I was there last weekend to replace a tire valve stem and everything was fast and excellent. Excellent customer service. They keep you updated about the service and you can check online all the service until it is done. I didnt have to paid anything for the service. Im just saying this because this never happened to me before.All is not about money. You won a client.I will consider this place for my future car services.Thanks

I was out driving my 2 day old mustang when I noticed a noise, I had a screw in my tire! Lucky me.Drove to this location Becasue it was the nearest one at the time. I’ve been to 3 other locations. All provided me great service just like this place. I was a walk in and was informed that it would take 3 or more hours Because of their appointments and other walk ins so I waited patiently. While I was there I saw every employee working hard to get cars in and out and helping customers and even bringing tires to the front to show customers the difference in tire treads and patterns. Awesome job. Everyone was great. I also saw how some customers are a pain in the…. very rude customers but the employees stayed respectful and professional. Thanks for showing up to work during these hard times. Keep up the great work.

Great store, with fast, great, and professional service. My boyfriend has brought our cars in several times for new tires. But this was my first time. Made appointment easily and quick online the day before. Arrived and was met and talked through what they could do quickly. Larry was awesome. Very kind and courteous. Went over the concerns for my new tire sensors, asked pertinent questions about the car, and how much i use it etc. Looked up the tires that would be a good match. The lowest but still quality ones only had one set in stock so i was in luck the next set up was almost double the price but very comparable between the 2. Only took an hour and they caught that I needed different lugnuts for my wheels. Apparently the ones on there were not the correct set. So no one is happy having to spend so much on tires. But I am happy with the service, the quality of the service and tires, and having the piece of mind of having safe tires.

What a great store. Amazing customer service. I had a flat tire that was punctured and I pumped it up and drove here. They took a look and were able to repair the tire within a short time span and was overall a great experience, which is amazing considering having a tire puncture was no fun. They made getting it fixed completely painless.

I was given an appointment to have the tire inspection don and reached there on time. Just had to wait and no one even bothered to inform that its going to get delayed. Had to follow 3 times and finally got to know they are running late. Very poor service and not customer centric.Finally cancelled my appointment. Imagine what would be the experience if I replace a tire..never will go here

It was my first time at this shop. The service was good and pretty fast. I bought new tires for my Fuison and came to install them the other day. Apparently, the mechanic lied on his resume.... he trashed my lug nuts and I had to buy a full set of new ones. Nice upsale!

Saturday afternoon my tire indicator went on while I was driving so I went to Discount Tires & asked the sales person if they could check my tires. He found a nail & said they would fix it in the 40 mins. The store was full of customers. 30 mins. later my van was ready & NO Charge! I definitely plan to buy my next set of tires from them as mine.

Thought I had a nail in one of my tires. Dude looked for it and found nothing. This outfit is the best in the tire trade!

I have to lower my rating because its just is crazy busy and therefore takes entirely too long ..always make appointments as walk ins cause this chaos.. tire checks and other unexpected situations tend to disrupt the constant flow of work... and this all could be remedied by hiring or getting corporate office to allow one additional employee ..just for these things I mentioned

They are very good about most things; however, they did screw up two things for me on two separate occasions.1) I asked them to mount a tire/tube combo. They did it just fine except they mounted the tire backwards with the tread facing the wrong way. When they then tried to correct it they punctured my tube. It took three times for them to get the job done correctly.2) I brought in a standard flat tire with a screw in the tread. When I met with the service manager, I specifically told him I did not want a plug used. He then assured me they would not use a plug furthermore, they would repair the tire from the inside with a patch. Well, guess what, they PLUGGED IT!3) Finally, in the past I have purchased several sets of tires from this Discount Tire business and have always been extremely satisfied. I will continue to bring my business to them, however, I will be more prudent.

Ive always received good customer here. Recently had replace 2 tires immediately and they were able to complete the job within a couple of hours.

It was my first time here and by far the best service ever! Noah went above and beyond for me! He made it possible for me to get a set of 4 tires since I was in desperate need! Super fast service as well. Once again Noah is so kind and caring and I really appreciate it so much!

There was a nail on the front tire and leaking air. Noah and his team took a good care of it. Had some thick glue on the rim after repair but no problem. Fast 5-star customer service.

Came in twice recently. First time for a patch on one of my tires (which they did for free) and again for replacements (different tire was totally shredded). Had my car towed here at night and came in the following morning for service. They had four new tires on and me out the door within the hour. Fast service, polite people, and it doesnt feel like theyre trying to pull one over on you like at some other places. I strongly recommend this location for outstanding and affordable tire service.

Went in yesterday to have a tire checked out. They werent able to get me in, but set me an appointment for the next day and made sure the air in my tires were good. Went in for my appointment this morning. Not only was I in and out within about 30 mins, but they explained and fixed my problem without trying to sell me a whole new set of tires, which I know I dont need. Employees were extremely nice and friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend.

I went for a Tire Rotation appointment at 10am. I got there early and my car was in the bay by 10:05. The total Tire Rotation only took about 20 minutes. Discount Tire always does a good job.

My Toyota Corolla needed new tires, after receiving a few estimates I decided to go with them. Not the friendliest of customer service but since the quote was a fair one I went through them. Unfortunately I waited 45 minutes longer than I was supposed to therefore in my opinion they deserve the three stars.

They were able to get me in and out pretty fast with a great price!

Took in my boyfriends tire to be repaired before 10:00. After about 3 hrs no response so we went there figuring it would be fixed. We get there and are told we havent had a chance to ck it out. At 3:00 and im back home they call and tell him it cant be fixed. He buys a new tire and drives there on a donut, not very safe and asked if they would put it on for him. They tell hom he will have to wait till they close to do that. This man is 85 yrs old. What a way to treat the elderly. Very very disappointed with the service there.

Walked in expecting to pay $50+ to get a tire repaired from a nail. They pulled the tire off the wheel, patched it, and reinstalled it. They informed me then that the tire is repaired and that I can take the car. I pulled out my wallet ready to pay. The service advisor said no, repairs like that are something they do for free. I was in shock..... I had never bought tires or had any vehicle serviced here. Best customer service I’ve experienced in the automotive industry. Will 110% be coming back when the time for new tires comes. Thank you to Joe at the front desk!

Bad service I perched a tire, they refused to put mount on my car which only would have 15 min. They said they were to busy.

I ordered my tires online and scheduled the appointment. I was greeted right as i walked in the door and a staff member took my keys and car back right away. The whole process was very fast and easy.

I am not usually the kind of guy to write a one or two star review about business being a business owner myself. I just move on but I have had a very bad experience with this location which prompted me to write this one. One of my front tires was losing air and I happened to be in Downers Grove IL so I decided to go to the closest Discount Tire store. I was really surprised to find a lot of people waiting at this location and I was told I had to wait 2 hours. I was going to wait because it is a winter night and the weather outside is freezing. To my shock, the customer service person or maybe he was a manager because he did not look like someone who worked on cars said that the tire needed to be replaced and that he could not change just one tire I would have to replace all the four tires!!! Well I have an Infiniti and I knew my tires were good and of course I was not born yesterday. I knew he was going to hit with a few hundred dollars for stuff I did not need so I told him Give Me Back My Keys and stormed out of there. I was really very disappointed. I knew the store was busy I understand that but the fact that he wanted to rip me off upset me. so I went looking for another store on my way back home and I found Car X on Ogden and they fixed my tire for me in no time for a little over $20. I will never go back to that location now but I can still go back to other Discount Tire stores elsewhere as I trust other people working for Discount Tire are I am sure very decent people.

Such great customer service! I went in on a Saturday morning and it was super busy but they were very efficient and friendly. Will be my go to tire spot going forward.

I will probably go here vs. the Oak Lawn or Countryside stores from now on. Not as busy, they keep appointment times, and you are out within an hour. The staffing are genuinely nice, didnt try to up-sell me, and brought my tire into the store to show me something that was wrong with it. They fixed it, and it hasnt had a problem leaking air since.

Was traveling through from out of state and got a flat tire on the highway. We threw on the spare and came here for a replacement tire. Overall great experience!! Super fast, great customer service and we requested to keep the old tire for reimbursement/warranty purposes and they bagged it up(it was raining) and put it in the back of our car for us! Very pleased, they made a stressful situation into manageable.

Friendly service from all the staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Best price on the Michelin tire I was looking for, they even beat Costco which was impressive. I would definitely stop here first next time Im in need of tires.

Salesman steven was more interested in flirting with the customers than selling tires. Waited 30 minutes and then I just walked out and turned to amazon and saved $300.00. I guess I should be thanking steven.

Needed 2 new tires. Got here at 10:45am... Was promised my car no later than 12:15pm. At 12:30 I ask how much longer and they hadnt even touched my car. His response was a shrug of his shoulders and said theyd take it in now. Shouldnt be more than 10 min.

I arrived just before 1:00pm and I out of there by 1:45pm with four brand new tires.

Fast, friendly and professional. I get my tires here and also a free air check when my tires are low. Everyone here is professional, polite and genuinely pleasant. I highly reccomend visiting this location!
