. I would suggest checking on cooking time and temps so others dont have such a disappointing breakfast.

Sorry. Not a frequent visitor so I wouldnt know. Its been limited in sitting like tables close to each table I noticed so I prefer not staying but I met a relative there. Great food and smells awesome! Very clean even bathrooms. I will say their pumpkin spiced with the topping is really over the top to taste. I do remember that a few years ago. Very nice taste in design. If you are hoping to catch up with someone talking maybe try in your car (watch traffic..you can do that there) or go for a walk at Stanley park. Bringing your laptop doing things on that is coming for people. I hope for Starbucks lovers they widen the place or lift the roof and make more room.... Its like the word splendid and you just close your eyes to prices BUT give your gold for golden taste .

Something about the Black Tea Lemonade is changing. Its different. The taste is very weak, almost like lightly flavored water. I even requested a 2nd tea, but it was the same. Its been my go to drink for years. Im so disappointed.On a brighter note, my egg white, cheese & turkey bacon sandwich was delicious.

Awesome staff, I did a little social experiment and dressed like a homeless person in my old filthy work clothes that I painted my house with. Staff didnt know me, as Im not a regular at this particular location, nonetheless I was treated with respect despite my egregious appearance. Some of the customers looked uncomfortably disgusted as they quickly moved away as I walked by. I wonder what was going thru their head when they saw me get in my new Tesla and drive off into the tranquil Berkshire sunset. An interesting experiment that I plan on doing again!

Like every Starbucks the drink choices are great and the staff are always helpful. The only issue I have with Starbucks is that even in all this time they still dont have a single vegan snack. Not a reflection on this local Starbucks but the chain overall.

Just bought Chai tea latte. Hard to get that wrong.

Generally an okay place - good service, fairly prompt and its still decent. And I realize their main jam is coffe and food, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. Theyve been playing the music pretty loudly recently - people have to raise their voices a little to be heard. My recent visit tonight, however, was extreme. The music was SO loud! (country pop music with lyrics, not something instrumental). Im already hard of hearing, put earplugs in and STILL the music was unbearably loud. Its a small location so there isnt anywhere to sit thats away from the speakers. I wish that, if the music is going to be that loud, it was at least instrumental, but Im not likely to come back any time soon...

Always friendly, great staff. I usually order on the app for pick up on my way to work. My order is always ready and Ive never had a problem. Plus its a quick and easy stop.

Employees are always so friendly and happy to explain sizing or flavors. even when you can clearly see they are having a busy busy day. not to mention the coffees delish💕

I love Starbucks but this particular location has been iffy the past 6 months - year. My order is either great or horribly wrong, mobile orders are not their strong suit but the line in store is usually long during any time of the day, so regardless you’re waiting around 10 minutes to get your drink. Same case with the staff, they’re either GREAT or the grumpiest person you’ve come across all week.

Always a positive experience for me at your Westfield Ma. location. Great service with big smiles. Ill be back again!

I just had the best chai, Ive ever tasted.

Nice starbucks. Made my Carmel Macchiato just right. Not too long of a wait to get out drinks. Sitting area was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon. Bathroom could be cleaner. They have a drive thru and parking lot has plenty of parking. Good location to other stores.

The renovation to this Starbucks is beautiful. Its a great place to sit with friends and enjoy some relaxing time together over amazing coffee. The staff are nice and the coffee is delicious!

Went in this morning for a latte with almond milk, and an additional shot of espresso plus another coffee. Got a latte full of caramel and whole milk, no additional espresso either. I Was on my way to work at around 10am, didn’t have time to go back and return to store, contacted customer service and got all my money back to my account immediately, no questions asked. At least someone does their job well. I get you all get busy, but I went inside the store and you weren’t even listening to my request, what a disappointment. This Starbucks location is going downhill.

I ordered delivery and it was canceled out of nowhere...neither the store or the delivery tried to contact me but claimed contact was attempted and refused to give a refund. NEVER AGAIN will i order from this store.

Service was fine for the drive through but when I asked the barista to dispose of an empty Starbucks cup I had to make room for my 2 coffees he said they aren’t allowed. It’s the same company.. why can’t they dispose of their own cups? Absurd

Always good. Much more friendly than Starbucks in CT. Nice folks. Parking is sometimes a challenge. All in all a good time.

I love Starbucks, its my favorite place to get coffee! The Baristas here are excellent, the atmosphere is warm & inviting, of course the coffee is delish! Bathroom is always clean. Cant go wrong.

Dont bother using the free drink offer with purchase because the owner still charged me for both drinks even though I explicitly asked if she needed to see the email about the offer. Make sure to ask for your receipt I guess!

I spent a few hours working from my computer and there was one annoying fly, which made me want to not come back. Its hard to work when there is a constant nuisance (I forgot to bring my fly swatter). No toilet paper in the ladies room. Its a nice place but these little things got in the way of the experience.

As hoped for: quick service and pleasant staff.

I only stopped here for a cup of coffee, but it was so over-brewed I couldnt help but to write a review. Ive had a million Starbucks coffees, but this one was like drinking paint thinner. I think it stripped the enamel off my teeth. My wife and I both had to toss it out.
