My mom was visiting from Oklahoma and her hearing aids stopped working. We called and they made an appointment for her right away. When we arrived early they saw her immediately, and we were out quickly. Holly Delaney and Cally are AMAZING!! They were so kind, helpful and professional.We were so happy with the entire experience. Mom said it was the BEST experience she has EVER had at any of the Miracle Ear offices she has visited.

My brother and I brought my mother in because of how great the reviews are. I can see why these girls have a 5-star rating. Cally is the nicest front office lady in town, hands down so easy to work with and very thorough with explaining the paperwork. Holly the specialist goes out of her way to make sure that you understand everything! My mom had never had as thorough of an evaluation. The office clean and sanitized. My mother purchased the hearing aids that were offered and they have been amazing for her and our family! The TV is at a reasonable volume, she can hear us when we visit her house without us having to repeat a thousand times! WOW! Miracle-Ear in Wichita Falls is amazing! My mother comes here for her hearing aids and I will be transferring from Wichita Falls hearing formally known as hearing aid express. These girls are bright and friendly. We are always welcomed and treated like family.When I came in for my hearing test Cally was ready to help, she took my temperature and wore a mask, everything in the office was clean and sanitized, which made me feel great being that my mother is high risk. Holly is the specialist and she was able to make the appointment both fun and educational. My experience with Holly and Cally at Miracle Ear has been excellent. They were extremely helpful, informative and personable. The Miracle ear is far superior to a hearing aid I previously had. I am so glad to have attained so much better hearing. The technology is amazing.

From the moment I walked in with my Dad, Cally was attentive and very pleasant. She did all of the COVID19 screening questions by phone the day before we came in for our appointment. Upon entering she took our temperatures to ensure we were not running a fever. Masks were worn at all times by all employees and patients. Once I finished our paperwork, Holly the hearing specialist greeted us warmly and welcomed us back to her office for the evaluation. The evaluation is unlike any other, it was very thorough, educational, and interesting to say the least. We left there with a greater understanding for hearing loss and how it effects the brain. It is very helpful when someone is uninformed about how hearing loss happens. Holly answered all questions we had and treated us like family. I am so glad that my Dad decided to take the leap and do something about his hearing. I will never step foot in another hearing aid business. Hands down - Miracle Ear takes the cake when it comes to technology and After Care. This is what makes them stand out from the rest.

I had been having issues hearing what my friends and family where saying to me for years when my brother Douglas had told me of his experience going to the miracle ear in Wichita falls and that Callie and Holly really do a great job I had to try it out for myself. I scheduled for one of your free hearing tests thinking oh this is going to be just a quickie test and then theyll sell you aides if ya need it or not. Well let me tell you nothing is farther then the truth. That Callie shes such an upbeat and professional lady had me feeling at home soon as I walked through the door. Made sure to answer my initial questions and introduce me to Holly. Now that Holly she was very professional and knowledgeable. She treated me like I was the only patient in the place was very thorough with the hearing test I never even heard of a bone conduction test I believe it was called but she checked things out completely. After the test Holly was very kind to explain my results and answer my questions. We didnt find any major loss that an aide would help me with yet. I told Holly I felt like my ears where clogged up and she had checked them for wax but there wasnt any of that. So she game me the name of a nice ENT to go see and said we could follow up in a year. You know even when they knew a sale wasnt on the table today those two young ladys where so pleasant and kind I am sure to return in the future. Customer service and Patient care isnt lost on these two young women go see Callie and Holly at Wichita falls theyre the best.

On 6/16/2020 I had my first experience with Miracle Ear. I went for a hearing test to see if I needed hearing aids. I had heard good things about them so I figured I would give then a try. First when i entered the office everything was clean and all staff members were wearing face masks so I felt safe with the current covid- 19 stuff going on Cally was very nice and helped me get my initial paperwork completed and answered any questions i had before my appointment. She was very professional and personable. I was then introduced to Holly who was also wearing a mask and she explained in detail what was going to happen during my appointment and was very professional as well. She was able to answer all questions I had. Holly made sure i was comfortable during the testing portion of my appointment and she took the time to explain my results. Even though my hearing loss was very minimal and i didnt need a hearing aid at this time she was very thorough on explaining what i could do to help. We discussed my coming back in a year to check it again and I assure you I will definitely use Miracle ear for any future hearing aid related business. Cally and Holly were wonderful and I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Wichita Falls.

I have been a customer of Miracle Ear for over 20 years. I recently moved back to Wichita Falls and was delighted to find a Miracle Ear here in this town. Holly and Cally have made me feel at home since I came back. My hearing loss started early on, and I have been wearing hearing aids ever since. I have never had an issue as long as I have been a customer. Hearing aids have given me back the quality of life that I had been missing. I am glad that I decided to get them early on. SO much has changed with hearing aid technology. This is now my 2nd pair and I was so excited to upgrade to rechargeable with the new Genius 4.0 technology. Nowadays there are apps to adjust your settings, Bluetooth capabilities, and rechargeable hearing aids saving me tons on batteries that I no longer need to purchase. I highly recommend Miracle Ear!

I got me a set of them cheap amplifiers as seen on TV at Walmart. They did more damage than good. I went to Miracle- Ear in Wichita Falls and Holly put them demonstration hearing aids on me and I have never heard so clearly! Cally was wonderful in helping with the paper work process. Miracle Ear is the fourth hearing aid center we have been to in Wichita Falls. They have provided Royce with excellent hearing aids. My mother has been trapped in her nursing home facility due to COVID-19 and has been unable to leave to get her hearing aids cleaned. Holly came to the facility where my mother lives, as I am unable to get off work until late. She was able to drop the hearing aids off once she was done cleaning them. I think that this goes to show Miracle-Ear goes above and beyond for their patients even during these very trying times.
