A very positive buying experience. I’d been looking for a car for a few weeks. And visited more than one dealership while looking. I saw a car off-lease on the Nick Mayer website and thought it was reasonably priced. My wife and I drove up late one afternoon and met a sales associate, Arias. Looked at a few car options and he brought a car around for us to drive. Arias joined us on a 20 minute ride asking a few questions and filling us in on the car we were driving. Soft sell, informative, helpful and pleasant. We sat down in his office and discussed my trade-in. He brought his manager in and we struck a hand shake deal. I came in the next day and presented my trade-in. They actually improved the price of my deal. The finance manager, George, met with me privately, took care of all the finances(very informative) and I was out the door in less than an hour. They had the advertised car in stock, respected me as a customer and my time, and delivered a deal that was favorable to us both without the typical car dealer harangue. After the deal was completed one of the managers introduced herself, thanked me for my purchase. Was interested in how I chose them and then encouraged me to reach out to anyone at the dealership if I had any questions. I had a good experience and would certainly recommend them, if you are in the market for a car.

Shady dealing with this group. Working on a deal and asked to fill out credit application, filled out and find out they sold the car out from under us. Went several hours with no contact and final word was we told you we had another buyer. Wouldn’t recommend doing business here.. sorry attitude from salesman as well.👎🏻

Michael Ruksenas was my salesman when I visited Nick Mayer Lincoln, on Memorial Day. Even though I was interested in a used MKX, my girlfriend and I were treated like gold by Mike and the other staff, including George the Paperwork Guru. Service after the sale was very satisfactory, as I needed to have an issue fixed two weeks later. Isaiah Morrow was excellent to work with, as my Service Writer. I look forward to buying another used or new Lincoln product from Mike and this dealership!

I purchased my car here about 3/4 years ago. I have also taken it back for all of its service needs. Everything has been a very good experience.On my last service, which was yesterday, there was a serious lack of communication, which left me pretty frustrated. Although the service department dropped the ball, and lacked handling the situation as well as they could have, the manager Kevin stepped in and handled everything with the type of service and professionalism you expect from a Lincoln dealership.Overall, I would still recommend using this company for any of your car needs. All but one experience has been 5 stars, and the one incident that was not up to their standards was quickly addressed by management.Thank you Kevin for your sincere efforts yesterday~

My experience with Nick Mayer Westlake was fantastic! I bought a Lincoln Aviator Black Label. The salesman I dealt with was Micheal Ruksenas. I never did walk into the dealership. Michael answered all my questions remotely, and I had several. He also did a video walk through which was helpful. Michael delivered the vehicle to my house for a test drive and to experience the car in person. Why this is so impressive?? I live 150 miles from the dealership. Now that’s customer service. I traded 2 cars and they gave me what I thought was fair. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and salesman if you’re in the market for a Lincoln.

So I saw a van they had listed online, I sent a request for info and promptly received an email and text. The van was not at their dealership, it was being detailed. The guy I spoke with said he would call me when it came in. Three days later I get an email saying I missed my appointment and it suggested I set a new one. I never had an appointment. So I email and text the guy to see if the van is back from the shop. No response. The next day I get an email from Krissy who wants to know how I liked my interactions with them and if she should assist me. I reply back I would like to see the van if it is there. Two days later another guy emails asking how I liked my service and if there is anything he can do, I reply back I just want to look at this van if its available. No response. A week later krissy text me asking if she can do anything for me because she want to provide the best service, I text back I just wanted to the van but I feel like its not happening and I have no faith in her company. No response, over the next couple weeks I get a hand full more of how can I help you texts with zero response to my request. Today I received my fifth or sixth text from her, still never saw the vehicle and really would rather not work with them but she asks again how can I help you. So with her text and emails, the original guys and the managers I have had at least 12-15 contacts, and have never been able to see the vehicle they listed. I did drive out there and ask to see it at one point, not giving my name and was told they dont have that vehicle. Not sure if the texts are sent automatically or what but its like no one has ever responded to my request to see the van. I cant really recommend them I would suggest you dont give them your phone number or email. Craziest dealership I have ever worked with the entire thing is just weird, was the vehicle there ever? Did my texts ever reach a human? Am I doomed to be spammed by them for the rest of my life???

Did an instant cash offer kelly blue book. They begged me to bring the car in, and then when we did they lowballed me. They complained the car doesnt have all wheel drive when that was clearly specified in the Kelly Blue Book that it does not. Total waste of a time, and unprofessional dealership. They will lie and do anything to get you in there.

Had great experience at Nick Mayer! Had been looking for a particular model for awhile and finally found what we wanted at Nick Mayer. Being in Atlanta and knew nothing about this dealership, we called and was connected to Tami. She was very pleasant to talk with and made things very smooth and easy for us. Once we arrived to pickup our car, the staff greeted us and treated us kindly which also made our first trip to Cleveland worth the visit! We love our SUV! Ken Wagner ensured the safety by adhering to the social distancing rules and it was refreshing that the staff cared about their customers. Love our Lincoln Nautilus we bought here. When we purchased it they told us they would come get our Nautilus and drop off a loaner. Had 2 service visits and this still hasnt happened. First was the first oil change, so I can see me having to waiting in lobby. Second time I had oil changed and some warranty repairs. The work would take a day or so. I had to bring vehicle in and pick up a loaner and the vehicle they gave me had very little fuel and was dirty and had smoked a lot in lt. The smell was overwhelming. Next day I returned it and picked up my vehicle I complained about loaner and all I got was a sorry. They did not stand up to the Lincoln promise. Service did repair the vehicle properly. Dont know if they sanitized it or not . We did after afterwards.

The service department is seriously lacking in the customer service aspect. Since buying my MKC I’ve had nothing but problems when any issue arises. They messed my financing up, & lied about getting free lifetime map updates. They were suppose to pick my car up for service yesterday, after being an hour late I called. They offered no explanation as to why I didn’t even get a call from them. They finally picked it up this morning! When they called for payment I was told they had already left to bring my car back. It’s maybe a 15 minute drive. Over an hour later still no car. When I called to see what happened, once again no explanation & was told they would get it back to me ASAP. They should be keeping the customer up to date. No one should ever have to call when the delays are the businesses fault.

I went to Nick mayer looking for a new car because I was in a accident and my old car was deemed a total loss. I found something I liked and everything was going well, but I wasnt exactly happy with what my payments where going to be, so I put a deposit down in order to hold the car, because I wanted to go through another financing source in order to get a lower monthly payment. I put down a $200 deposit and asked them that, if I didnt get the car will I get my deposit back. They told me YES!! so while I was waiting to here back from the credit union I was trying to get financing through Nick Mayor called me multiple times a day trying to rush me. I told them that I was still waiting to hear back, so while I was waiting, my work van had broken down which caused me to start looking for a vehicle that was more fitting for what I do for a living. I was in a rush because I had jobs that I was currently working on and needed something I could put my equipment in. So I found something that was a far better deal and fit my needs. I called Nick Mayor to let them know and requested for my deposit to be returned and very rudely they told me no! They were upset that I didnt buy the car from them even though they had already sold it! They still havent returned my deposit. I just want my money back! I if you are shopping there and they want you to put down a deposit. I suggest you dont, because if you dont get the car they will keep your money!

I purchased a used 2017 Ford Mustang GT Convertible and it only came with one key fob. I bought this car from out of state and ask all normal questions before buying. I messaged my salesman, Paul Prenatt, when it got delivered and he said the one they sent was the only one they had. He said back to me in messages that he would get one and mail to me. I still have the messages and no extra key fob was sent and ignores messages now. I called and ask to speak with a manager and he said he would get with Paul and get one sent. Guess what? I still have no extra fob. This has been going on since early December 2019. The carfax also said no wrecks and I ask Paul if their was any issues with it on the phone before buying and he said no. When the car got delivered it was dark and really couldnt see the car very well. After examining the car the next day, I noticed wavy spots on the front bumper where either someone tapped something or someone else tapped it. It is noticeable if you look at it but was told no damage at all. Between both these issues, I would not recommend this dealership at all. Appears they just want to make that $$ and thats it. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you all read this and want to take your car back I would be more than happy to let you since your salesman Paul Prenatt left out very important mishaps about the car.

Attempted to schedule service during the morning of Dec 4, 2018, no one answered, voice mail left, no one returned my call. This is not the first time this has happened. Brought my vehicle in for service in August, stood around in service area for 20 minutes with all kinds of people walking around (service techs, salespeople, etc..., no one bothered to ask me if I needed help. I ended up wandering around the administrative service area and finally found a lady who obtained assistance. Brought vehicle in for service shortly after delivery of the new car for build quality issues. Problems were claimed to be fixed, however they werent, had to bring to another dealership to fix the problems. Never received a thank you letter from the owner of the dealership for my new vehicle purchase. And this is from a dealership which prides itself as being the best from Lincoln?

I recently moved here, I had good experiences with the Quick Lane at the dealership I purchased my car from in another state. I took it to Nick Mayer for an oil change, and they reported that my right front inner tie rod needed to be replaced. On the phone the service manager described it as very loose. I took this as an opportunity to test their honesty to see if I should use them for future service on all of our family vehicles. Three other mechanics looked at it and reported no problem. Three others!! They also wanted $60 to replace a cabin air filter - its so simple it doesnt require any tools. This place is too expensive and I dont appreciate them making things up about the condition of the car. They did the oil change quickly.

It was after 6 p. m. and Quick Lane closes at 7 p. m. I spoke to Dave, the manager. I told him my tire wasnt holding air and that I had to work the next day. I was worried I would have a flat by morning. Without hesitation, Dave told me to bring the car in and he would do what was necessary. I apologized for him having to stay late and he wasnt phased by it.Sure enough, there was a nail in my tire and not only did they patch it, but washed my car as well! Had to get a vehicle ASAP. Was looking at used online, pictures were not of the car and it had been in an accident. Engine and under carriage was in sound running order. I got the car for a fair price and have to do some work to it to make it what it needs to be. Being from out of state it has been a bit of a hassle getting the paperwork together for plating the vehicle. Gus at the dealership was extremely helpful in getting everything together I needed information wise and dealing with my many phone calls. Over all it was a good experience and different for the purchase of an out of state vehicle. Grateful I had someone to deal with with experience and patience.

Sales rep was was a sweet man. Very pleasant, wonderful test drive. After that, they Low-balled me so badly with my trade in value (KBB minimum for my car in this area is $9500; they offered me less than 2/3 of that), I found myself quite insulted. Frankly, I could easily pay cash for any of the brand new Black Labels on their lot if I felt so inclined, but because Im younger and showed interest in a used one, I suppose the best thing to do was to get me to leave the property as soon as possible. I pulled into Nick Mayer looking for a used truck and was amazed by the selection..After 4 test drives I was put in the perfect truck.The sales team really worked with me to get me where i needed to be in the truck I selected..Being a used Ford I was very happy to know I could get it serviced there also and have taken it there for all the oil changes sense..Just recently with winter coming I wanted to put new brakes on it and when I told the service Mgr. I had to be at work by 3 he put 2 techs on it to make sure I was out of there on time.I just didnt expect this from a dealership..I have sent 4 friends and my niece there and have all purchased from them and rave about their buying experience..I also take advantage of the free car washes..About 2 times a week..lol..A friend and customer for life at Nick Mayer

Our experience with this dealership was totally frustrating.We looked at a car and were assured if we wanted to buy it we could pay with a credit card. When we came back later that day to buy the car, there was suddenly a $3000 limit on what we could put on the credit card. The finance guy even called the sales guy to ask if he had told us that we could pay by credit card and he said yes. Still - no deal; we had to pay with cash, credit and a check. During the purchase we were told that the title work was being sent to our State immediately. Yet when we went to our Secretary of State office and asked if they had the title work, (after waiting for 1 1/2 hours) it wasnt there. We called this dealership and were told that they DIDNT OWN THE CAR. They didnt have the title AND we had to wait for the previous owner to pay off his underwater loan AND for his ex-wife to also sign off on the title. When the title arrived 28 days after the sale, it had the wrong sales amount on it; the Secretary of State here noticed. We hope it will be processed. We were subjected to high pressure sales tactics to purchase an extended warranty. I called to complain 2 days later and didnt receive a return call. They seem interested only in making a sale - customer service is limited.In summary, none of the above is what is expected of a reputable dealership. We were very close to calling the Attorney General of the State of Ohio to verify if these practices are legal in that State.

Checked my brakes for wear, investigated issue with Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) sensor, gave me a discount on my oil change without a coupon, rotated and inflated my tires to the recommended level, and even washed my vehicle free of charge!The new waiting room is really nice-looking and comfortable. Its very nice of them to offer complimentary food and beverages (e.g., coffee and soft drinks).
