I’ve never had a bad experience in lush ever until today. My husband and I went into the store to shop and we were told to put on hand sanitizer and we did as told. The person working the front was very rude and assumed my husband didn’t put any on when he did (we told them to check cameras). So obviously he put more on but I felt very uncomfortable with how the worker was very rude to my husband and assumed he didn’t listen to what we were told. We told a manager but she didn’t seem to care too much. I will probably not be back for a while because I’m very upset as to how my husband and I were treated.

One of my favorite stores, staff is always friendly and helpful and I absolutely love their products. Their shampoo bars and face masks/scrubs especially!

I love the facial, bath, and hair products from Lush! Dark Angels facial wash is the best.

I walked into Lush in hopes of finding something for one of my friends, as a bridesmaid proposal gift. Not only did the associates help me pick out bath bombs, but they showed me how we could make it extra cute with the scarves! The associates were so so nice, and made it a special time!

Safe shopping experience. Wash your hands with their great smelling soap, mask on, and you can pick up and touch or smell anything you like. Some really nice scents, great staff, good atmosphere. Definitely will be back! 😁

Absolutely love lush! Always friendly helpful staff!! Smells amazing! My daughter and i were excited to get some of their famous bath bombs! They are so beautiful in the tub! We also tried a bubble bar! And I tried the sleepy shower cloud. They have products for just about everything With amazing ingredients! Everything is displayed you can smell although now with covid things in jars containers you need to ask them and they will get 1 for you to smell.

I like the store but I’m confused as to why you have to wash your hands when you come into the store... it seems counterproductive because then you have to turn on and off the sink that everyone else is touching. Maybe just giving out hand sanitizer would be a better option. Also you have to then touch the same paper towel roll that everyone else is touching and the paper towel is porous and cannot be disinfected. Staff is also a bit annoying when I was shopping the one worker was dancing on top of as chair and fell off it and almost hit my mother. Love the brand but this location is just not it.

We always travel to Crocker park & I was quite excited to finally shop in person. When we arrived we were required to still wear masks, okay no biggie at all I can totally respect that. The staff bombarded me with rules about how to properly “hover the bombs above your mask to smell.” I tried that on multiples, even started pushing the bomb against my mask to smell it. The room is so fragrant from everything in there you literally can’t smell it without some sort of relief from the mask. I didn’t even pull my mask down, simply lifted the top part nothing more than a quarter inch strait out to try to smell. Staff immediately hounded me making me feel horrible of course. I left right after feeling incredibly overwhelmed from the experience. If you’ve waited this long to shop in person you may as well wait another year because that was quite a disappointing visit (we live 2.5 hours away, mind you) to try & buy a simple bath bomb.

This store always goes above and beyond for me! By far the best shopping experience Ive ever had!

DO NOT BUY BATH BOMBS FROM HERE !!!! if I could give this place zero stars I would !! Thier peach bath bomb turned my hand pink and everything I touch is pink now too!!! My niece is blue from hers as well ! Do not do it !! Im so thankful I did not actually get my full body in the tub yet or else my whole body would be pink!!

I love Lush! Everyone here is helpful and great. Always asking if I need help finding anything, recommending products and just being awesome. They never hesitate to offer me a sample of a product to take home, if I’m not sure my skin would like it.

I love that Lush is always working towards finding the most ethical options for their products. The staff at this location were extremely friendly and answered our questions clearly. They went above and beyond by offering to cut the deodorant block to fit the tins they have.I strongly recommend browsing their website to learn how they help the world with their products!

All of the employees were soo friendly and helpful! They took the time to explain all of the covid rules to everyone as they walked in, staying safe and having everyone wash their hands ! Laurel went above and beyond, taking her time to explain each product to my friend and I, helping us find exactly what we were looking for. She was patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable on all of the products! Super glad Laurel was working today! && super thankful for how helpful and kind she was ! Can’t wait to Stop back in and shop at Lush Crocker Park again!

Stood in line to enter store and was well aware of Policy for Covid. Rude older woman kept talking over us and kept repeating policy . Well aware of required masks and washing hands and other policy . We left ! Rudeness will not keep your customers . No other problems at any of the other stores at Crocker park.

Know nothing about the products. Saw a write up in a magazine made a trip to Crocker to check it out. Was not allowed to go in the store and was told we shop for you. I guess that works for return customers but not new ones. When I said - oh never mind I don’t know what to have you shop for because this is all new I got a snarky “Have a Nice Day”. Won’t ever go back

Went for their boxing day sale and was in line an hour and a half before they opened. Staff was great and very helpful! Fun giveaways and love their products. Worth the over hour drive it takes for me to get there!

I’ve been using Lush products for 15+ years, so I was so excited when this local store was opening up. I love their products, the concept of reduced packaging, and that I can try/smell everything or see them dissolving cool looking bath bombs in the store. The staff are always friendly and helpful here, too.

Lush has been one of my favorite all natural stores since day one. When you know what in your product price isn’t a worry. I love all the products the face masks, charcoal tabs, deodorant bar, scrubee, I can’t forget the bath bombs and the list goes on! This is one of my favorite stores! I love bath bombs! They have the best bath bombs ever! They have so many more awesome things, soaps, body washes, scrubs, etc. I love how they even give you free samples too. You can even ask for free samples of things. You can even try things in the store. If you keep your empty containers and take a certain amount can you get a free one! The employees are very friendly, welcoming, helpful, & social!

Cruelty free, natural, sustainable, handmade and eco friendly personal care products from your feet to your hair for men and women. I bought a all over balm that has been just what I needed. I like how they encourage you to bring the empty containers back. Most of the products are vegan. You have to go.

Please bring back some of your discontinued products! Karma Kream please!!!

Weve been to about every Lush Cosmetics store in Ohio and Michigan and this one was by far the best. The staff was great and super attentive without being overly annoying. They had a special that you could create your own bath bomb which was really cool and I wish they would have more things like that.

Josie was awesome and helped me find the perfect gift for my friend. She even sent me home with samples that did wonders for my face! I recommend heading in store to hear about the products from the associates!

Absolutely love this place. The fragrant smells are so welcoming as well as the staff!! The products are amazing and I will definitely continue to be a frequent shopper. Only had one issue with a bath bomb being crumbled in a gift set by other than that-fantastic!

There is currently a turtle bath bomb. It is adorable and such a hit as a gift. I definitely recommend this store. There are so many options and plenty of stuff for the guys too.

After four not-so-fun days in the hospital, this was our first stop for a treat! Kristin was awesome! She was very helpful and informative as we navigated around the store, finding a few things to take home. There were a few products we were curious about along the way, and she generously gave us samples of them to try. The store is beautiful and well-located in a large upscale outdoor mall. If it’s a slow day, skip the parking garage and see if there’s a spot available in front of the store.

Everyone here is so nice. My wife loves the product and each time we go she is so happy and gets what she likes thanks to the amazing staff.

Absolutely love this store. I really wish they had a bigger location just so you are not standing on top of people trying to look, test and smell things.
