Broke my hearing aid, went here to check on replacements. Donovan promptly greeted me, sod my hearing test, explained what he was doing the whole way in a voice I could understand, and after went over my test, what option I had with my insurance and was very helpful on my option. In the end he helped me decide on what I needed and could afford with my insurance. Left with great relief knowing I had new ones ordered to where I could return to the world of hearing. Hearing Aid Express is so different from other hearing aid places. Their main interest isnt in selling hearing aids. Sounds ridiculous, right? Their main interest is in their customers. I went to Hearing Aid Express after hearing aids I purchased previously from another business quit working. The place I bought them from told me they couldnt help me. Thats not what they led me to believe when I first bought them. I saw Troy Walker and he was so nice to work with. His focus was on me - not on what he could sell me. I didnt feel pressured into buying the top of the line or something I wasnt comfortable with. And now, even a year later, I can go in for a routine cleaning or adjustment and Im not charged anything. And they still remember me. I appreciate the staff at Hearing Aid Express so much for their honesty and integrity. I will be a loyal customer for life and will recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing hearing aids or just a hearing test.

My mother purchased hearing aids from this location and has been very impressed with the knowledge of the Area Manager who helped with the purchase and calibration of the hearing aids. In addition to being knowledgeable, he has shown a genuine interest in making sure she is hearing at her highest level of capability. She has been received with professionalism and patient guidance for follow-up visits and the staff continues to show that their top concern is for her as a customer. We highly recommend this location and Troy Walker and staff and thank them for how they have worked with my 93 year old mother.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. They helped me find the perfect hearing device suited for my needs as well as explore every avenue to afford them on my budget. I highly recommend them to anyone needing and wanting to the luxury of hearing again.

Mesquite office has changed personal and shows they are open, get answering machine and after message left- no call back. 1 audiologist and if they do not come in no service. Disappointed in custom hearing aid and amount of maintenance needed.

They work wonderful!! Im able to hear all Ive been missing. Donovan has been so helpful with the hearing test, the fitting and the followup, it really has been great. So comfortable, I will recommend ReSound to everyone.
