I was coming in to look at a used car I new what I wanted and did not need to look at the car first and just needed to know if I can get a loan. The sales person that assisted me is Ashley Vega I said is at this moment I dont want to look at the car first I need too see if I can get a loan and Ashley was pleasant about it and did not push me to look at the car until we new I was approved for the loan. I really appreciated how pleasant And helpful Ashley was to me throughout the whole process. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure she took car of me
I worked with Ashley Vega (product specialist) and a tall, bald-headed gentleman from the collision and service department whose name I can not recall. Fantastic people. Great service. Worth at least checking out if in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle.
We did not want to pay full price for the vehicle for various reasons. We asked to negotiate and were told we had to speak with the finance person about that. By the time we were allowed to do so, all the paperwork was already completed and just needed signatures. (It took forever to get to that point.) We questioned the price and he said we should have spoken with the sales person about that. We were in a hurry and they knew it. I had to get to work, plus we had 2 little kids with us, so we over paid for the vehicle because we needed it. But I will never go back and dont recommend them. They also stated it included a 4 year warranty and then added the cost of that as well without telling us. Definitely not happy with our experience.
We made a deal on a used vehicle. After the deal was done there were some issues with the vehicle we chose. In the beginning we struggled to get the vehicle taken care of, and started to experience what some of these negative reviews were stating happened to them. The thing about dealing with people is everyone has a bad day, I know I do, and things are always subject to go a miss. Everyone is allowed to make mistakes. In the beginning we started to get very frustrated. However, all that being said, the name Bennett does stand for something. Things did start out rough, but in the end, Bennett made sure my family was taken care of. They stuck to their responses on some of these reviews, trying to make sure their customers have a 5-star experience. My family appreciates all the steps that were taken to make sure we were safe and taken care of. Our deal ended with them doing something that is completely unheard of to make sure we were taken care of. The details dont matter, but the outcome does. So, thank you Bennett Infiniti and all those involved in every step of my families deal. We appreciate you standing by your name.
The staff is extremely rude. They do not care about you once they take your money. They ignore you when you are there. I can’t wait to get out of my lease. I may even try to get out early so I do not have to continue coming to this incompetent dealership. The cars aren’t even great quality. I had mine a few months and a part fell off. Not to mention the sales manager begs you to give good reviews for them when you purchase your car because they see how low their ratings are. NO THANKS NEVER AGAIN

At first, we thought this was a great dealership. We were taken care of by Rick Edwards. Today, we bought a used 2016 Toyota Prius. He talked up this Zaz GPS like it was the greatest thing ever and told us every car they sell has one. What he failed to mention is that the customer pays for it... And that its an extra 1000! Its a totally unnecessary extra and one we certainly wouldnt have paid for. Oh, we paid the sales tax for that as well! I hate being mislead and/or lied too. Lesson learned... Even if youre there for another hour- make sure you read everything on the paperwork! I should have known something was up when we were the ONLY ones there to shop on the Friday before Labor Day. They only had one car in their showroom, so even if youre going there to buy a new car, I wouldnt bother.

Do not shop at this place I just bought a pre-owned dodge there didnt have for two weeks and already having problems with it I took it back they told me it got so many codes on it and did I get a warrant I said the guy started to laugh and said well its your car I said its a lemon he said not with a use car its not a lemon if it was brand new then it would be a lemon so Im trying to get a lawyer because of I cant drive it why should I pay for it I havent even made my first payment yet

Dustin worked hard to find me the right car, gave me the best offer for my trade and a really great deal on the q50. He even delivered the car to me! At no point did I ever feel pressured or messed around with. Would absolutely buy from them again.Don’t be shook up by negative reviews. I’m told they went through a total overhaul in staffing. This was my first experience with Bennett. I am an 80 year old and extremely patient. Bought a 2019 QX50 and so far am loving it.But, the service I received was not so good. Had new tires put onand was told it would take about one hour to do as I was the only onethere. One and half hours go by and still waiting patiently. Sales mantold me they will be installing the rubber mats and I would be out soon.They pulled the car out, me I check everyone if I can, and to myamazement NO rubber mats in my car.. Had to go backto the service dept. to let them know. Where are they?? He, whomever,came out and installed them. Off I go. Since I bought the car in January 2021 and the roads were covered with snow, I was using windshield washer fluid to clear muck from windows about 6 times. It dawned on me, I wonder if they put windshield washer fluid in as a courtesy. NOPE I checked it myself and used 3/4 of my gallon to fill it.I will be going back for detailing in the Spring. We shall see how it goes.Again, 80 and do not have time to waste.
I have bought 6 vehicles in 4 years from this family dealership. My recent experience was not the first bad experience. Customer service was very bad, staff didn’t acknowledge I was there. Waited two hours in service with no updates. They offered me a loaner, the loaner wasn’t sanitized or clean, had cigar clippings and ashes all over the vehicle. The biggest kick in the face, they sold me a vehicle that had two major accidents and didn’t disclose the information. After months of trying to get this resolved and many changes in personal, no resolution. Buyers beware.
We live 1h45m from Bennett INFINITI, but theyve been recommended to us by a lot of people. Drove down for an 0800 scheduled maintenance appointment and didnt get into the facility until 0820. While waiting to be checked in, the service employee was on the phone with another customer talking about how he was new and the facility just had a near full staff turnover. I was finally checked in and seated in the waiting area at 0845 (45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time). I was updated one time and was told theyre slammed, sorry its taking so long. The facility seemed rather desolate - no one was walking around or acknowledging anyones presence. I was very disappointed in my overall experience.
I was looking for a new vehicle and found time constraints in my schedule preventing me from being able to get out and test drive the vehicles I had researched. I noticed on the website a lease deal for a vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with the salesperson, Chris Rice, and said I wouldnt be able to get to the dealership to test drive the vehicle anytime soon as I live roughly 100 miles away from Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes-Barre. Chris offered to deliver the car to me instead of me driving the great distance to look at the vehicle. That level of service blew me away and I was ready to commit to the deal. Chris and the GM Mark were fantastic to work with and I couldnt be happier with my experience or the vehicle.

First time to bring my car in for service 02/25/2021and booked appointment via website ahead of time. Waited for over 20 minutes to drop the car off due to staff not understanding the computer systems. Was called from the service department about car...then took multiple calls/few hours to reach someone and discuss / determine what needed to be done on my car. Required an additional day to do minimal work. Picked up car 02/26/2021, a complete cluster waiting to pay for the car due to systems issues. Once that was resolved, was given invoice...wasnt explained or service provided reviewed.Im not sure if its because I didnt buy the car there...but the customer service experience was subpar. At this point would not RECOMMEND the service department, or the dealership in the future.The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a dealership.

I am in my second lease from this dealership. In the past I had great experiences. My lease is ending soon. I was contacted by Infiniti to come in for an appraisal and look at the new lease options. I made an appointment 9 am on a Saturday. When I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman who almost looked confused why I was there. After about 90 minutes, the gentleman returned to tell me they didnt have time to work numbers and if I was thinking about buying my car outright I could figure out payments myself. He then proceeded to tell me there were no vehicle models like mine within 1500 miles and that there was no way he was driving that far to get one.I am officially done with this car manufacturer. I have never been so confused when looking for a vehicle. I definitely will not recommend the current staff that is at Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes Barre. Worst experience ever.

Very friendly and Elite place to visit while your car is being serviced. Staff or courteous and respectful. Lounges available while you wait with coffee tea and a light snack. Restrooms are clean and they make you feel at home. Service rate is high however you can be assured the job will get done right the first time. I would not hesitate to return with my car for service.
The GM has no integrity and will lie to you. He leads you to believe he will help you out but in the end refuses to make issues that happened at the dealership right because “he wasn’t there” NEVER BUY A CAR HERE AS THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR CARS! The reviews must be fixed because there is no way this many people actually took the time to praise this joke of a dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I rarely give a negative review. Up to this point customer service has been great. But recently I had a nail in my tire and had to go somewhere right off the freeway and get help immediately. Obviously I needed to replace a tire at that point in time because I couldnt just plug it. They tried to reset the sensor the car says to see the dealership to reset it. Unsure why you have to go to the dealership for this to it yet so I call to try to get it reset and they told me they were going to charge me $125 just to reset it. Before they stated that they asked me if I had got the tire there. I explained again that no it was an emergency and I went to the first place that I can get to. Safety was more important. I get all my oil changes and everything done here and do not understand why the car is set up so that I cant get anything done anywhere else. This was an emergency!

I have been going to Bennett to have my car serviced for years. Even though I purchased the car at another dealer used they still treat the car as though I purchased it there. Their service is prompt, fair and they dont perform or recommend unnecessary services. If I was going to purchase a new car and base my decision partially on service, I would definitely consider buying here.

Dont trust their used cars. Bought a used 04 Infiniti from there and have had nothing but problems with it ever since. Definitely need to check their cars before they sell them. Wouldnt go back to buy a car from them.
Buy this 2005 INFINITI g35 used everything was good until my airbag light come on I just ignored because my lock of knowledge on cars a month later I noticed this vibration on the transmission and I took the car to a transmission garage on Kingston talking with the owner of the garage he asked me if the car was on a crash before? he told me the hood is not aligned and one of the headlights looks new and the other not.....long story short this dealership make me buy a crash car at a higher price NEVER WILL BUY OTHER CAR ON THIS DEALERSHIP

These guys are pros and not cons.It was my salesmans first day and he wasnt seasoned which was good from the start because he didnt try to sell me anything other than what I came for.I came for a used Subaru, not something high end but they still treated me like I was important. 3 years ago I went to this dealer and 1. The gentleman who was much older than my deceased parents and I was 40 at the time 2. Used vehicles were ridiculous if I even had connections street price would have been k less 2. The salesman acted like I was bothering him. Customer service is everything and they if zero could be a score would most certainly be a zero.

Bennett Infiniti had an excellent presence on the net and the quality of the info is top-notch. What price that was quoted on-line was the same offer when I drove 3 hours to examine the car and took a test drive. We negotiated my trade-in and final cost which I am quite pleased. Roger Jayne is a very well informed salesman knowing the 2010 Lexus like he was a veteran Lexus dealer. He was a very friendly and cordial person, no hype. Deborah made contact with me after my initial on-line inquiry and was assuring that I was dealing with a quality dealership. Nick is a straight forward sales manager willing to work with me and provided no BS when we finalized the deal. This was my first time using the internet to research and purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend Bennett Infiniti. The cookies are recommended too.
These guys have their act together. BTW they also know their italian delicatessens. They suggested we stop at Aldos for lunch and the reference was spot on for great pizza and hoagies. So you want to see some hot cars aka Infinitis and need a suggestion for lunch see this guys.
My husband recently inquired about a 2016 qx 60,the one he was interested in was looked at first by a woman, the plan was that if she didnt purchase he was next in line,also there were 2 other men in the showroom,he left the showroom for an appt telling the sale person he would call before they closed, however when he called back he was told the two other men bought the car, talk about getting screwed, a guy name RAY (dont know his position)undercut me, i thought out of courtesy RAY would at least called him back and offer him the car since he was next in line, this is the second time he has had a bad experience at infiniti of wilkes-barre,hope mr bennet reads this, he will never go back, by the way RAY he did purchase a qx 60 $1000 less than your price and also they gave him what he wanted for his trade, too bad you lost but he really doesnt care
I am sometimes difficult to deal with during the sales process -- I think of myself as an informed consumer and once I gather all the information available and know the facts about a vehicle Im not going to pay more just to get the vehicle.I contacted Nick Rizzo directly to lease a 2013 G37x, and informed him Id contacted other dealers and knew what was out there. Some people are turned off by this, but not Nick. He worked with me throughout the process to get to the point where it made the most sense for me to purchase get the G37 from Bennett, he really went the extra mile for me.Once I had agreed with Nick on the vehicle, I dealt primarily with Paul and Jeff. Unlike other dealerships, the two of them made actually signing the papers and getting the car an extremely enjoyable experience. Sometimes, youre stuck at the dealer for hours waiting. I went through the initial paperwork with Paul, agreed that Id one back about 3 hours later and finish everything up.When I arrived, Jeff had the initial bunch of paperwork ready for me. I signed a few forms and Paul went over EVERY feature of the car with me. Nothing was missed. At that point, Jeff had generated the final paperwork. I signed a few papers and it was out to the lot with Paul, where my car was waiting, freshly shined and ready for me. Paul helped me associate my phone with the car both as a phone and bluetooth audio device, set the seat and store it in memory for the primary key, and visually went over all the features of the navigation system.Once I was done, I was briefly able to meet Andrew, who thanked me for my purchase in a very sincere way.I look forward to doing business with Bennett in the future!

What more can I say? Its Infiniti, in my opinion the best car on the market for the price. I think $60K for a 400hp monster is a smoking deal, Im on my third on and getting ready to sell my Infiniti for a 2018 or 19 next fall.
My wife and I drove 4.5 hours to Infiniti of Wilkes-Barre yesterday to purchase a 2008 Toyota Highlander. These gentlemen were incredibly gracious to our family. First of all, they held the vehicle for us without even requiring us to put down a deposit. Upon our arrival, they had the car ready to test drive. Our salesman, Sam Ferraro, could not have been better! He was extremely kind and patient as he answered all of our questions. He took the time to let us look under the vehicle and ask the mechanics any questions we had about the cars condition and maintenance. I would highly recommend Sam; he is very courteous and cares about his customers. In addition, the General Sales Manager, Hugo Santo was outstanding. He was very friendly and more than willing to work with us in offering a great price on the Highlander, as well as a great deal on our trade-in value. Jim, in the Finance Department, did a phenomenal job in securing an outstanding interest rate for us. I bought a car from this place in December. Ive had bad experiences with car dealerships in the past, but Bennet Infiniti has put together a phenomenal team that really does their absolute best to meet whatever need you may have. Nick Rizzo and James Zendarski were extremely transparent throughout the entire experience and made me feel at ease when I was making my selection. If I were to purchase another car in the future, it would be from these guys.

We recently had the easiest and best purchase experience ever, at Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes Barre!My wife and I had been to several local Dealerships over the past several weeks looking at Toyotas, Hondas, BMWs and Audis. At each Dealership, while the cars looked nice and some drove nice we were not overly impressed with the Sales personnel. At some we felt pressured, while at others we felt that we were not receiving the attention that we needed to make a decision. It seemed as though we were not being taken seriously and none of them were willing to negotiate a price that we were looking for.This was not the case with Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes-Barre. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, who then introduced us to Rick Edwards, our Sales person or Product Specialist. After speaking with him for several minutes, he kind of reminded you of everyones favorite Uncle. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, then asked us a few questions about what we felt we needed in a pre-owned vehicle. After showing us several, we took two of them on test drives and ended up purchasing a 2013 Infiniti G37xS. Once we drove it, we knew this was the one.This was by far the easiest and best purchasing experience we have ever had. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything or did we feel that anyone was not answering all of our questions. Even when it came time to negotiate a price that we were looking for, Rick introduced us to his Sales Manager, Nick Rizzo, who was very personable and professional, and patiently answered all of the questions we asked. We felt very comfortable with the purchase, especially since it was a 100% certified pre-owned.On the day that we came to pick up the vehicle, Rick, even came in on his day off to make sure that the sales transaction went smooth and without any problems. Who would do that? He had previously introduced us to Jeffery Sullivan, from Finance, who was able to navigate us through the purchase signing process, which was not as long as we thought it might be. He was also able to provide us with the information on the warranties that we were looking for.It just so happened, on the same day that we came to pick up our vehicle, that friends of ours were also there picking up their 2016 Infiniti Q70. Was this a coincidence or what? They too, were very happy with their purchase and the way they were treated. When it comes time to make another vehicle purchase, then I know that we will definitely come back to Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes-Barre to do it.
