Ive gone off and on for my BMW service needs for 6-7 years. Everyone from the sales, parts, service staff have always treated me very well. Im not one of the big dollar customers yet they always made me feel valued and appreciated. Not once did they make me feel any less than a good customer. This was my first experience with BMW and I want to thank Ken for being a great salesman. He was not pushy at all! I knew what I wanted and he laid all the numbers out for me and told me the best way to get a deal. He was very patient when explaining everything. Brittaney was also very informative about the amazing services BMW offers which made me want to purchase my car even more! Mike from finance and insurance was wonderful too. Bought a great car at a fair price at the end of May. Fast forward a month later and Iβm driving on expired tags with no sign of my out of state registration. After making several phone calls to the dealer, I finally received my plate and registration in the mail but they are completely mutilated. See photo. How is this acceptable? Out of state buyers beware!

We purchased a used Jetta for our college aged son in March 2021. After the purchase we discovered the brakes were at less than 10%. While I do understand there are risks associated with purchasing a used vehicle, I would expect more from BMW Westlake-especially when putting a clients safety at risk.I did send several emails to the sales person over the last couple months, who in turn promised to talk to his General Manager. There has been no response, so I feel obligated to leave a poor review. Sadly, my wife and I also purchased a 2019 X3 brand new from this dealer, and I dont think we will return.
We were immediately greeted by Jerry, he showed us the one on the showroom floor and then asked us if we would like to take a similar version for a drive. We did, and it was so nice not to be βsoldβ while driving it.When we came back, we asked him to give us numbers including our suv as a trade in with a lease and a purchase. He was very efficient. And they came back above what we were expecting as a trade in value.Best car buying experience weβve ever had! Everyone did their job without making us wait longer than we needed to. I recently purchased a 2020 X3 from Nez F. At this point, I am already a repeat customer from when my wife leased an M240i convertible from him prior to that. I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. We are on our 3rd and 4th cars for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW is great but the minimal service it does need, is handled with no hassle. I get a weekly car wash and they never make me feel awkward about getting that done. In over 3 years I have yet to find anyone that does not stop what they are doing to say hi or answer any questions for me as I wait for a wash or service. I actually enjoy going to the dealership. On our second round of cars we did not even consider another option because the dealership made our lives easier and more enjoyable. No hassle, friendly and quite frankly ... fun. Terrible service department. I live very close by so have been taking my 5 series to the BMW of Westlake. Everytime I take it for service or a concern they bring up other issues, which I have been getting fixed over time. However, last time my wife took the car there for checking on some screeching noise and issue with lock, they have an estimate for over 3500$, which includes new tires, new rotors and brakes, new battery etc and 3 months prior to that on the service everything was fine except for the tires getting worn out. I asked the service rep for the details and she sent me a picture of the rotors (attached - they had not even taken the tires apart) and the measurements were fine for both the rotor and brakes just that they noticed some rust on it even without a complete inspection. I took it to another place where the guy took out the tires and checked all the brakes and rotors and they were all fine, the noise had already stopped without getting anything done. Furthermore, about the battery I asked if they had tested the battery and she said they did not test it yet, just noticed some sulfated dust around the battery terminals so it is better to change it. On asking about the testing, she said it would cost additional. Even after over 6 months I got my battery tested at another location and it is perfectly fine. Even despite this I visit there once since my cars console would just turn off abruptly while driving, after checking they told me it needs software update, which I declined and they wanted to charge me like $80/90 for the diagnostic! I would agreed what others have mentioned about the courtesy of the service staff here, they are rude and not looking for your best interest. Its really sad since I now have to take my car all the way to Solon. Additionally, we had visited the sales department as well, as we were interested in buying the M3 or M5, test drove them as well, told the sales person our interests etc, its been months I have not received a call back from them. I am glad others have had a better sales experience than me.

I have had such terrible experiences before at other dealerships and my experience here was definitely fantastic. I am very impressed with the service I have received. Kelly was absolutely fantastic in my car search experience. I didnβt know what I wanted and she was patient as I test drove basically every model on the lot. She was super helpful in finding something that worked for the price point I was interested in and that would make me happy. The best part was that she never came off as forceful. I cannot stand sales people who act like sharks and try to talk you into things that donβt suit your needs or interests. The rest of the team was welcoming as well. I had such a great experience that my family and I will definitely be purchasing all of our future cars through Kelly and BMW Westlake.
Fair and transparent pricing. I was very disappointed with the delivery process when compared to the Volvo we purchased last month for my wife. Surprisingly, there has been no follow up from anyone at the dealership.

Very disappointed with their service!Honda treats me/us much better! My Honda was $35k, whereas, BMW $100k.They will treat you FAIR enough to sell you the car, after that, done deal bye bye! I also referred another customer to them that bought another car for $75k.Their sales - never smile to each other. The only 3 people that treats me with respect, smile, and I enjoy talking to is PUTRII, salesman sitting next to her, and the guy that initially demonstrated all the new features to my BMW.Moreover:Car Wash Service:1. Worst car wash service I have ever experienced!2. Their whats called a Complimentary Wash for me its just a waste of time. Just an exterior rinse, thats all! Even that doesnt come out to be clean. Seriously? BMW!? I didnt ask for a FREE wash, it was offered to me. Honda washes interior and exterior COMPLETELY for FREE. Whether you want it hand washed or with Laser wash.3. They didnt even bother themselves to take out few trash from inside.Service:1. They never have anything in stock.2. They never have loaner available.3. I wait 1 week for the tire to be delivered only to find out that apparently its the wrong tire. Then they told me to wait till Tuesday, I call them on Wednesday and the tire still didnt make it. I am still driving on a tire with a bubble (not sure how safe enough it is for such a high performance car).I was ignoring all of the above for some time, didnt wanted to write a review but... too many mistakes for such a good brand/make.Thank you!
Long time customer who will not be returning ever again. Sales manager was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was incompetent after I had purchased a $60,000 used car that has spent 2 months in the shop within the first 5 months of ownership. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere to a place where you will be treated respectfully and sold a quality product.

Charged me the diagnostic fee but to my surprise they could not identify the problem. When I asked they wanted to charge me more for diagnosis which I refused. People do not take vehicle to service for BMWs experiment but customer wants them to find cause of problem. Why should customer pay for your experiment? This dealership really sucks!
We drove from Cincinnati to look at a certified 5 Series we saw online and got there around 3. By 5:30 we were driving home in the car. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Each person with whom I had contact was very professional. I see that KAMRAN is not happy with the service! I told him not to go with them even though we both do like BMW brand.I went with a $170k S-Class instead because initially when we went to BMW to look at M760li the salesman wouldnβt show it to us because apparently itβs for βSERIOUS BUYERSβ only! LOLWe picked up both of these cars the same day. At Mercedes the whole crew welcomed us when we were picking my Mercedes whereas at BMW only the saleswomen which she was begging for help!It doesnβt matter how good the brand is if the services sucks!In few words, very unfriendly atmosphere!

Have been working with Jerry Mancini for a few months now to make a lease end exchange so to speak. I have been interested in the new BMW 5 series. Had had a 2015 535 m-sport coming to end of lease and needed to make a decision on what to get next. I had had my heart set on the 550 M-sport but they seem to be in short supply this season. I had been looking at the web page for weeks and missed my opportunity. Nevertheless, working with Jerry, I found a beautiful 540 M-sport with every option and after driving her, felt like a perfect transition from my 2015 which was my first BMW to this beautiful 2018 540. Im very excited today and even got a monsoon to greet me after taking ownership of her. I have never had a complaint with Westlake BMW. I have always appreciated their service. It is a bit far from my home but that doesnt matter. Ill drive to Westlake for the quality of the service and for their dealership. It is comfortable, the staff are excellent. We just received delivery on our second vehicle (X4) in three years from BMW of Westlake. The purchase experience with Howard Schneider is second to none. Delivery is exceptional with a dedicated genius (Nate) to spend all the time necessary to become familiar with the latest BMW tech (of which there is plenty!) I have had two great experiences purchasing a car from salesman Jerry Mancini. He is very professional and knowledgeable, while also friendly and easy-going. During my most recent purchase, Jerry literally spent the entire work day with me going over purchase and lease options, test-driving cars, answering a million questions, and putting up with my 11 year old who loves cars (especially BMWs). When we made our decision on a lease late in the day, Jerry and the rest of the staff worked past closing to get my car ready to take home that night. Jerry, Mike and Dirk all stayed past close to finalize the deal and go over my new cars features. Like the cars themselves, these guys are excellent and go above and beyond to take care of you!
