Well, this is the first time this happened to me but happens to my co worker everytime we go there, they always mess up the food thats ordered. It seems they dont know how to properly read a tiny receipt to properly make someones food. They need someone there to actually guide the store properly, worse get go Ive ever been to.

The hours are terrible! I showed up at 9:55 there and you lock the doors early and all the lights are still on while you still have 5 people in the store, the sign still says open I felt like I was discriminated against!

Last 3 times I was here, the line was so long I walked out without buying anything. It takes 10 minutes for them to complete a simple transaction. Hire faster cashiers!!

I ordered a steak burrito, and an iced coffee that had whipped cream on top. Once my order was ready I checked the bag to ensure there was a straw, there was not. When I asked for one the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes and said we dont provide them. I asked where I could get one since all the soda machines were missing them too, she said just use a coffee stir. Upon inspecting my burrito, I was completely smashed flat, and the contents were all over the inside of the container. When I pointed this out, the woman said what do you want me to do about it? I insisted they remake it, and she said it would just be the same way. Once the other woman working there agreed to remake, I took my food and left. After taking a bite of the re-made burrito I realized it was just cheese, sour cream and guacamole. It made a mess, fell apart, and went everywhere. I will never purchase anything from getgo again. Horrible customer service!

You wanna tell me why somebody shaved their pubes in the bathroom? Also, Thomas is slow as hell and always takes time to chat with everyone making the line slow. Why is he the cashier in your busiest time of day?

The burgers are so gross. The beef patties taste like the ones you get out of a vending machine. Was not made the way I ordered it. Was missing all the toppings. Plus was they are open till 2 am.

Terrible car wash, does not really get car clean, left bird droppings all over hood of car and dried car halfway. What a waste of money.

This is the worst time I’ve been at get go. Wawa needs to come to Ohio. Their subs are $10 for a 14” and they were out of lettuce. I waited 20 minutes standing here with my thumb up my a** for my food. They didn’t give me a bag so I had to get one on my own. The lines were long at the cashier. Only one person behind the counter and one cashier. They really need more employees!

Ah, how I would like to rate this place well. Alas, it cannot be done. Through my late night ventures to this lonely isle, I have realized that those who dare work in such a dire place at such a time generally give you half of what you would like. In other, less complex words, they shaft you so hard your hips will be sore the next morning. On a few specific late night quests to this place, I have found that those who work there will often fill your sandwich with maybe half the meat there should be, leaving the other side of the sandwich as lonely as a struggling strumpet. They will also often forget what you order, and will altogether make you pay for something you may never get, only to be seen at the chasm separating you lowly serfs from hell and purgatory.

Phenomenal customer service. Pleasant staff. Clean facility.

Ive ran into problems at the pump the last two times Ive been there. The first used fuelperks and the pump would only let me take a few dollars worth of gas for my virtually empty gas tank. The second time it didnt give me the option to use my fuelperks. It just took 3 cents off. I prefer the Avon location on Just Imagine Drive.

Clean bathroom, lots of parking, friendly staff. Cant rate the cafe as I dont order from it. Car wash, two free air compressors for tires.

I go here ALL the time, as I basically live right across the street. 8/10 times is for food from the GetGo Cafe. I can not tell you how many times they have messed up my Salads and Subs. Putting things I didnt ask for on food, leaving things off that i wanted, its crazy. Most of the time I do not say anything, because I KNOW mistakes happen. But its been like this everytime. I bought this Salad last night around midnight for lunch for work today, so I did not notice anything wrong with it until I JUST opened it, and had no choice put to eat it. The only things right on this was the eggs, shredded carrotts and chicken (and there was only ONE piece of chicken and it WAS NOT even cut up..) Ive been sick for days and needed to eat so I went ahead and ate it. They didnt even put cheese on my Salad, WHICH I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE EXTRA CHEESE. I never had this problem when Gene used to work there, my order would be right every time. It is getting to the point I will drive somewhere else for something fast to eat, rather than walk accross the street. The best thing is that it is Obvious when the staff does not care that they got your food wrong, and wont even fix it. Thank you GETGO.P.S I dont know why you guys have so many new people coming in and out working, but TRAIN THEM BETTER, TO GET OUR FOOR CORRECT.

Ordered a breakfast sandwhich. It came with 1this piece if ham folded into a ball in the center. It was not good i do not recommend this gas station

Went there last night at like 1:40 in the morning and the kitchen was closed. It is supposed to be open til 2am. As I was walking up to the screen a lady walking out the door said “nope”.
