Ship your items with FedEx. We will take your money then just throw your package on whatever porch is convenient. We will definitely try to get it in the same city though. File a claim, ha, as long as our tracking say it was delivered, then it was delivered. If it didnt actually get to your customer that you shipped it to, then you can just try to ship them another one.

Helpful staff and open a little later than their office stores

Arrive at 6:30.... get out of the car and walk to the door only to watch the little girl rush from around the counter to quickly and with force close and lock the door, then turn out the lights, and look out as her cohort stayed inside on her cell phone. Classy grade A service right there. Oh well UPS is still open and they will be happy with assisting my business needs both now and in the future. Enjoy happy hour little girl and I hope this helps your inevitably rise up the ranks of customer service.

Package was delivered to the wrong address. I can see the name of the person who signed for it and its clearly not the same name that ordered said package. Hoping this gets resolved soon. Weve already filed a case on this.

They left my package one street over, Dont you guys look n read the street names! also counter help is the worst.
