We had a wonderful experience at this Pandora, probably because of the fantastic salesperson Sondues. She was so patient and showed us so many beautiful pieces. I highly recommend this store 💜

Staff was extremely rude, drove out there tried to find the store as I haven’t been out there before and I could not so I called the store prior to heading out there she said the doors lock @ 7 and as long as I got there before 7 I could exchange what I needed. So I get to Crocker park & my sister calls so we can find exactly where they are without having to look & the lady says between two stores and hangs up... so we’re looking for the two stores she says at this point wasting time & try to call back but by this time it’s 7... so I wasted 5 minutes looking for two stores I’ve never heard of. Then I call and try to explain the situation to a manager only for her to be rude and tell me she was standing right there & she heard the lady tell me the two stores they were by & I told her I understand but we didn’t know what those stores where and my sister was about to ask her another question when she hung up, and she said well what would you like me to do. So I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and she said no she’s the manager & I could speak with someone higher than her possibly the next day. Will not be returning to this Pandora, never had such a bad experience until then.

Their Hours of operation is wrong on Google... it’s not even posted on door or anything parking is the worst ... and they seemed “scared “ to talk to me even threw the door when asking about the hours ...

Stop by to this location on sunday with my daughter she need it to purchase a birthday gift for a special friend, she found what she was looking for and the ladys there were very nice and polite even though it was I believe one of the girls I think kinda new and it seems to us that she was all over the place we believe she was perhaps a little bit nervous but is ok we try Not to make her feel bad at all that happens sometimes in life when youre in a job for the first times or you are new at the job period.. but it does happen even to the best of us.. nice experience at the store real helpful and knowledgeable, great job.

How does one get helped 15 minutes after in a Jewelry store, which is clearly overstaffed. 3 people helping a party of 2. Terrible management of staff and time

I bought two clips from a Pandora store in Chicago and it was told that I could return them to any Pandora store. It clearly says on the receipt that I have 14 days to return them. I did not like one of them and decided to return it to the store at Crocker Park in Westlake, OH two days later. But store manager did not accept my return and she said it was worn. It is stupid and ridiculous. How will I see if I like it or not without wearing it. If I cannot return it, why do they have a 14 day return policy? I will never buy anything from Pandora Stores any more. Stay away from the store at Crocker Park.
