Shopped around a lot of used dealerships before finding what I wanted at Auto Connection. The owner was very professional and honest from the get go which made me feel better about buying a used vehicle. The quality and price was far better than the other places I visited that day. Couldnt be happier. The owner Victor told me what he would do if I purchased the vehicle and he did just that. A+ for quality and professionalism. Planning on returning with the wife for another car soon. Good Job

I have purchased two cars from the Auto Connection, and I will continue to buy cars here and recommend them to all of my friends. Victor is extremely helpful and stands by what he sells. Both cars I bought were reasonably priced and in great condition-for being 8 and 10 years old. Victor made sure that each car was completely serviced before they hit the road. I have had these cars now for over 3 years and they have never had any issues. Victor is a hard working and honest salesman, and I am lucky I found him. If you are looking for an affordable and quality used vehicle look no further. The Auto Connection is THE BEST, you will not regret it

I saw an add for a truck on craigslist, so i went to auto connections to look at it. and it was a lemon, granted in the salesmens words he hadnt touched it yet, and he was going to have the rust and what not fixed. but the truck was very crappy, and didnt run well at all. so i got back from test driving the truck, and the salesmen trys selling me another truck for more money he was willing to come down on thee price $900 because he had it for a while but in his words it was cherry, and all ready to go i so i decided to take it for a test drive, and it was worse then the truck that hadnt been touched yet. so i would advise you stay away from auto connections. they sell lemons, not cherrys

**LEMONS** **LEMONS** **LEMONS**2002 Subaru OutbackAt first I thought I was getting a good deal because he replaced all the gaskets, timing belts, etc. Really sold me with his words that I was getting a good deal. but I was wrong.1) The ad was a car with 114K miles on it. Reality was it had 145K2) When we did the loan, he added money to the loan amount, but also added more money than I actually paid as the down payment on the documentation. Stated due to the bad credit loan, he is charged a $800 fee.3) Check engine light came on 2 days later, just one day after the I got a sticker.4) Couple a days later car broke down. He charged me for a new radiator.5) A few more days later, car broke down again. This time he fixed it after 2 weeks. Did not charge me this time.6) Check engine light still on, wanted to charge me $500 for a new catalytic converter. Then later retracted and said he would do it for $100.7) Since then, there have been a few less serious issues here and there.8) First real hot day. OMG, the AC does not work. The week I bought the car was only about 20 Degrees. I guess it was just blowing cold outside air into the car. Not cool at all.9)) Oops... it happened again! Power steering pump starts leaking!10) Oh no! Broke down in the worst section of boston ever! Both main belts broke off. $220 job.11)Seized rear brake! $21212)Yesterday the belts broke off again. Dug deep into the issue and realized it was the power steering pump was leaking directly onto the belts causing on to fly off and the other to break. $400 job. Although, this issue could happen to anybody, its a bad trend. Now through all this, there are other issues that still havent been taken care of.. Still no AC, needs new struts, the door seals fall off and it sounds like I drive through a wind tunnel, car still vibrates at red lights and stop signs while in gear. I think the guy said its a Subaru thing. That was a funny. Professionalism, Integrity, and standing by his product.... HAHAHA He does not understand any of these priciples.Oh yeah, I bought this car in December, did not have it until Jan 7th and it has spent a total of 3 weeks in the garage. keep in mind it is only June. Sad sad sad.My next move is to try to reach a settlement that is more than fair. If not, my assembled team will go into action and make sure everyone knows about this man and his business. Talked to my lawyer and due to the facts, there is no threat of LIBEL.Lets see what this guy does. Stay tuned!
