A good place to get household and home improvement items. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Always enjoy going there. Only four stars because sometimes they are out of things I need or dont stock them. But all in all a good experience.

Great experience. I didnt have to ask an associate where anything was because their signs and layout make navigating the store super easy and efficient! Good prices. Front desk really made me feel like they were happy to be there and help customers. This is how you run a hardware store. I will always go here for my hardware needs. As long as the good environment stays as it always has, positive!

They are an great store. I use them every other day if not every day in my work as a maintenance man. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. If they dont have something u need they will order it. I highly recommended this store for home improvement needs

Lacie is so kind and helpful! My husband and I needed paint and she helped us pick out the kind we needed. Her computer was having issues but she remained calm and relaxed. Shes a great person to have in the customer service industry.

I am a first time pickle maker an canner. Everyone here was so helpful. I had no some idea of a few things that would be needed like the jars an lids, thank god for the employees at ace. They knew everything i didnt. The staff was truly knowledgeable in the items they keep in stock an those that they dont. I highly recommend Ace Hardware to friends an family as well as other gardeners.

I like the store. Its close and it has a good selection, but their customer service is like a little lackadaisical. People are not super invested in helping you find what you need. Will still shop here because they are locally owned and a good place of business.

They have a large selection of mostly alot of things like a pet supply and making keys along of things! I was very impressed!

Another one of those stores who openly stops motorcycle riders with knapsacks, but not women with large purses, and has them leave their bag at the counter - an event of our times I guess, but still imbarassing. Still, a great store and good people.

I like going to Ace to find nuts, bolts, anchors and nails since they sell them as individual items. I’d rather get what I really want than paying extra for a ore packed nuts and bolts. This location is very organized and shelves are always stocked and neat.

I like this Ace. Employees are much friendlier & helpful than another couple of Aces Ive been to in town.

Ace has a good website that ships items to the store for free. However the store is small and you wont find everything you need. Thats the reason I usually dont go there but they still have items at good prices.

Ace is expensive, but if you need help finding things or you just need a couple of a certain bolt they are about the best for that kind of work

Dave let me watch while he put a blade on my miter saw. Now I know how to do it myself. Didnt know they are not part of the Westlake group, but will only shop at this store after having a less than helpful experience at the one on E Central.

I love the except for this older lady always grumpy with bad attitude to top it off twice now she not called some one to fill up my propane so after standing there 10 or 15 minutes i have had to call the dang store to send soneone out to fill my tank. Real close on never going that store again or ace hardware itself

Great place to pickup items to replace around the house. Bought a couple of flood lights today and they were half price. Didnt know until I got to the register.

Was in this afternoon and noticed the sign on the door stating masks are required and I thought good, this business is taking this virus seriously. Then I saw two floor employees in the plumbing section of the store not wearing masks which was exactly where I needed to go in the store. Kind of hypocritical....

MY experience with this store really backs up the slogan, The helpful hardware store. Ive never been more helped than by Ace employees - their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist in my search for everything Ive needed. Im glad theyre so close by as I do my renovations, even as small as they are.

I went and bought a laser gun from that store and before I purchased it I asked the cashier (The manager) if it’s not the right one can I return it? She said yes you can and you can open a reward account with us and you don’t need the receipt if you bring it back so I opened the account and didn’t keep the receipt... went to return it today and she refused because ‘I didn’t have a receipt’ and ‘ it was opened’ when they have me in the system already!!!! I won’t go back to that store ever again and I will keep giving your store bad reviews.

I love all hardware stores. I spent one and a half hours wandering the aisles just to see what is available. Later when I have a project in the works, Ill remember where project items are. I found several things I had to buy.

Stopped by this store to get some items for a small project i was putting together for my 18 month old son. I was assisted by an associate named Starla who was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. It was clean, the staff were helpful. It was pretty much what youd expect for a chain hardware store.

The prices on line are different than inside the store. $15 dallor difference.

1st time there at this location, seems they have more staff than what they can do with, passed by several staff had to ask for help. Finally, I go and check out, cashier(also training another gal) ask guy in front of me if hes a member he responds with no. She then says how about I give you 40% off today has says yes sure, then I (Asian male) walk up next with a smile on my face like I always do, she ask if Im a member I respond with no, but never offer me a 40%. She was actually nicer to everyone but me. I work in healthy care and restaurant so I always smile and is raised to be polite. This place seems to discriminate. Last time coming here.

Went to two other Ace stores to get a key made, they stuck it in their machine and told me they didnt have that key or the machine couldnt identify it. Just a standard old car key thats on the worn side. Found Ron (I believe) at the help desk at this store who was immediately able to find the key (he actually looked at it and found the match in the stock, you know, the old fashioned way) and made us a key that works perfectly. They have a little Hallmark section, which is unique to this store.

I have been in a few times this week Im working on my backyard and everyone is alot of help. One lady told me not to doubt myself and believe in myself when I was doubting myself and she made my day and boosted my confidence. Cant wait to go back and get more stuff for my yard.

I always shop at Ace hardware to get whatever I need everybody always say theyre a little high but Ace hardware been around for a long time longer than I am old Im not telling my age

The employees here were very helpful with what I was looking for, as a matter of fact if it wasnt for them I would of spent a lot longer looking for what I needed and he found it in a matter of seconds. This new location was pretty nice and much more roomier than where they were before on farther west of Harry street by the mini mall. Very easy to see from the street and plenty of parking here. There still moving in and getting organized but overall a very good experience, thank you. Prices are competitive with stores of this nature I feel and the quality is just as good or better compared to the big box stores.

Bigger and (I hope) Better. Theyre getting things put back together after the big move and although they are busy they are still as helpful as theyve always been. I love this Ace and as long as they can refrain from becoming another Westlake shell of a hardware store its where Ill go.

A bit pricey. The one that closed at Harry and Clifton was better. This is a new store so they may improve in time. I give them 3 stars for now.

This particular Ace Hardware is not the closest, but it runs different specials than the one by my house. While the staff can be off (particularly several of the cashiers, not todays!), not terribly helpful and sometimes they ignore me (especially if Im there without a man 😒), the deals are worth swinging by to check out.

Ive always found both the manager and all the help at this store to be super friendly and exceptionally helpful. I know that I might find a few products a little cheaper at the big box stores, but not always...and when I consider the extra time and gas I have to spend, well I often end up at Ace, because they have just about everything Ive ever needed...and free pop corn as well.
