I usually go to this place to do change of oil plus other things, and service is excellent, However, today 09/21/2021 I found service so terrible, may be they changed employees, and people were waiting in the lobby and the employees were ignoring us. I decided to leave since employee went to the back of the store without even saying good morning, thanks for the waiting, I will come back, nothing, Please reinforce customer service. Thanks!!

I brought my tire for repair and they did a great job. In addition, they double-checked to ensure my tire was installed correctly, re-checked all my tire air pressures, replaced my spare tire when my tire was repaired and great overall customer service.

Don’t go here. It’s a waste of your time. A simple 20 minute tire rotation will turn into 5 hours. They want to sell you on stuff you don’t need. The girl at the front desk has no idea what she’s doing.

Terrible service, Wed 5/27/21 - I took my car in for change of oil and tire rotation at 10:40am to the Tire Plus at Weston Road in Weston, FL. Andy, worker at the location, takes in my car after a 20 minute wait and he assured me that the car would be ready by 1pm. After multiple calls, of which none were responded, between 1.30 and 3pm, I decided to go pick up my car after 3pm and to my surprise, the car had not being serviced. It was in the same location that I had dropped it off. I ask Andy about the status of my car and all he could said was that he didnt believe the car was ready.A service like this makes me not ever want to take my car to this location or even recommend it.

After waiting 4 hours to get one tire patch because a nail got into it and I dont have a spare.they told me that they cant fix it because someone had already patch a hole inside it and doe to company policy they cant fix it. However, they can sell me a new tire. Okay, it will cost you $145 dollars for one tire.For 4 new tires at Firestone for my car is $415 dollars and I would get one free with balancing and rotating. Walmart sell the same tires for $70 per one. SAME TIRE HE WAS TRYING TO SELL ME. Smh

DO NOT TRUST TIRES PLUS. 1 yr ago I purchase a tire package with warranty. Yesterday, I took my car in because I suspected I had a flat tire the pressure light was on, and it was covered by the pkg. They checked it and told me the pressure was too low & I did not have a flat. 4 miles later my pressure light was on again and this morning I have a flat tire. When I called and spoke with Alonzo, he was kind enough to suggest something else must have happened after I only drove 4 miles from his location. He made no apology, so I told him I would not bring it back to them. And he kindly hung up the phone on me. I never trusted TIRES PLUS, but only went because I had the tire pkg. Thanks for living up to my expectation of distrust TIRES PLUS. Only gave a 1 because there was no ZERO.

Negative amount of stars. I went in yesterday, 12/12, for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation at 9:00 AM. One person tried to sell me on a coolant flush - that I didnt think that I needed but they insisted that I did. Which would have been fine except for I heard this same gentleman tell the next person in line that he also needed a coolant flush (??) so that was a little coincidental and didnt sit right. After waiting in their lobby for OVER FOUR HOURS (did not leave until 1:15PM), they said my car was ready and I left. I drove directly home and did not use my car again until today, 12/13. Upon turning my car on, I was immediately alerted that my tire pressure was too low and to stop the car. My two rear tires were practically flat and one was missing the cap. I called Tires Plus and spoke to someone who informed me that I must have hit a nail. Sorry, but there is no nail in sight and the only option they gave was for me to pay to tow my car back there.They told me that their mechanics are very meticulous and it is routine to correct the tire pressure at the end of service for every vehicle and that they would not have given my car back to me with two almost flat tires and a missing cap. Instead of owning up to the fact that they do not know how this could have happened and offer to fix it, they tell me that I must have done something to cause this problem when I didnt even drive my car since it left their shop. So overall: 4+ hours for a *scheduled* oil change, selling you things that you most likely dont need, LOSING a cap to one of the tires, and not putting the correct PSI in two other tires to the point where the next time I turn my car on they are almost flat. No thanks.

Horrible experience. I have been a customer there for over 15 years and have had at least 10 cars serviced there. Until today, I’ve been very happy with their service. I had tires delivered there that were bought from Tire Rack. I was quoted a price of $92 for the installation of the four tires. I made it very clear that I did not need or want anything additional. The service writer asked me if I was keeping the car much longer and I made it very clear that it was a leased car and would be returned soon. When I went to picked up the car, the bill was over $200. They had slipped in an alignment of the car. I had never agreed to that. I felt cheated. I felt deceived. I felt that the service writer was probably paid a commission for additional work that he could generate. No way to treat a long-term customer. I will never ever go back there. I made it very clear that I would pay them what they charged but they would be losing me as a customer.

Totally a scam business my daughter purchased 4 tires for a corolla so they sold her a lifetime warranty for $175 extra never used it i did my service at Toyota dealer near by and they told me I had a nail in one of the tires but I told them not to fix it for $28 because I had a warranty at Tire Plus. I called Tire Plus gave my phone number and yes no problem I will take care of it, I took the car, they checked the car and said that everything was fine, and before I signed all the paperwork I told the service guy please don’t call me later to tell me that I need a new tire or pay for anything because I rather just fix it at Toyota for $28 he answered no worries the warranty will covered. Then, two hrs later, he called me that the repair pro rated and the discount is $97. WOW! what a shock in two occasions I mentioned and warned him that I wasn’t paying for anything I just wanted the tire rotation and balancing lifetime warranty and to do the patch in the tire .This company and is not the first time they scam vulnerable women and elderly people total mischaracterize the issues and fear tactics to up sale products . ( I gave them a scalding in front of there customers ) total waste of time, pick it up took it to Toyota dealership down the road and they fix it in 30 min no questions ask $28 .

Fine if you plan to just do oil change. But they make completely unnecessary recommendations to rip you off a couple hundred bucks here and there. I went for an oil change and they recommended for me to change both outer tie rod ends (costing almost $400). I skipped the recommendation and checked the tie rod ends with another mechanic I really trust (but is further away) and he 100% guaranteed me the tie rod ends dont need to be changed. Total rip off.

Alissa did a heck of a job going the extra mile in order to accommodate us and fix a situation that she didnt create, in the first place. My first experience with them would had be rated 3/3.5 stars (due to my experience) but Alissa pushed the rate back to 5+ stars with her kindness, experience and wonderful customer care. Used to be a reliable local place to go for tires, oil changes and the like, but somethings changed over the past year. The quality of service has gone down and now they focus on hard-selling customers on products and services that arent needed. Its a shame, but well be taking our business elsewhere.

This tires plus is awesome! They get you in and out and The manager Alex is cool and is always looking for a way to help you out! I recommend this tires plus! I drive from coral Springs to Weston just because they do an amazing job!

Very disappointed what happen to me today at tires plus in Weston. I took a tire that was mounted by them, they did all four on my sons car. One of the valves was leaking since we got the car but just had a chance to take it back today. I noticed that the valve was defective because when i applied soup it was making bubbles. The person in the front desk told me that since i did not purchase the tires at their location that the charge for replacing the valve was going to be 21 dls. He also told me that since they did not touch the valve they were not responsible for it. I wonder how they mounted my tires without touching the valve. Anyway, good warning not to come back to this place after purchasing tires for my Lexus and Mercedes a couple of months ago, i guess customer service doesnt exist anymore. They just dont need customers to come back.

Ive been going here for years with my mom and these guys are very courteous and try to honestly do the work as efficient as possible, My one little problem I had was perhaps very specific, I had a gentleman there tell me I needed a new mass air flow sensor, and he gave me an estimate of 480$, and I asked why is it so much only for him to add that that wasnt including labor. needless to say I left and bought the part new for 50$ online and had someone easily just switch it out. So be weary and make sure you dont walk in for an oil change and walk out somehow with them wanting you to fork over a couple hundred bucks on things that arent worth a couple hundred bucks.

I’ve tried many car services in the area and Tires Plus is the best experience. They explain everything and don’t try to make you spend money needlessly.

Oil changes and tires are fine, anything else beware to get hit with high prices and complex issues....really depends on who is servicing you...have had a set of mixed experiences here so its hard to put a 1 or a 5, did go here a lot but eventually gravitated back to dealers, best advice is compare and get quotes if something big....

Amazing service, and I would say they are very efficient. Had me out the door with new wipers in less than 10 minutes.

Went to change the spare for the regular tire and they tried to convince me that the air filters were dirty by showing me other dirty demos they have pretending they were mine. I had checked them myself 1 month ago and were not the same. They didn’t put the spare in place. They made me wait 2 hours.

So far so good my truck is driving better, the services advisor was really knowledgeable and helpful. Overall 100/100!!!

Im the owner of KrankenWagen euro specialist and I normally take my cars after repairs on suspension and steering to Firestone on glades forAlignment but I decided to stop @ tire plus because it was frustrating calling and let on hold for the longest time at Firestone and on my way home I stop and walked into the store and Lazaro welcome me with a great smile and took no more than 5 min to say yes we can help. I didnt call or have any appointment and they where slammed with work I could tell because all of the techs where moving fast In the shop. I left the car and 2 hours later I got the phone call telling me the car was ready and I came to pick it up and Lazaro showed me all the before and after print outs from the alignment and ask me if I want it to drive the car first to verified that the alignment was perfect and I did drove the car and it was excellent . STAY AWAY!!!!!!I came across this place online looking for tires and entered all the car information. I was given an “out the door” quote from the website of ~$480 (included 10% off coupon). I schedule the appointment and when they called me to confirm, they gave me a total “out the door” price of ~$560. I’m thinking ok well I also want new wipers so whatever, not too far off right? The next day in the shop with credit card in hand I am given another $100+ inexplicable raise to $670. The guy could not even explain the difference, and it was determined that he, “forgot” to include the alignment fee. Oh but the surprises don’t stop there. I then get a call from the shop two hours later that the tire I actually needed is a different size and $80 more. I ask how can this be I entered my VIN number and my vehicle was identified and matched with the chosen tires. Guy had a hard time explaining, simply said he understood but this is what it is etc etc and if I didn’t do it this way was gonna cause a problem. So at the end of the experience, my “out the door” total cost rose almost 40% from $480 all the way to more than $750. BUT THE SURPRISES DIDN’T END THERE... he then calls me a few hours later telling me how there was a major, “safety concern” with my steering wheel among other issues totaling over $2000... oh my god... I declined knowing I had been taken for a ride... But not before this sleaze tried to negotiate the price down stating, “the repairs are in the same area so we can knock it down to $900...” ... Unbeknownst to him I had my car looked at recently and these were unfounded and confirmed to be unnecessary upon inspection from a different party.This place just leaves you with a dirty feeling man. STAY AWAY!

I am very impressed! We went in for new tires because we were taking a road trip, and the service man told us that he would be happy to sell us tires, but we dont need them. Then they offered to do a tire rotation free of charge!

I took my car to a second mechanic to inspect carefully what TIRE PLUS recommended to change and it turned out that it was not needed, my car was in perfect condition. I dont think they are trustworthy.

Refused to honor Primewells recall on tires which had to do with the inner walls of the tires cracking and potentially causing accidents.also overheard one of the reps trying to sell a customer a battery terminal corrosion protector. LOL.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

AWFUL!Awful. That’s the least I could say about this place. First time here. Went in to fix a flat around 11:30am. What, maybe a 30min change. Patrick says it’s going to take 2.5 hours. I said, OK, I’ll leave the car here. Patrick says he’ll call me when it’s ready. It’s now 2:30pm and no call. I call Patrick. He says it’s going to take another 1.5 hours. I confirmed it would be ready at 4pm – 4.5 hours later. I arrived at TirePlus at 4:20pm. The car was still parked in the same spot I left it in. Three workers were hanging around the computer chatting as if it were breaktime or something. Patrick says the car is not ready yet. I left.Don’t take your car there for anything unless you want to be taken for a “ride”.

Went there for an AC repair, oil change, and coolant flush. I will say that the customer service was great. However, while the oil was changed, AC repair was eaither useless or never really happened. I had issues with the AC 2 days after visiting. And to top it all off, they said I had a cracked engine block, and so they couldn’t do a coolant flush. After inspecting myself it was clear that there was absolutely no crack, and in fact I had seen that they had spilled coolant in the engine bay. I confirmed this by daily driving my car and never seeing any leaks or new spots of coolant on the block. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Our first and last visit there...My wife had a rotation tire and next day she started having problems with the sensor light tire... I went next day to check the problem and they told me I had to wait for 4 hours... I asked the guy if was posible to come back before the 4 hours and his reaction was not the best, he just said well call somebody to pick you up I explain that I didnt have somebody because my wife was using my car and what was the difference to leave the car in their parking for 4 hours or to take it to my house (3 minutes from there)? Finally I decided to leave the bad and irrational service... they could have gave an aopitmentment or different treatment. After that I went to good year on 84 with Weston road and after 20 minutes waiting they checked everything

I wasted almost 2 hours there just to hear that they werent repairing my tire and tried to sell me new tires instead. I got my tire repaired at Melneke, right across the street, in less than 30 mins.

Went there to get my oil changed and a tire plugged that was constantly losing air. Dropped it off 130 wasnt ready until 550 even with an appointment. They replaced the other three tires which was fine because its a company car. I left and saw that the alert that the same tire was still at low pressure. Needless to say that they never plugged that tire which was the reason I went there to begin with. Spent an additional hour there waiting for that to get done. Very disorganized! Wont be going back and warning everyone I know to do the same.

Got a nail on my tire, took it here to get it fixed, the gentleman said they cant fix it and tried to upsell me a new tire, I said I only needed the tire plugged and get on with my day, he said he couldnt. The nail was right in the middle of the tire. I didnt want to waste more time, went to Pep Boys and got it fixed in 20 mins.

I love coming to Tires Plus in Weston! From the sales advisors to the technicians they are very honest and they treat you like family. Chris and Lazaro are the best advisors, they have so much integrity and as a woman I feel comfortable with taking my car here. Amauri the technician is the creme de la creme, he is a top notch and very knowledgeable technician. I always recommend my family members and friends to come and see Lazaro or Chris because they are simply the best. Everyone makes you feel like family and they treat you as a human being and not a dollar sign. Try them and you will never regret it!

ATT People: Be aware if you take your car to these people, I took mine for a simple oil change and next thing I know they called me saying that the oil pan and the oil pan gasket was screwed up by the person who changed the oil last time, bulls...and they say I needed to pay over $800.00 in repairs or else I needed to tow away my car, these people are a bunch of crooks from the store manager to any sales person at the desk, trust no one at this place, a oil change means no business for them since they get commission based, they will try to squeeze every dollar out of you, even worse if you have a credit card with them, read other reviews, these people are crooks running a business and no one can do anything about it until someone takes them to court for all the rip offs

Im sorry but this place really sucks, horrible customer service. I slashed a tire on my car, limped my car to this location . I arrived 10 mins before they opened. All I wanted was them to come out and see if it could be fixed just so I didnt waste their time or mine. But nope the guy wouldnt do anything until 9am. So I spread the word that this place blows. Im sorry but to leave me stranded like that over 10mins.

Was told on phone come on in to fix flat and they could get on it instead of me waiting for roadside assistance to come. Got to store and then they said it would take 1 hour. 2 hrs later they still haven’t even taken the tire off the car.
