We are current owners of a Sleep Number bed, and after 15 years, needed to replace and upgrade. We visited the Crocker Park location to look at what is now available. The store was clean and bright, and the rep, John, walked us through several models after determining our individual Sleep Numbers. We found the perfect fit - a Split King...when we tried it out with the head and foot elevations, I wanted to take a nap right then and there! Now, we will have a king bed, but my husband and I can have our own controls for the type of mattress hardness/softness as well as head/foot elevation without disturbing each others sleep. I cannot WAIT for our bed to be delivered. Now that I tried it out in the store, Im already spoiled and dont want to wait 3 weeks for delivery! Alas, all good things come to those who wait.Also, a huge benefit from being a previous Sleep Number bed owner...we received a meaningful discount that made this purchase affordable. It is still expensive, but we view this as an investment in our health via quality of sleep for many years to come.

John is very knowledgeable and is always so kind and patient. It took my husband 3 visits to be convinced we needed a new bed after 20 years, (thats where the patient part comes in).😉 This is our 2nd Sleep number bed and we love the product!!

Was fantastic. He walked is through how the mattresses work and what sets then apart. He helped us try the different models out and gave us some nice haha on time without being in our faces, he let us just relax and feel them out. He doesnt have a hard job as the mattress we picked sold itself but he did a great job belong us pick out accessories and going over the fine print and delivery setup. We have gone through 4 mattresses in the past 8 years because we didnt want to spend the money and/or couldnt stand a current one after a year or two of settling. I think we are finally over this bed hunt with how you can customize your sleep experience anytime you want and worst comes to worst, they have a100 night trial. I wish we could have tried it previous mattresses like that and saved ourselves a lot of time and money and found Sleep Number sooner!

Sleeps like an air mattress, because it is. Noisy too. The worst part is the remote batteries last only a month. I recommend not purchasing this bed. And they make you keep the frame if you return the bed. The frame is more expensive than the mattress, competitive frames are half the price.

Havent bought the bed yet maybe after I will change stars. However salesman and this was location was top notch. Full of information about beds and current sale without being pushy. Nicely done store beds set up so you may lay on them.

Moving to new quarters, and getting a dream bed to celebrate!Weve no experience yet with the bed, but the sales staff was very helpful and professional in all aspects of the purchase, including installing the control app on our phones. A pleasant major-purchase experience!

Buyer Beware!! Was not told during purchase, that the bed frame is not included in risk free trial. Returned due to horrid slumber. Realized we could only return the mattresss (out the cost of a very expensive frame). Then the frame does not work the way it was intended to after they take the computer. Very Bad.

I had a great experience at Sleep Number. The representative John was fantastic and really seemed to want to help me out with my back pain from my bed. He was great because I let him know I was on a low budget and he accommodated me without pushing any of the high ticket items. I would highly recommend going there for great service. Went there to look for new pillows. While the selection is good, the worker clearly did not want to help. She was more interested with talking on and looking at her phone the entire time we were there. The only time that she interacted with us was when we asked her questions. While she was knowledgeable with answering questions when asked, she obviously couldve cared less to sell to us. We came home with nothing and instead just bought all of our pillows through the website. Wouldve been nice to have them that night.

Jim Conway was extremely knowledge and helpful to us when we were looking for our new Sleeep Number bed. He helped pick our Sleep Number so that we know what to set it at when it gets delivered. He also helped me pick the perfect pillow! We are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our p6 Flex Fit 2! I will recommend Jim at Sleep Number to everyone that is know!
