I came here after having a fiasco at the UPS Store down the road. They got me in and out and at half the price of the UPS Store. Highly Recommend from this interaction today. Looking through some of the older reviews I think theyve improved as well. There were four employees when I walked in and no line to speak of. Thanks guys!

Very friendly and have everything you need and compared to the UPS store next door they actually are very polite and do not patronize you. The prices are similar and it seems like you get more than fair treatment. The niceness here is very much appreciated.. I hate shipping things and visiting the post office. So its like a breath of fresh air coming into a place that doesnt treat you like a 5 year old that broke something.. the store is very clean and organized as well.. thank you!

Went to get some last minute paperwork done. They spoke everyone but me i was even struggling with the self serve and figured it out for myself. What did I expect, know one in there looked like me.

Tarren was most helpful and courteous, as I presented our business print and discussed the need to maintain integrity to grey-scale and engineering graph measurement. She also informed me of the process for the gluing of the pads, drying time and availability for pick-up or shipping to our office. I was most pleased with Tarrens professionalism and customer service!

I would most definitely recommend FedEx Office!!! From here on out I will rely on FedEx as my “go to” place when needing to get stuff done. I was in a time crunch crisis, and might still be in one, had I not used their services. My computer and printer were out of commission, and I needed copies made, important paperwork faxed, and other sections priority mailed! Something that seemed almost impossible and so time consuming, happened in record time! Thank you so much, Jordan for being so awesome at your job! :)

Katelin was very helpful in processing my last minute printing job. Very calm and able to multitask well. Got my flyers done in less than an hour and even helped me fix errors.

They do not proofread over business cardsthst were right to begin with and have three young girls working there and waist your time waiting.

I have mailed a certain item to California, twice a year in the same box for no more than 35.00. Today after being told the box I was using was no good, and had Water Damage?!!! LOLOL, the best price that was available was 80.00. The first quote was 215.00. Not so good. I can easily see myself NEVER using this store again. The employee that has been really nice and helpful so many times is now a nut of some sort.

I received great service this morning. Im working on a project and a young clerk named Samantha helped me out. She was very helpful and courteous. On another note, the store really did smell bad. Thats the reason for only four stars. Thanks Samantha for the help.

I have gone twice, and both times they have been way understaffed.You have to print your items yourself on the printers there, and the machines are a bit slow, but they are easy and dependable.Today I used the printer, and someone had put yellow paper in the printer. After realizing it, I finished my printing job (I had about 35 different files to print) and constantly looked for an employee to see about a refund. I was never checked on, and by the time I was done, there was a line behind me for the printer.I had to wait in line with my receipt and asked for a refund, and then the employee proceeded to scold me for completing the transaction without notifying someone. He said he could refund me the money, but it would take him time to do it: next time you can save us time by not printing the receipt.There was no apology for the inconvenience, but did get my whole 1.50 back.Again, the printers are reliable, but there is no customer support. Going to check out other print shops.

The staff is slow, unhelpful, and the old manager finds time to make wise-crack comments instead of processing your shipment in a timely manner. I run errands at my job and if I am scheduled to come here I give myself a good buffer (time-wise and mentally) and show up last thing. Work is the only reason I put up with these people. I found theyd hired two new girls today (shockingly) and had some hope that things would be different, but nope, just as indifferent as the regular staff. Dont bother because they certainly wont.

Caitlin (hopefully I spelled it correctly) is very helpful over the phone! Answered all my questions and made some excellent suggestions. Great customer service skills!

The music is so ear blasting you cant hear what the FAX machine is doing and then you cant hear instructions from the clerk standing behind the counter. You have remind them to give you the receipt with the tracking number when you give them a prepaid.

I didnt have a choice but to go here as Office Max (Depot?) ran out of color toner... The people working here are so insanely slow and the staff is inept but tries to act like they know what they are doing... They tried telling me Your computer isnt calibrated weird, because when I printed the stuff at home it came out the exactly how it should, just not high enough quality as I only use a regular consumer printer. It took two trips to get something of a workaround to THEIR problem... If you need to go here, get a few drinks in first. That might make this place not so painful.

Katelyn helped with my printing and shipping needs, while multitasking and helping other customers as well. For the wait I expected, it was actually very quick.

Never more than one person working here at a time. The people Ive dealt with have been kind and attentive, but when the one person working there has to be kind and attentive with every person in line, you wait a long time unnecessarily. Try Office Max instead if possible.

If you have lots of time to waste then by all means drop and wait in line. The staff here has a dont care attitude and works at an extraordinary slow pace. On my most recent visit I needed to drop off two pre-paid fedex packages. Needed a shipping receipt so ended up having to stand in line for 20+ mins

Could not get any help from young man with a beard . simply tried twice to print an application. VERY HATEFUL . FRIDAY AFTERNOON ...... I was in a hurry being friday and he wasnt

Terrible attitude from Manager, tried to send package and he refused for no valid reason at or any reasonable explanation!

The only reason I was not completely satisfied is because there was not a public restroom. My 4 and a half year old granddaughter suddenly had to go to the bathroom. I had to walk forever to get a store which had a public restroom .

FedEx lost the package and FedEx Office refused to assist.

Understaffed and rude. Got a text saying my package was there and even the tracking number said it was in the building. The incompetent man that came from the back room, only because the line was almost out the door, could not find the package. Next time Ill take my chances with the driver.

They initially told me that I did not bring it to them, but they found it and made it right.
