Very unwelcoming. We sat down on a garden table and chairs that were set up outside the store. There was no sign stating not to sit. One of the staff stared us down through the window front until we left. She didnt ask us to leave, or informed us it was for display only, she just stared at us until we did leave, very weird and uncomfortable. On the plus side, the Brown Jordan chairs were more comfortable than they looked, from afar they appear all metallic but were actually leather painted in a metallic color. I would even consider them for home, just not from this store.

I, too, had the exact opposite experience of the negative reviewer. Happy, friendly staff at Trios. Plus, you wont find knock-offs here. Its a lovely gift and furniture store. I can always find something! And, I always know Ill be treated right!

My family in Wichita lives on the far westside and my Aunt and I ALWAYS fit in a stop at Trios when I am in town. Love the jewelry, Jellycats, and home decor. Also found a wonderful Mer-Sea zip travel cardigan on my recent visit as well as a great Tyler Boe dress.

Very rude staff. Were not greeted and blatantly ignored by sales staff. Overpriced and knockoffs of higher brands merchandise.

A must stop for me every time I visit Wichita!
