I deal with a lot of different UPS Stores and usually the employees are not very delighted with my large number of boxes, but this store employee on both visits was extremely kind, no complaints and even when I apologized his response was, no worries this is the best part of my job. Thank you for top notch services!
I needed to have something notarized in Wichita falls in order to handle some business with a family member. I live 2+ hours away so I made an appointment. I received a confirmation of my appointment for notary services and a follow up reminder. I make the drive to Wichita Falls and show up at my appointed time to be told that they dont have anyone available to do notary. No courtesy call, no email, no attempt to reach out and reschedule or cancel, nothing but confirmations. Unacceptable to treat people that way. Take your business somewhere that actually cares about people.
Dropped off a package three days ago still waiting on them to put it in the system that they have it and hours later still cant get a hold of a person . Never shipping here again .
The guys at the UPS Store must work 24/7. I have never gone in that they werent running 2 lines of customers. Always get in and out in a timely manner. Very professional and quick. I will always do my business here. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Big shout out to Clayton! He was so helpful and awesome! Talk about able to multi task! We walked in and no one was there but in a span of 2 mins he had 3 other people walk in. He was calm and helped everyone quickly. I was pretty impressed. He was fast efficient and friendly! Very helpful and just an all around nice guy! Thank you for making it easy for us to get what we needed done.
I made an appointment online to get some documents notarized. Turns out they only do notary for a couple hours a day M-F (I think he said 1200-1400). That time couldnt work for me. Guess its better to call them first, as the hours on the website for certain services are not accurate.
This branch never answers their phones. And they havent set up a voicemail box either.. Kinda need to speak to someone.
Its always a pleasure to stop by at any of the UPS stores. Friendly staff and quick to process your needs. I was allowed to park here for the night after dropping off my overnight package. Thank you so much.
Big thanks to the UPS Store. I love coming to this place. They are very professional, the prices are good, and are the fastest guys in the business. I was a fedex account holder that occasionally used the UPS Store. Now I am a UPS Store customer for life. You will be in and out the door in less than 5 minutes no matter how long the lines are. They are that good.Keep up the outstanding customer service!!!
The store is clean and organized. The service is acceptable. However the customer service is lacking.. I understand this store is bombarded with Amazon returns and is crazy busy.. but it seems like if your not ready to go and immediately have everything exactly right you are patronized and very bluntly told the proper way to do things. Just moved here and only been twice but each time it is extremely busy and crazy lines . I get why the cashier is frustrated because people dont know all the UPS rules and policies but a little more patience would be appreciated.. the prices of shipping and the stress of having to mail things is hard enough vs dealing with another lecture about what we have done wrong.
I stopped by this store this evening as I had to ship a document which had a prepaid UPS label. I didnt have the document, nor the label with me. I stopped by to request a UPS express envelope which is FREE. The employee behind the counter (whom was the manager or owner) refused to give me one of the FREE UPS Express envelopes as they were for my customers and that since I had a prepaid label Id have to find my own envelope. I advised the UPS drop box where I typically would get an envelope was out, I was told I could order free envelopes from the UPS website. He kindly offered for me to bring my items into the store and I could pay to ship them from him if Id like.HORRIBLE customer service at its best! Definitely use FedEx or USPS for your shipping needs, this place is a joke!
The staff here is incredibly nice. Mason always has a smile on his face and is always greeting/speaking to people with such a pleasant tone. He does his job well and quick. Ive been in a lime of 7 people and was out the door in 5 min. Love dealing with him.
Could have just been having a rough day but they messed up my shipping details twice and claimed you cant insure ground over $1000(?). Ive been shipping UPS for years and have never heard that. I decided to get a refund and head to the FedEx store down the road. The FedEx store wound up being half of the price of the UPS Store. Ive always leaned towards UPS but Ill probably look at the FedEx Store now.
Very good customer service everytime I have been with ready to help employees that seem very capable. The store is dark and has bad lighting making the atmosphere less than desirable.
The redhead guy with the beard working there was very rude. Ill pay the extra next time and ship with FedEx.
I ordered a package on December 29 and paid for next day air delivery. I received an email which said my package will arrive on December 31 and it is now January 3 and still have not gotten my package nor will it let me track it. I tried to call the store to find out what’s going on and couldn’t even get someone to pick up the phone.
Mason the store owner was extremely rude that I had forgotten to put my label on the box. Also, he lost the label and had it shipped back to my home address.
Easy access and the staff is friendly.
Doesn’t ship packages out on the weekend. Company is a complete joke. If you want your package delivered on time and sent out when dropped off then us USPS best ever.
Very handy store to have around. Had to return some defective headlights to amazon and the gentleman that helped me printed my return label and packed them for $3 and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I have been going to the UPS store in Wichita Falls for years. There are 2 guys that man the front desk year round. They are both fast and super friendly. I am a fedex account holder but I only go to UPS now.
