Do not go to this place! Got an oil change, week later my oil was leaking everywhere. Took it back to ask them what happened they said my valve was eroded and wanted to charge me $950. I didnt trust it so I drove it to my other mechanic, found out that they didnt put the cap on correctly so it was just leaking everywhere. Disgusting people. You should be ashamed! They are rip offs! They did the same to my wife with a different issue.

8/16/2021 - I took my car to get serviced for multiple things. They called me and said the work was done. When I went to go pick it up I realized my tires were not rotated as I ask them to do. I told the guy who attended me and he insisted that it was done. Argued with me that it was done. I know my car and wheels very well. He went to ask his technician and technician said it was not on the list to do. Why argue about something that you really do not know.He then said sorry that he missed to put it on the list for technician to do. He said come back any morning to get my tires rotated that it should be really quick. I took time off to do this work today. Now I have to take more time to get this done. If I was him, if it is really quick like he says, I would have done the tire rotation right then and there so customer can leave satisfied but instead customer left upset.

The worst service ever. My AC was working perfectly fine, they changed the filter and the AC stopped working. When I went back they simply told me that it didn’t have anything to do and didn’t even bother on checking !And now that I am reading these reviews I’m not the only one with the same one on the AC suddenly not working! Coincidence???

Very poor service. I was very clear to them, I needed to know if they could do brake service by 4:00. ( i dropped the car off in the morning) if they couldnt, to let me know and i would bring it back another day. Never heard from them by 4 ( i needed to go to work that night) had a very difficult time getting to work (23 miles away without a car) didnt get my car back until the next night.

I guess ownership must have changed or at least the employees have.

Worst experience in the world. Made an appointment for an oil change and was told to leave the car to come pick it up the next day. Dont waste your time with this place. Raul did not communicate to me that the car needed to be dropped off. An oil change will take up to 2 days here looks like. Firestone has lost a long time customer.

*Beware* I’ve taken multiple vehicles here, multiple times, and have had a bad experience almost every time. These bad experience, or scams to put it bluntly, range from false diagnostics to messing with the vehicles to guarantee a costly return.Every time I’ve gone here for a simple, and cheap, service like a tire rotation, I get warned that something much bigger and very dangerous is wrong with the vehicle and it needs immediate repair. I’m a car guy and I know when I’m being manipulated. Every time this has happened I’ve taken the vehicle to get a second opinion either at another mechanic or the dealership, and they confirm my suspicion, there is nothing legitimately wrong with the vehicle. The grave warnings from this business were nothing more than scare tactics to get more money out of customer.Their other scam is regarding the check engine light. A couple of the vehicles I’ve taken here are on the older side (’08), but they have all been well maintained and have no engine issues. I have dropped off the vehicles multiple times for simple, and cheap, services like a tire rotation and the vehicle is then returned with the check engine light on. Of course, they are willing to run a diagnostics and turn it off the light for you on the spot, but for a pretty steep additional cost. I brought my car to fix a flat tire. I have the Firestone Card, and it is included in the plan. When I get to the store, the sales person said my tire were worn out but the threads we ok. I left the car for 4-5h and the. He called me saying it was not repairable. Every time I take my car to any repair, the sales persons ALWAYS want to sell something else, but this time they did not want to fix my tire. I felt like he did it to sell the new tires! Then I bought a tire repair kit at Amazon ($7), and fixed myself. This was unacceptable! I will also cancel the Firestone Card.

RIP OFF ALERT – In short, they charged us for services we did not ask for, suggested services we did not require, missed obvious repairs and then there is the case of the missing engine oil! We brought our car in to the Weston location for an alignment. Brand new tires were just installed and balanced by COSTCO. This vehicle was also just serviced by our longtime trusted shop that identified a leaking CV joint. Firestone slipped in an additional fee for a complete vehicle inspection. The inspection came back with $1100.00 in suggested services. ALL of these services were already preformed by our regular mechanic and unnecessary at this time. However, Weston Firestone missed diagnosing the leaking CV Joint and somehow the next day I need to add 3 quarts of oil to a car that just had an oil change. This car has no oil leaks and I check the oil level after every oil change. Very mysterious (or not). This is a shop motivated by sales and not superior service. Avoid this place.

We got a flat tire halfway down Alligator Alley. We googled a business that could repair a tire that was open on a Sunday and found Firestone in Weston. All of the associates were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They got our tire repaired right away. We hardly lost any time and were able to resume our family road trip safely on a real tire again. We have a two year old and a one year old, and it started raining that day. Needless to say we are EXTREMELY grateful for Firestone!

Called the place, I believe his name is Walter? He picked up the phone, was nice and said I could come in for an oil change without an appointment. Took my car shortly after arriving. I had a tire rotation planned so he recommended that and I knew that my rear brakes were really bad and he also said I should change it. Did a great job, the brakes look great, feel great and did exactly what the car needed. Thank you!UPDATE: 2 months laterGave them a call today about a getting another alignment that came with the 12 month alignment warranty I bought almost a year ago. The ?manager picked up again and was very friendly on the phone said come right on in for an alignment. They are all always so friendly and nice at this location! I just got my brakes and oil change from them a month ago as well and my brakes have been so much better since they changed them last time. Got my alignment done today without an appointment and didnt have to pay a dime since it was apart of the warranty!

The (CPR) Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect that you get from every staff member specially from the manager Mr. Wellington is out of this world. I personally have to say that no matter where I have taken all my vehicles in the past this location beats all of them. The way they treat you as soon you walk in is really special it makes you feel at home. The way they explain in full details what steps they are taking toward fixing your vehicle is super nice. The manager Mr. Wellington is someone that goes out to make sure you feel at home and the patient he has in explaining in full detail every step they are taking toward when fixing your vehicle. I have to say their isnt another place like this anywhere.

They offer life time alignment Service for 199 dollars.If you purchase the tire or if you are the repeated customer, they would offer 160 dollars for life time alignment program.I think that This is a great program to maximize the tire life and safe driving.The staff is nice and friendly.Regarding tire matter, this is the best.

Read the reviews, inquired about wait time as this was an issue for many and when I arrived, I was promptly attended to. I had been told by knowledgeable friends that I needed a new battery, it is 5 years old. When I called inquiring an estimate, Luis gave me the breakdown very respectfully and without a sales pitch. He told me what the warranty on a new battery and that I would be provided a pro-rated chart in case of replacement. When I arrived, he checked the battery, gave me the printout of the battery load test and informed me that the battery was good... no need to replace it. He did recommend to clean the battery post as this contributes to not starting up and I asked if he could attend to it. Not only did he clean the battery post but when he gave me my receipt, NO CHARGE! The least I could do was give him a tip which he refused but I insisted. I give this Auto Care Store a 5 star rating for being courteous, friendly, providing prompt attention but most important for their honesty. You cant get better then that! Highly recommended for all your needs.

The staff has been nothing but friendly and relatively reliable with me and my family. We have all four cars serviced for brakes and alignment at this store and we dont have any complaints. They have honored their warranties without question. They are worth the shot for basic car care needs.

We came here on a Sunday and it was very busy. Only one guy in the front and I believe his name was Chris. He was an excellent multi-tasker. He was answering phone calls and he was helping us out at the same time. Very impressive customer service, and I am very grateful for him because other places didnt even want to work on our vehicle.

Do not recommend this place. They inspected and changed a fan in AC that was not cooling. I spent 4 hours waiting for the repairement. Came back with the AC not cooling again a week after and said tm we had to check it again and it would take take 2 hours waiting for diagnosis. Are the technicians certified?

I was all set to write an excellent review. Shawn did a great job trying to find a tire during the holidays. Quoted $178 plus 21 mount and balance. The next morning I show up to get it mounted and the lazy dude at the front tells me 45 minute wait. 45 minutes to remove 5 lug nuts at 7 AM? He says, I only have 1 guy working. I said, what are you doing? There isnt anyone else waiting, why dont you mount it? dumb look on face. So I mount the tire myself in the parking lot. THEN, I get the bill for $240 - chock full of surcharges and BS. HOW ABOUT FULL DISCLOSURE OF THE COST????? I give 1 star because Shawn hustled to get the tire.

They try to rip you off every time you go there. I took my car twice to do an oil change (one year apart each) and both times I left with my air conditioning not cooling after coming in and having it working perfectly. You call them to receive some help and instead of helping you, they tell you they didnt touch the air conditioning and get very defensive right away. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

BEWARE coming here! I came in for an oil change, tire replacement and wheel alignment. I praised them for their great customer service as well since I had a bad experience with the manager at the Pembroke Pines Firestone location.Once the service was complete, I left and didn’t think twice although my driver door felt different/odd. The next day I noticed a paint chip on that same door. When I looked closely, I noticed the door no longer looked aligned and the underbody protection of my car had rips in it. Once I opened the door, I noticed a dent at the bottom. I went back and spoke to the manager Wellington about the damage they did to my car and he was understanding and appalled that none of the workers alerted him about this. He assured me they would pay for the damages and referenced me to their claims through Bridgestone America. Dealing with their claims company was the WORST. They would take 2-3 days to respond between every email, the lady would go on vacation and not give me a heads up while I needed her assistance because my car was in the shop. They were not sensitive to the fact that all of this was already and inconvenience for me. It took two whole weeks and a brand new door to get my car back.If you take your car here, do a thorough inspection once you get it back!!

For the life of my truck I have been going to this firestone dealer. Specifically working with Chris. He is very knowledgeable and just plain and simple gets the job done. Firestone needs to up this guys pay because he just keeps not only me but my family and friends happy. The only place we go is here and its because of chris. Job well done!

Very nice guys, but they were unwilling to plug a repairable tire, they will try to sell you a new one. Had the tire plugged for $24 at the dealership instead of an unnecessary new tire purchase. Don’t be a victim of these bullies.

Beware!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a flat tire because there was a nail in the center of the tire. I went in to simply get the tire fixed. The employee (did not get his name) came back and said it cannot be repaired. When he showed me why the nail had been moved to a completely different location and now the tire was undeniably damaged beyond repair. When I confronted him about how the nail was moved on purpose he became irritated with me and said if you dont believe me just take your car. I regret not taking a photo before going in. I did not expect such dishonesty and hostility from this location when my family has been a frequent customer. We will not be returning and will warn other friends and families from them since they will try to scam you.

This location has significantly worsened since last year.I scheduled an appointment for a tire change here, thinking I would have the same good experience as before. The rep at the front desk presented me with an estimate that was almost 2x more expensive than last year and didn’t point out or explain any of the additional things he added (none of which I had asked for — tire alignment, road hazard). I pointed out that the tires themselves are more expensive than last year, so he offered me $40 off $200. I approved the estimate because I gave the rep the benefit of the doubt, but stepped away from the front desk to reference what I paid last year.I waited a few minutes to speak with the rep again since another client had walked in, but after 5 mins he walked out without acknowledging me. I waited an additional 10 mins for him to come back and pointed out the services he had added on without informing me. After discussing, I told him I would buy only the tires but not the services. At that point, he seemed annoyed and told me “then you’re not going to get the $40 off.” So I told him that was fine but that he had told me I would get $40 off $200, and my total was still over $200. He sighed and acted like he was referencing something in the distance (as though he doesn’t know the promotions he can offer) and told me “oh yeah you’re right.” then walked out again and made me wait at least 10 more minutes. Meanwhile, they had taken my car to the garage, so who knows what they may have done. Without me asking, the rep said it was so that they could put the tires inside my car.Finally, I paid for the tires and he brought me to my car. I apologized for taking up the appointment time and shook his hand out of respect, but wow! as a 22 y/o female who doesn’t know much about cars, I must seem like the perfect target for sales reps. At no point was I unkind — I know the treatment I received was undeserved. Next time, I will simply buy tires elsewhere.Last year, Pete Dipaolo worked with me at this location and he was wonderful. 5 stars to him, but after today’s experience, I would give 0 stars toward this location.

An Oil Change Gone Wrong10 am Saturday - Dropped off my car for an oil change. It was very busy and I expected it would be a while.4 pm Saturday - Got a call my car was ready. I asked if they could keep it overnight and I would pick it up Sunday morning. Got a call a few minutes later and was told that they forgot to mention my brakes needed done and gave me the price. Checked the part prices and decided to do the brakes myself (save about $200). Called Firestone to tell them NOT to do the brakes.10 am Sunday - Go to pick up my car and see it is up on the rack with the front tires off. Work had really not started. Had to wait a few minutes for them to put the tires back on (no big deal...mistakes happen). Was told they had replaced the front brake pad retaining clips for free (OK...thank you??).Sunday afternoon - I am replacing my brake pads (and rear rotors). Finished the passenger front. Started on the drivers side front and found that 3 lug nuts were cross threaded (WTH!!). I put a marker (X) on the 3 lugs and drove the car back to the shop. Was told they would need to keep the car, assuming they may need to order/replace they studs (starting to get annoyed...but again, mistakes happen).Monday morning - Got a call to pick up the car. Was told that there was no problem, the lugs were removed, fingered back on, and torqued properly (sounded suspicious...but OK, youre the expert).Tuesday afternoon - Resumed work on the brakes. The same 3 lugs marked with an X are still stuck (Seriously!!! Now I am getting upset). Took the car back to the shop and explained the issue (very calmly). I could tell that the service guy was not really believing me, and had me drive the car to a bay where he was going to show ME how it is/was done. Put the impact wrench on the first X marked lug...snapped it off. Was told (again) that they would need to keep my car to order/replace they studs (no $h!t Sherlock...like you were supposed to do on Monday??). I am so dumbfounded I do not what to say to the guy. He then tells me that they will replace all 5 studs for free and gives me a fist bump (this is so sad now, it is starting to get comical).Wednesday afternoon - picked up the car. I can see the marked lugs have been replaced. All appears to be OK.Long story short. Firestone had my car for 4 days to do an oil change. For my trouble, I got 5 new lugs/studs, a couple of brake pad retaining clips, and a fist bump......Long story longer (several weeks later).The week after the above, I discovered that Firestone had removed (and lost) the engine cover. Which they had to order from the dealer (at their cost).Today I took my car to a trusted mechanic (not Firestone) to check an issue with hard starting. My mechanic told me that there is a potential problem with a sensor caused by low and dirty oil. It is his opinion that THE OIL WAS NEVER CHANGED.This is just to crazy to make up...

I procrastinate way too long to replace my front tires on My Chevy Traverse. I looked at them yesterday and felt it was no longer safe to drive much more at all. I needed my car this afternoon. I work close to this Firestone. I know that my tires are not typically stocked. When I called over yesterday they confirmed this but said they would send a driver to pick them up. By 10:30am this morning I’m driving away with new tires. Fast reliable service and a great price! - Thanks Firestone.

I never expected something like this. I just today show up for my car alignment exactly at 9:56am and store manager told me it was going to be ready in about an hour. After one hour and a half I looked at the parking lot to see if my car was ready and I saw my vehicle exactly in the same spot that I parked. I ask the manager if it was ready and he said that it was going to be taken at that time (pretty sure they wouldn’t if I had not say anything). I’m very angry and disappointed with my today experience with this business.

Went to this Firestone to purchase a trailer tire for my camper. They charged me $9 to balance the tire and $2.99 for wheel weights....The tire was not balanced at all. When I said something they balanced the tire and didnt charge me.. Be sure you get what you pay for.

I dont like being jerked arround!!I had made an appointment to replace all 4 tires plus oil change and told them that I had to wait, I was told it would be about and 1.5 hours.Brought my car in at 8:00am (scheduled) while I was checking in the service advisor didnt realize that I had an appointment and told me that I was lucky...so I asked why? He responded that I was one of the first customers (walk in ) and wouldnt take at all, roughly hour 1:15 .By 9:00 am my car not even had been brought in and service advisor said he was waiting for a bay to open up..... I was there from 8:00am!!! and by the way I was the only Custumer waiting.

Ive been there twice in the last two months. First time they said coulnt patch a Goodyear tire because there was a nail in the wall section, said I needed to buy a new tire. Went somewhere else and had it fix without an issue. Second time was last week, I needed specifically a new run flat Firestone tire. They did the job, and stole an ipod from the arm rest compartment. Spoke to the Manager about this and got the standard answer Those thing dont happen here.... This is just a dishonest place.

Worst experience. Started off with the employees saying it would take 1.5 hours to do an oil change and 4.5 hours later they still had my car up and not ready. That same day my oil pressure light comes on and my check engine light comes on. Bring it back to them, they say they fixed it by reseting my dashboard so all the lights went away. They didnt actually check the car. A few days after that the check engine light comes on along with the oil pressure light. Took my car to a different place to get it fixed and they said that the oil change was done incorrectly (they used too much force and stripped the oil plug) and was causing my car to leak oil. Never go here!!

My family has three vehicles and we always bring them to the Firestone in Weston when we need them to be maintained. The guys there are honest and work really hard to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. Shout out to Johnny (yanell) Blanco the GM who really helped me get a ton of work done on my vehicle. Also, Haikel (I hope I spelled that right) att he front was incredibly kind and attentive in coordinating with Johnny on what my car needed. The guys worked hard and we are happy customers!!!! When I arrived to my appointment for a regular oil change they told me that the price would be about 40 $, it was my surprise when they finished the job after 3 hours (orginally time suposed to be 1 hour) that the bill total was over 200$, the bill showed cabin filters, air filters, additives etc, that I didnt ask for, additional we asked to check the brakes and tires and they told us that everything was good, the day after I had a flat tire and we could see that the brakes were worn (in Tire kingdom), PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
