Went in to add 2 lines to existing account and upgrade phones. Met with Ronnie - very professional and made the process super simple. Needed to transfer our lines from another carrier to AT&T and Ronnie made this process very easy to do and explained the process completely. Offered great advice on the new phones we purchased and even helped us with additional savings on our account we were not aware of. In and out very quickly and great service. Would highly recommend.
I wouldn’t recommend this store for nothing. I went to upgrade my phone. I got the phone the associate transferred apps to new phone. She lost all passwords. All contacts in messenger, apps won’t work cause of lost passwords. They couldn’t pair my Apple Watch till I went back to store. Still no passwords and apps won’t work. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE AND PHONE STILL NOT CORRECT.
Kayla Carrero and her team @ the Crocker Park AT&T store are fabulous. They are helpful, pleasant and professional.I had an issue with the Strongsville AT&T corporate store and Kayla resolved my issues. She bent over backwards to make up for the horrible treatment I received at the Strongsville store. She fixed the issues that the Strongsville store did not want to assist me with. Kayla did not get anything out of helping other than making a customer happy. That is their philosophy at the Crocker Park store. I wish I would have done business with this store in the first place.Kayla and her team are just plain TOP NOTCH!!!!!!

I was in the store getting help at an appointment. A young woman came in the store to exchange a watch band she received as a gift. The band was purchased at Target so it could not be exchanged at the Apple store.She got very angry and screamed that she was going to call Apple and complain. The young man handled the situation very well. I slightly smiled at him as a gesture of “way to keep your cool”. When I completed my appointment I walked out of the store and passed this young woman yelling untruths into the phone about being “ laughed out of the store.” Completely not true.
I never leave reviews. But, I had a terrible situation going on regarding phones and Julian was extremely helpful with signing me up on my own plan and cell phone. The best customer service Ive ever had. He was so accommodating to my needs and friendly. He deserves recognition for making my day easier and Im sure countless other clients that go into this store. Thank you for your help and positivity!

I have had the worst week, dealing with At &t tech support, and Apple driving 1hrs back and forth came into At &t at crocker after being told by Apple we would have to pay 400 for a new phone. JEREMY was Awesome, he suggested other ways to help and fixed our problem in a few minutes time. THANK YOU Jeremy for everything you truely are Awesome.

I recommend you see Julian Miller for your needs. He knows phones and even let me know I could lower my bill....which I did by $10 a month for same data. (But att can slow the speed during busy times with plan)However he told me my phone was 5g compatible and it is not

This store offered the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. In fact, the help, was the inverse of just that. They stole cash from me in the store, and still have not returned it, after compromising all my personal data via uploading it onto a device that I did not purchase and had the audacity to charge me an upgrade fee. I had to call corporate customer service to resolve this issue because the three employees in the store were incompetent and incapable of selling me the newest iPhone, Apple Watch and upgrading the service on the day before my Birthday. The next day, the manager reassured me that I would receive the cash that was stolen from me and it would be adjusted on my bill. Nearly three months later, that has not been the case. Again, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, among the array of aggregate industries within. I would highly recommend going to Verizon down the street to get better Customer and Product service, for a less expensive price. No wonder VZW is indisputably the better of the two.1 Star is an egregious overrating.
Just started off kind of shaky. I was trying to be nice and striking conversation but I was only getting like one word answers. She brought out a green 64gb iPhone 11 I said Id take it but then asked if there was the 128gb in black. Just kind of seemed annoyed and didnt seem like she wanted to be there (Im in customer service so I know nobody really likes work) after a little while of still trying to strike conversation it kind of eased up a little. So all in all a little disappointed but was still okay

The employees here are awesome, I was greeted at the door, and helped right away. The business expert Nick, put my screen protector on for me and was talkative and friendly during my whole visit then held the door open when I left. I Highly recommend this location to anyone.

This store is AWESOME! I had an issue with a purchase from Apple, they got it handeled after 4 months of waiting for it to be escalated through customer service. The manager Justin and area manager (don’t have her name) really stepped up and handeled this without it even being their original issue! I will be going to this store from now on and sending my friends and family!You guys and gals rock!
Horrible service. Walked in and the woman wanted nothing to do with me when I asked about an insurance claim. Told me I had to call a phone number to get help and offered no other assistance so I walked out. Will never return.
