It seems weird to gush about an auto body shop, of all things. I acquired five, yes five, estimates for recent body work following my first fender bender at age 50. I am a cynic and pretty critical so I research to the nth degree to ensure I get what I am paying for and from a trustworthy merchant. I could not be happier with the discovery of Remes Auto Body. The owner, Chuck and the front office point person, Deedee, are professional, efficient and excellent communicators. Chucks ingenuity regarding repairs is cost saving and demonstrates the utmost integrity. They completed the work in less time than others quoted and used fair labor hour estimates (some estimates differed by 2.5 hours of labor-which seems padded). I love being able to patronize a family owned business and even better if I actually like the people running the show. Im taking my husbands car next week to fix 12 yr wear and tear. I have no doubt the workmanship will be excellent and the cost fair.

Good communication every step of the job. Not only is their work amazing but their prices are very reasonable, saved me almost half the price that all other shops quoted. Fast service to repair small dent in fender. Deluxe-washed at nearby Kings car wash, inside & out. Worked well & hassle-free with insurance claim. Porter gave me a ride home when I dropped car off & picked me up on the day it was done.

Was referred here for some body work to get done on my car (2016 Kia Soul). I had a claim through Geico from over a year ago and I don’t really know how that stuff works so I called there and DeeDee was very friendly and made everything easy. I simply sent them my claim information via email and brought my car in a week later. The claim said the work should take 10-12 days, they quoted me a week and then actually had it done in 5 days! I only had to pay the deductible and didn’t have to deal with my insurance company at all. I would highly recommend this place!Oh and in regards to the quality of work my car looks brand new where the damage was.

Best body shop I’ve been to! My ex keyed & dented my car over the 4th of July weekend - was able to drop it off later the following week & they got everything done in less than a week & even cleaned up my car! They kept me in the loop & were very friendly, everyone there knows what they are doing. I came to them with stressed out with the situation, but these guys took care of everything with ease & kindness - I didn’t even have to set up my own rental, which took one less thing off my plate. I have taken several cars to Remes over the last year or two and have had a great experience every time.Chuck has been amazing to deal with, the service has always been exceptional, and the quality of work fantastic.They are also very honest and just great people to deal with. A prime example is I took a car to them to see if they could repaint the hood and roof due to sun damage. After a quick inspection, Chuck told me that I should actually go to a detail shop and they should be able to buff out the problem. This saved my hundreds of dollars, and detail shop the sent me to (A1 Detailing in Countryside) did a fantastic job.I couldnt speak more highly of Chuck and the team at Remes. Excellent work on my tesla. Had a factory blemish in my bumper on my brand new model 3. Clearly I was very worried about having paint work done. I had my Dodge RAM 1500 repaired April/2017 after an accident. Helpful and responsive staff and the repair work was very well done.

Not happy with the insurance job, this place was recommended by my agent what a horrible referral they did a terrible job and the hood wont shut just very poor craftmanship and customer service do yourself a favor and find a credible bodyshop. I switched insurance companies so frustrated.
