My recent visit to Livingston was for periodic checking and cleaning. Mr Edwards was very helpful with adjustment to aides and dealing with wax. I usually leave with better hearing than when I arrived, even when I was not aware that a loss had occurred.I recommend this place to anyone with hearing issues or that need care of aides.Professional care and help can be obtained here.

Carl did a great job cleaning my daughters ears out and helping her be able to hear again. She produces a lot of wax so we have to get them cleaned out regularly and Carl did a wonderful job. So polite and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I have intense tinnitus and became aware of Livingston Audiology & Hearing Aid Center via their television commercials that were offering a free ten day trial for a pair of hearing aids that offered relief from tinnitus. Spencer King, the audiologist, explained the program includes a hearing test and a pair of hearing aids that I could try for ten days. If I liked them, I could then buy them and have an additional 45 days to try them out... if I decided they were not right for me, I could return them before the 45 day term expired and my money would be refunded in total without any restocking fees or other penalties. So... 45 days to give the hearing aids a thorough test at no cost to me, should I elect to return them. Sounded good to me! I was presented with a contract that explained in detail the whole transaction and I signed the dotted line.Spencer was very thorough in explaining what I could expect from the hearing aids and their functionality. I received a hearing test and was shown what frequencies were affected by my hearing loss... for my age at 67, it was determined my hearing loss at the higher frequencies was minimal. Spencer explained that the hearing aids were not just sound amplifiers... but that they only boosted the frequencies where I was showing hearing loss. Spencer further explained how the tinnitus masking feature worked... the hearing aids generate white noise which is set to the frequency of your tinnitus which is supposed to cancel out the tinnitus tones. The functionality of the hearing aids allows the user to change the volume of the white noise and environmental sounds independently.I received the hearing aids within a week or so of the initial hearing test and I was amazed at the improvement of my hearing... I loved that I could once again hear the high frequencies that I used to hear as a young person and some of my music sounded dramatically better! The tinnitus masking feature certainly did affect the tinnitus... instead of hearing the ever present ringing tinnitus tones, I was hearing white noise which masked most, but not all of the tones. The hope was that my brain would tune out the white noise and I would be tinnitus free.After the ten day free trial, I bought the hearing aids after Spencer again assured me I had 45 days to return them.I ultimately decided to return the hearing aids a month later. I sure appreciated how they did help in boosting the frequencies my ears were deficient in but the tinnitus masking feature just didnt work for me. My tinnitus tone frequencies were too high for the white noise feature to fully mask the tinnitus tones; therefore, I was hearing white noise in addition to tinnitus tones.Spencer graciously accepted the hearing aids back and my money was immediately refunded in total without question. What a genuine pleasure to do business with a company that does exactly what they say theyre going to do, especially when it comes to accepting a product return and issuing a refund! What a great experience with Spencer and his staff!

Rick Edwards (my Dad) is the patient. He was skeptical at first, but it turned into a great experience. He has gone to other hearing aid businesses and received some aids that didnt turned out too great. But at LHAC @ Wichita Falls, He is SO VERY EXCITED about his new hearing aids and REALLY REALLY LOVES THEM! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
