I cant get enough of this place! Bargains galore and beautiful on trend quality home fashions. I found these amazing down filled macrame pillows for $15.99 these pillows sell for twice or three times that amount online or in other stores. They also have great finds on furniture and always excellent service.

Stop to visit this beautiful store for the time and love it, if youre looking to decorate your house,office or anything between stop by you will love it I personally love to decorate and change some few things here and there in my beautiful home...and between this store and home goods I cant complain its just beautiful pieces you could always find alot of items just perfect. O my goodness- I was gitty when walking in- talk about INEXPENSIVE! Ahhh.. How could we have walked by this place so many times?! Well, they have so much and again, at a good price- everyone is so helpful and nice. Also, the store is sooo clean- no bulk merchandise is isles- easy to walk around as the set up was made for people to pass eachother with no worries of bumping into one another! We went in to look at rugs and lamps. We ended up with a rug. The prices are so reasonable at HomeSense. I like that this sister store to HomeGoods offers more choices in regards to furniture, lighting and rugs. Definitely a fan!

This place has a nice selection of home decor from large pieces to small. Large rug selection. The store could be better displayed and organized, seemed a little messy, but not dirty. Will definitely shop again.

Our experience was great! Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Over priced on some of things, organization gets worse further you get into the store. Floors look like they havent been cleaned in years. Employees avoid customers at all costs or try to ignore you. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, you get what you pay for here.

Always enjoy my periodic trip to Homesense, with my daughter this time.!Picked up a few Christmas stocking stuffers, and a few other items.

I have a counter height vanity and have been having a struggle finding something pretty to pass as a vanity chair. I found one at Home Sense. I absolutely love it!! And it swivels!! I had great expectations of this store, but it was very disappointing. Firstly no handicap shopping carts to push my mother in. And the flow of the store is bad, from the aisles being narrow and product being tossed everywhere. Almost all decor I looked at had some sort of defect. I wanted to love this store, but it just seemed like the tj maxx and Marshalls reject items.. I wont return or recommend to anyone.

My first time at Home Sense and it felt like the factory twin of HomeGoods. In a sense, that their housewares and other bathroom, kitchen, and other home decor accessories are all shelved in metal racks just like in a factory. Im not sure if Im making sense. It made it a little less pleasant and messy to browse through. Their aisles were a little narrow as well so you couldnt help but say excuse me to all other customers walking through----maybe to make more room to display more merchandise? The store space seems a little small for all the stuff that it has but thats just my take on it.... BUT, great brand names and a plethora of choices for slightly higher, reasonable price. The store was busy when I was there and there were plenty of staff to help out. Well-lit so you can see and feel the product before deciding to buy. Ill still come again, but would prefer the smaller TJ Maxx or Marshalls or HomeGoods.

Honestly the store has beautiful home decor. However the staff seemed a bit uptight having persons of ethnic diversity in the store. I understand that due to the location some people may not frequent the store as much as others nonetheless I am one of Homegoods, TJ Maxx, and Burlingtons biggest spenders and have been for years and I must say that I was very disappointed with the unnecessary monitoring and lecture about returning an item without a physical receipt (although it shouldve been linked to my email account and debit card). I seriously doubt I will make a 40 minute trip to visit Homesense again at the Avon location but I hope others will have a more enjoyable experience

HOMESENSE vs. HOMEGOODS:My review is a comparison based upon the fact that most of the reviews so far I found to be lacking. I feel a comparison is helpful because many more people know (and have been to) Homegoods, and may want to know if it is worth the trip. I will say... Maybe and/or no for the following reasons:MAYBE if you want more furniture or rugs but thats it.NO if you expect a large stock of anything and everything else - because Homegoods has MUCH more.Having written that, it could just be THIS Westlake, Ohio location - but thats what I saw. Im sure Homesense is much bigger/better with more selection at their east coast locations because lets face it, most retailers seem to dismiss Ohio and send their best to the larger metro areas but whatever - maybe this location is just a test area (??)Further, the general aesthetic is just uncomfortable. What I mean is, it looked like a Costco or large storage unit. Nice items placed on tall wire shelves, stark gray concrete floors, and harsh lighting is not a pleasant shopping experience to me.Bottom line, I wasnt in need of furniture or rugs so I was unimpressed. Even the lamp selection was no better than any Homegoods. And by all means, if you are from farther outside the Cleveland area, save your time and gas, and just go to Homegoods.

Bought a bedroom set from the show floor(that was assembled for retail) and the young men took it apart, helped load it on my trailer. When I got home and started to set the room up I noticed the store never gave me the hardware(bolts/screws) to put the bed frame back together. I called the next day and the manager said I was lying and that they indeed did give me the hardware and its now my problem. Anyhow, instead of arguing over $5.00 of harware I ended up buying new screws and bolts from ace hardware. Now the fun begins, when attempted to bolt the bed frame together, I found out that the frame was drilled incorrectly from the manufacturer and was unable to safely assemble the bed set.as you can see in the pictures the spacing is different. CARRY CAUTION BUYING FROM HOMESENCE furniture. I wouldnt buy anything further from them, they are unethical and sell furniture that belongs in a thrift store.#garbage
