Got into work this morning and our compressor went down overnight. I called Brad and he had me back in business in under an hour!!!!!! Awesome customer service!!!

UPDATE: After escalating our issue with paying for used equipment that failed, we were provided a full refund. With this in mind we will be giving them a second opportunity.We rented a core drill bit for two concrete holes. One of the teeth snapped off right as we went through the concrete on the second hole. Upon inspection the core drill bit had two more cracked teeth. Clearly the core drill bit had been warn significantly. Upon returning it to high reach, we were informed we would have to pay for a new bit, despite the fact that its cracking in several places. They told us they were giving us a deal because they were just charging us their cost.Despite the fact there was in no way a misuse of the bit, we would have agreed to a percentage of the bit to help replace it, something reasonable around 20%. Unfortunately they were not interested in fairness or logic.So we are paying them to buy a brand new bit, to rent out and profit from, and never using their services again.Your experience may vary.
