I just committed to my second lease at Motorworld; my first lease was a Honda Pilot and I just renewed with the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L.Ive been impressed both times with the level of service and attentiveness I received throughout the process. Josh Salvaterra was the sales rep I worked with for both transactions (cant say enough wonderful things about him, honestly) but every person I met or engaged with made me feel comfortable and empowered about the decisions I was making.Just yesterday I returned to the dealership with a question about installing my sons car seat. A sales rep and a manager stopped what they were doing to spend time in the Jeep, walking me through issue I was having.Im driving the car I had my heart set on, all thanks to Josh and the team at Motorworld. Ill enjoy this vehicle for years, but will absolutely bring my business back to them when the time comes.

I went to Motorworld and had Michael Voitik and Ray Novak who both helped my family buy a new Jeep Rubicon. Couldn’t have had two better guys help us. Our family was picking out a Jeep Wrangler and were torn between granite and white color. Michael ran across the parking lot in the rain and drove one over so we could compare white and granite side by side. We also wanted the power top and didn’t have one in stock so they said lets order one the exact way you want it. Jeep was there three weeks later. My daughter and I were thrilled. Great experience. Michael even stayed late to take pictures of my family with our new Jeep. I am not an easy customer. I ask a million questions and am very picky about what I want. They were both great. Answered all of my questions.

By far the worse experience I had. Their service team is extremely rude. Please teach them to have better customer service skills. This is going to be the 2nd time taking my car to them and they can’t find the issue. The can’t help accommodate transportation for people who live out of town about 25 mins from them since I have to drop off the car the night before. They told me it is not their problem and to deal with it, even though I brought the car from their company and still under warranty. I regret getting a car from motor world. I never had this problem any where else.

Had a great experience with a recall months ago, decided to go back. Shuttle service perfectly meets my needs and was timely. Took care of my Jeep as if it were a Benz. Had frequent calls for clarification and status; dropped off for the day for multiple different services. Social distancing and everything orderly and pleasant. Front desk handled everything professionally, not to mention initial key drop-off and verification of services requested. Big big place, but very user friendly!

UPDATE:Jim K. reached out to me and took care of the issue immediatelyI purchased a new 2017 Ram 2500 in the beginning of October from Motorworld. The sales process was relatively smooth, but I have a major complaint about their after-sale service. The day after I picked up my truck, I noticed a missing rock guard on the fender. Being that I am out of town 99% of the time, I emailed my salesman and asked if he can help resolve this for me. He agreed that it was an issue and he would take care of ordering the part and that I would come in to service to have it installed when it arrived.2 months later after me calling/emailing service, sales, and my salesperson, there is no resolution for this simple issue and everyone I talk to at Motorworld doesnt have an answer.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed a simple service appointment to replace a Key FOB for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I called to make an appointment and was given the run around and sent to the service department so they could order one for me. I was told I would receive a call as soon as it was in so I could make an appointment to have it programed. I never received a call and after a few weeks called them to ask if the FOB was in and was told it was. I proceeded to make and appointment to have it programmed. A few days before my appointment I had a family emergency and had to reschedule. When I rescheduled I personally talked to the service department to make sure they would hold onto my FOB until my scheduled appointment to have it programmed and they said no problem we will have it when you come for your appointment. So . . I go to my scheduled appointment and guess what . . They never told me they needed authorization ahead of time because I bought the insurance that covers a lost FOB even though I told them that multiple times when I made the appointments. After waiting in the customer waiting area for about 30 minutes they come in and call me back. This time they tell me they dont have my FOB in the parts department and I must have already picked it up. You would think I would know if I picked it up but they seemed to push blame on me for them not having it. So, after another half hour of waiting I am told they will have to order another one and I will need another appointment. The service guy I was dealing with insured me that it would not take long and I would just be able to go in when they get it and not need another appointment. Guess what, that was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a call. This company will NEVER get my money again. I bought the Jeep at this dealership and that experience was outstanding but then I guess I had something they wanted (my money) and now that I bought it they dont need me anymore or care about how they treat me. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years and this is by far the worse experience I have ever had with anyone. End of rant and now Im going to call to see where the hell my FOB is and when it can be programmed.

Jessica was point on all of it and obtained answers and coordinated getting everything done promptly. I was looking into getting out of the lease on my Grand Cherokee to move into a pick up. I spoke with several dealers to compare quotes. MotorWorld consistently came back to beat the best price I received from other dealers. Once I decided to go ahead with MotorWorld for my Ram 1500, Jenna Sims was incredibly easy to work with.I work multiple jobs and have an inconsistent schedule. With a family, it’s tough to spend several hours at the dealer working these things out. We did all of our correspondence via email and I was able to walk right into the dealer and sign the paperwork. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Because I had my daughter with me and the wait for the vehicle detailing and inspection would take a while, Jenna and Chris offered to drive the truck to my home (35 minutes away) and take my current vehicle. This could not have been easier.I will definitely come back to work with Jenna an Chris moving forward for my car needs. They’ve earned my trust.

I brought my Chrysler Town and Country to the Drive through oil change. Didnt even need to get out of the van. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. A great option if you dont want to get an appointment and need your oil changed. The guys working there are Great. 5 star service.

I wish I could have been to MotorWorld under different circumstances, but I am glad I found them. I was traveling from Syracuse, NY back to Charlotte, NC on Tuesday 2/4/2020 after visiting my hospitalized mother in NY. As I was driving on Route 81 South, the “service transmission” message and “check engine light” came on and I lost power in my 2016 JEEP Cherokee. I was only a few hours into my 12 hour drive back to NC when I had a catastrophic transmission failure. Luckily due to my phone and having internet, I quickly located MotorWorld in Wilkes-Barre. I was able to get there and that’s where I met Kristen in the service department. She immediately made me feel at ease with my car problem and the bad situation that occurred. On top of everything else I had my dog with me and the dealership allowed us to walk their spacious property while my transmission was fixed. After almost 2 hours and after me and my dog walked several miles, Kristen told me my car was repaired. I left the dealership and was able to continue my long trip back to Charlotte without any further problems. The customer service I received from Kristen was excellent and without her help and the mechanic, I could not have returned home as quickly as I did. Kristen is a great example of how customer service should be given and I am now a fan of her, the mechanic who fixed my car and MotorWorld. The fact that I did not purchase my vehicle there and they helped me in such a terrible situation, helped renew my faith in those who give customer service. I appreciate great customer service and I try to give my patients the best customer service I can as a Respiratory Therapist for 30 years. Thank you Kristen and MotorWorld, I will consider traveling 9 hours to purchase my next vehicle from you.

I was very happy with the service. I made my appointment 4 weeks in advance for inspection. I arrived at 8 am on a Monday morning. The young lady met me at my car, escorted me to the waiting area she was vey nice. I asked about how long it would be she said about an hour to an hour and a half. She said she would check back with me in an hour to let me know where they were at with my car. 1 hour later she came out and said your all done.

I invested in a 2015 Ram Promaster during summer of 2015 (see attached receipt). I use this van to do expedited deliveries nationwide. Within the first couple months the van was popping out of gear. I had to drive back long distance and took it to a dealer in Bath to get repaired. The problem would come and go after, but not often. Then in September 2016 it was popping out of gear while on the highway. It eventually shut down so I had it towed to Motorworld for repairs.MotorWorld claimed it was the battery and would not troubleshoot the transmission until I purchased a new battery for $650 when the battery had a 3 year free replacement. So I went to the service department took the battery myself to buy a new battery from Battery Warehouse for $194. However before Battery Warehouse would sell me a battery they had to check the old one for core. They said nothing was wrong with my battery and the battery was perfectly fine. So I took it back to MotorWorld and told them what Battery Warehouse said.So then they said it was some sensor problems. I had them order the parts and change them as they suggested this was the problem. Then they called me and said the van is fixed and I can come get it. I paid a lot of money for the repairs (see attached receipt) and as soon as I drove off the lot it shut down again on the highway. I had to call for a tow back to the dealership (see attached receipt). Youll notice the same date I paid for my repair was the same day I paid to get a tow back to the dealer.Now the dealer does NOT know how to repair my vehicle that they sold me. They refused to continue attempting to repair my vehicle unless I paid $4000 for them to TRY and change another part to see if that corrected the problem. Neither Chrysler or MotorWorld could assure me that if I paid $4000 for them to change this part that it would be fixed. So how the hell am I going to continue paying thousands of dollars for them to keep changing parts when I cant even use the van to earn a living?End of story is that I cannot earn a living and I most likely will lose my home and be homeless soon. I cant even pull equity from my home to try and get another van and pay for this broke RAM Promaster because my debt to income (which I have not had for 3 months now) is too high. I honestly do not know what to do now. My story is 100% true and I attached the receipts to prove it. I was trying to upload videos to show exactly what was happening.I hope as a consumer you take this information serious before making any decisions on purchasing another vehicle. Especially if it is for work.ON TOP OF ALL THIS, THEY LOST MY KEY FOR THE VAN !!

We have been to the dealership 3 times complaining about a loss of power steering on my wifes brand new 2019 Rubicon. She was stranded on the side of the road today having once again lost power steering, and called the dealership during service business hours. She had to leave a message, which was never returned. This was extremely disappointing as we will now have to return to the dealership for a fourth visit with this complaint. It is also disappointing because repairs for this issue have already been attempted twice (the most recent attempt being just three days ago.)

Brought my dodge to get it looked at for a check engine light found out it was throwing a turbo code and I couldn’t afford to get it fixed right now and upon picking up my car Dave gave me my paperwork and personally wanted to come check out my car he came outside and showed me my problem and explained how to fix it . (my throttle body was loose) I believe he was the service manager he helped me out a lot I brought my car home and tightened my throttle body and the code went away

I inquired online about a truck and was called by Jim with details. He supplied me with all the numbers, the information I asked for without issue. He sent it over by email and explained what I needed to be clarified. I was apprehensive when I didnt hear from him over the weekend, however, after seeing the dealership, he is a very busy person and he did reach out to me eventually. I recently brought my Renegade in for service and I was surprised at how easy it all was - from scheduling my appointment online to dropping the vehicle off. It was the quickest and best experience that I have had with a service department so far. Good experience. The only thing I have a problem with is both times I had my vehicle in for service I never got a call when it was done. This past time I dropped it of for service at 7:45am for an Oil Change and State Inspection, by 2:00pm I had not heard from anyone. When I call to check on the status I was told it was done. When I got the paper work I seen it was ready at 11:30am. It would have been nice to have the vehicle back in the morning instead of 2:00pm.

I had been searching for a vehicle for a few weeks and kept getting low balled by other dealerships for my trade in. From the moment i walked in until i drove away in my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee I had the utmost confidence i was going to get a new vehicle. Justin and Jimmy K went far beyond what I would consider regular costumer service to make this happen. Worst service department Ive ever dealt with. Customer service was the absolute worst. Was insulted buy clerk. Advice to upper management be aware of who you have talking to your customers including lower management. I would pay to have vehicle towed to different dealership if needed towed and was told this place was closest dealership within 100 miles.Here is follow up question since you responded to my review. Was that a miscommunication when service person said I was lying? When it turned out I was correct. Just curious

I had a fantastic sales experience. There was one car on the lot I was interested in. Unfortunately, it had been sold prior to me being able to take a closer look at it. Jim in Sales searched in the surrounding area and found me the exact same car in the region so that I was able to purchase the car I wanted. I was shopping around for a Grand Cherokee for quite some time. Previous dealerships I went to made me feel like I could never get a brand new Grand Cherokee and talked to me like a young kid who didnt have a clue about finance. My girlfriend and I went here to have some service done on a jeep, and also inquire about a new one.The salesman we worked with consistently talked over my girlfriend after every question he asked her. He refused to show us or find the vehicle with the features she wanted, and instead showed us a model he felt would be better for her.Even though she was the decision maker, he didnt show her the respect that a normal person would offer her. Instead, he was very rude, did not conduct a full needs-analysis, and really didnt seem interested in what it was she wanted.They were very hesitant to explain their pricing and didnt answer questions about rebates or discounts we had read about on the Jeep website. In fact, we had to negotiate at least 3 times to get somewhere near the amount she wanted. At one point, he told her she couldnt afford the features she wanted.When it came to service, for the most part the service department was helpful - at first. They were able to provide information on what was wrong, contact our after-market warranty provider to get the issue covered and then got the job done by end of day. However, when we got home later that evening, we found out that they had conducted some damage to the trunk which made it difficult to open or close. In fact, they had somehow bent or popped the moulding around the lid of the trunk. We have no idea why or how they would have done that when we had gone to get our engine fan repaired.Its a shame the salesman at Motorworld didnt pay attention to my girlfriends needs - because the next day when we went to Tunkhannock Jeep they got the sale. My girlfriend had a better experience there, and got the exact Jeep she wanted, with all of the features, and only added 1.00 to her existing monthly payments. She did not have to face any chauvinistic or rude/interrupting sales agents who werent willing to go out of their way.

We bought a new 2016 Town&Country at MotorWorld. At about 25,000 miles took it it in for a transmission leak and a seat belt issue . They pulled the transmission pan and installed a new gasket and ordered new seat belts. They said bring it back when the seat belts come in. The next morning our transmission was making noise when cold and in reverse. Called the dealer and they said to wait until the seat belts come in. The 2016 Town&Country does not have a transmission dipstick for the owner to check the fluid. It must be checked by the dealer. So 3 weeks go by and the seat belts come in. We take the van in and they have it for a week saying they cant get it to make the noise. We go to the dealer in our rental car start the van cold and get it to make the noise for them. They have it for a few more days. I get a call from a different service mgr that I had been dealing with. He tells me it was an exhaust shield making the noise and the car is ready. We take the car home. No more noise. Read the service invoice which says nothing about an exhaust shield but does say that the transmission fluid was low and they added fluid. I pop the hood to check things out and the transmission fluid fill tube cap is just laying in the engine compartment with the fill tube open for the whole drive home about 30 miles. So it took them almost a month to realize that they didnt fill the transmission back up from the original service. Then couldnt even put the fill tube cap back on. Now Im worried that all of this may have caused damage to the transmission. Very bad experience.

I Had to check at least one star to post. I would rather leave ZERO STARS. A friend of mine, his son, and I were 3 hours from home and an hour and a half from our destination. The truck is less than a year old and under warranty. We had an issue during our trip, and spent the whole day in a dealer in Allentown. At 4:50pm, the issue returned just as we got off the PA turnpike in Wilkes Barre. I called Motorworld and explained what was going on. The girl I spoke with in service asked if I had purchased the truck there, I said no. She said that their service department was booked for the next two months. I said we are literally limping the truck into their dealership right now, what are you going to tell me when I get there? She replied Take it somewhere else. I called the Service manager the following week to address my concerns, and no surprise, I did not get a return phone call. All we wanted was a place to leave it and schedule service, and a little help with Chrysler because they provide rental cars if the issue is warranty and going to be left overnight. Lesson learned. I will always make sure I have the best AAA plan I can get, so I can get my truck towed to my home dealership. My advice, find a different dealership and never deal with someone that tells you they would rather leave you on the side of the road with a 10 year old kid. **EDIT** Service Manager never returned my call. I left this review and their lip service canned reply gave me the phone number for their Customer Relations Manager. I called her and of course got her voicemail. I left my contact info and she never called me back either. This place is an absolute joke. It is offensive at this point, actually. Thanks for nothing. LITERALLY NOTHING.

Chris Corrente was the service representative that began my experience with this company. I asked how long it would take to have my vehicle diagnosed and his idea of customer service was to walk outside and hold his arms out indicating that the entire lot in front of him was what needed to be worked on before they would even think about getting to my vehicle so that my expectations shouldnt be high. When asked if he was basically stating that the company didnt want my business he said no, they just have no idea when they would get to my vehicle and again my expectations shouldnt be too high. Looking into having my vehicle sent to a different dealership immediately.

If I could give them a half of a star I would. This is the second time I have been to this dealership for work to my car and had a not so great experience. The first time. I dropped my car off for hours never received a phone call it was done or any updates. I called to have the shuttle pick me up and they never put me on the list. I waited an hour to call back because they told me they didn’t have anyone to pick me up yet. So I walked in 95 degree heat. And the second time. Today. I dropped my car off at 8am and had to call around 11am to find out what was going on since I was told it would take a little over an hour and hadn’t heard anything. The service department is horrible. They give you an advisor and you can ONLY speak to them about your car. However I called to speak to mine About what was going on with my car and 45 mins later I still didn’t receive a call back about my car. What is the point. not a satisfied customer.

Unfortunately I wanted a Cherokee with cloth seats (I know my husband says I am crazy, my husband prefers leather). Nick checked around but couldn’t find one within the timeframe we needed So we went with what Nicholas had at his location. We dealt with two other fellows to purchase the vehicle. Update: Their regional sales rep saw this and contacted me before I could find him, so raise a star there. He mentioned they tried to reach out to me and checked some logs; but I didnt see the reply emails or see missed call on my cell. Their sales rep did contact me quick afterwards. Will continue to update this post based on my follow up experience and just the ratings.I was in contact with this group several times but each time, they failed me. I started with contacting them from their website about a truck. When what I wanted wasnt on the lot, they blew me off. No attempt to locate one and do a dealer trade. I was then contacted by Ralph, their manager asking how my service was and I told him how lacking it was. He assured me hed do it solid. After more time went by, I was contacted again by their rep (Laura) but she again wasnt thrilled with doing more than selling me what was on the lot - what I didnt want. Ralph then sends me an email saying I can factory order it, and confirms I can get a refundable deposit - I then ask how to proceed forward, twice, over two days in two emails to him. No replies back. Im escalating this poor service to their regional manager and turning over all the emails that have been ignored or lacked any follow up action for sale.

After talking with Joe Alles over the phone the prior week, we set up an appointment to meet with him to see if he could help us in our pursuit of a more gas economical vehicle. Joe was very knowledgeable about the automobiles in his lot and helped us pick a vehicle within our price range and take it for a test drive, in which he was very friendly and again very knowledgeable about the car were testing. Joe and his management team really went the extra mile for us in helping getting us financed for our purchase. When we went in to sign the paperwork and pick up our new car, we were in and out in under an hour, which was very nice as I work night shift. Jeep Grand Cherokees are hard to come by right now, and the sales people did not offer me much help. Went up to talk about my lease buyout. A salesman that came out, Ryan Christianson, to talk with us was very friendly and helpful. Turns out it was better for me to renew my lease on a new Jeep with all the incentives there were. Love Love my new Jeep. Just didnt like how they try to get you to purchase extra converge, (not Ryan) and when you decline all of a sudden there are coupons they have to give you a deal..$5 instead of $30 a month....hmmm bit sneaky I think.

I made an appointment to get my convertible top looked at. I dropped it off overnight. I had to call them in the afternoon 3 times before I could reach someone who knew anything. After finally reaching the service department they told me they didnt have anyone to work on convertible tops. I asked them why I was even able to make an appointment, or why they had my vehicle for 5 hours into the work day and I had to call them to find this out. They had no answers. Horrible service from the service department.

Had my moon roof on my Veloster repaired about a month and half ago. After getting the car back the dash had minor damage and the grease from the rails was rubbed clean from the paint with a dry cloth, it wasnt washed! I complained about it but got no call back. Then a rail on the moon roof broke again and I complained about my service experience on social media. Then I got a response, they had me bring the car back last week. The rail got fixed again, but nothing was done about the dash board and after they washed the car it was parked somewhere where birds proceeded to crap all over the car. Thanks for nothing Motorworld. Im now discussed with the car and will be trading it in somewhere I can get good service.

I scheduled an appointment for my wifes 2011 Jeep to have a recall done. 2 weeks in advance. My wife left work and had a coworker follow her to the dealer, when she got there they said they had no record of the appointment. The name they gave me Kyle who the appointment was scheduled with started to get all upset saying he did not schedule an appointment. Yes we know that, someone schedules the appointments for the advisors, but dont be rude! On top of all of this, they stated the did not even have the part. I am sorry but this is ridiculous, someone should have called us to inform us that the part was not in, and we needed to reschedule, but instead my wife had to rearrange her work day for nothing. Lets see if they make this right. I will post if they do.JaySO - I will change my rating from a 1 to a 4 star after Jeff Simmons contacted my wife this morning and could not have been nicer. He listened to what I had to say, apologized and made the situation right. I understand stressful work situations, but all it takes is someone to listen and say “I can help.” This is exactly what Jeff did. He took a bad situation and turned it around. Matt helped me out and without pressuring me and without making me feel as though I was receiving a pitch we looked at cars. I almost felt as though I was look at cars with a friend. We tested a couple out and after talking to the wife we went with the Dart. I really appreciated their time, and even though we were finishing things up after their closed they were patient and didnt make my wife and I feel as though we were a burden. The best car experience I have ever had!
