Awesome, great work by the team at TLC! We were traveling from NY hitching a trailer when our truck started having transmission issues—TLC took care of us, were honest, great work, no unexpected charges, got the part the same day, fixed it and we were off. Was such a tremedous relief while far from home to have the truck up and running so quickly, plus, they were just all around nice guys and we were able travel without worrying about the truck and enjoy our trip—will def be back to the area. Recommend highly.

Had a very good experience at TLC. Car came as advertised was priced right. Even was able to negotiate down a little. I looked at several dealers before TLC and cars just werent as they advertised. Mine was. I asked for them to do a few things to the car before purchasing and they agreed and had the car ready in less than 24 hours. Theres a reason why this family business has been doing this for 30 + years. Thanks guys.

I loved this shop from the second I walked in! I looked around at a variety of car dealerships before actually settling on which dealership to give my buisness to, as it was my first time buying a car. They were able to secure my first loan and also took the time to walk me through the process. They gave me a fair price on my new suv, as well as my trade in! Not too sure Where to Start, Now for the record I am in no way shape or form telling people what to do or who to buy from. This is strictly what happened to me dealing with this company. As a person the owner and I struck a deal on a vehicle on the lot, seemed to be a home run. I wasnt a perfect angel, I didnt have a mass license as I moved from Ny not too long ago. Thats neither here nor there. Down to brass tacks, I overnighted this person 2 checks and was advised when cleared they would call. So they get the checks the next day and i get an email stating they have the checks, they are taking them to the bank. Ok Great, so about an hour later they call me back and said 1 of my 2 checks were Fraudulent and that the owner had a bad feeling about the deal. So I offered to bring down cash the next day and take the check back. For the record I called my bank and verified and no issues, also found out after that the check was never ran through any system nor did they try to deposit it as no bank stamped the back of the checks i picked up. So I went about going down there today to pick my checks up as the owner didnt want to finish the deal. So i get there take my checks and halfway down the road they gave me the wrong title to my vehicle I was trading in. Go figure, Well to take it one step further a close friend of mine decided to call down and inquire on the jeep and the owner pretty much told this person the whole story and said I was the shady one. Well when all is said and done be careful of who you deal with because I know for a fact I was not in the wrong and would of loved to have the vehicle. After reading other reviews I do question the dealers reputation and the owner calling me shady to another person is not something i would think anyone else would take lightly. Oh for the record I did bring the title back and get mine but I suppose thats something people who write fraudulent checks do (insert sarcasm here). Thats all. Good luck.
