I wish I could give Eddie Rehn at Enterprise six stars. I found a vehicle online and reached out for more information. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was calling from out of state and I was hesitant about looking at a vehicle that was 1,300 miles away. He went out, in the middle of a snow storm, and forwarded me a detailed video of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. The following day he brought the vehicle into the service bay and sent me more pictures/video of any of the very small imperfections. He also mentioned that Enterprise can ship to a local site for me. The buying process was as simple as buying a blender at a big box store. The price is set…there is no high pressure sales tactics or haggling back and forth. I flew up to PA and Eddie even went as far as to pick me up at the airport!! The location has many cars to choose from and all the sales personnel were friendly and knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot. They were working with other customers to help them get the car that would best fit their needs…whether they needed more space or a particular payment. I thought the buying process would take hours but it was quick and efficient. As crazy as it sounds, I was so impressed with the level of customer service and condition of the vehicle that I flew out to PA., bought the vehicle and drove it home. Eddie even reached out after to make sure I didn’t have any issues and made it back home OK.Everyone dreads dealing with dealerships and used car salespeople but this was a completely different experience. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member there.

We needed a car and was steered toward ECS by the rental place and walked the lot. They have an no pressure environment and friendly staff. Even the salespeople not involved are helpful, happy and friendly. Monique is one of the best you could possibly meet. Hi have a great experience the only bad part was the waiting for the vehicle from another state I think waiting two weeks from a 19 hour trip is a little too much if you guys can fix that everything will be good to go. Oder then that everything went great 👍🏼

I am not satisfied with my experience, felt pushed to sign papers to hold car, and to then purchase it when not feeling well and having pain .. diabetic. I should have left but exhausted there hours and just needed to get nouishment. Didnt get what I really wanted. First day tire low and no cap. Next day high beams not working. I wasnt shown anything on features so trying to figure out how to work things out on my own. Wanted almond interior... and few other things.

Lied to on multiple occasions. Told one thing turns out the opposite. Told I purchased the extended warranty comes to find out that wasnt true told the vehicle had auto start coming to find out that wasnt true on multiple occasions I was told something and it was a complete opposite told I could pay payments with a credit card that was not true. Then told that its only a courtesy for the 7 days to return it back so beware if you get a vehicle thinking youre going to take it back after 7 days so theyre open six days and on Sundays theyre closed do the math then they told me up your past seven days so Im not happy with them.

My granddaughter called Enterprise Car Sales and spoke to Ron Kosar. She explained she was expecting and that she wanted to test drive a car she saw on the Enterprise web site that would suit her needs once the baby arrived. Ron set up an appt for the next afternoon. We arrived and Ron suggested we look at a car he thought would fit my granddaughter’s needs a little better. We walked outside. It was love at first sight. My granddaughter loved the Kia Soul. It was roomier and nicer still it was below our budget. We were in and out - with a great car - in less than two hours. Ron knew his cars and our needs and matched us up perfectly. We never even looked at the car we came to see. I would recommend going to see him if you’re looking for a car.

One of the larger branches Ive seen. Has a very large variety of cars considering it is not a airport branch. The staff are very kind and helpful and always seen with a smile on their face.They accept credit cards and debit cards as well.Nearby is also a few other rental companies so you can compare prices, bug nothing can compete with enterprise weekend specials. 19.9 a day is as cheap as it gets.

Overall we had a good experience shopping for a new car for our daughter. Our bank referred us to Enterprise and they had several cars ready to test drive when we arrived. When she decided on a specific car, she changed her mind about the color. That car was at a different Enterprise location. I was promised the car would ride exactly the same. We were thrilled that it had a few less miles which would extend the warranty. The inside was filthy, the seats were covered in dog hair and had several stains on the rear seats. I wish they wouldnt have been in such a rush to sell the car and had taken an extra hour or two to complete the detail. After getting the car home it began to rain. Now we were told the car passed a 100 POINT inspection. So why were the wipers in such horrible condition that they couldnt safely clear the windshield? A warning light come on the dashboard about a headlight issue. Air pressure was considerably less in one of the tires. We took it back to have these issues addressed within a few days of purchase. The tire pressure is to be 35. THEY FILLED IT TO 50! Initially after the purchase I wouldve returned in a heartbeat to purchase a future car. Now Im questioning myself. Two weeks have passed and we still havent received the touch up paint pen that was to be mailed to us. In the end our daughter loves her new car Im just not certain I would purchase here again in the future.

A few years ago, my vehicle was in an accident. While being repaired, I rented a car from Enterprise. I was impressed with the car and service provided. A couple weeks ago, my 12 year-old truck showed me it was time to upgrade rather than invest in another repair bill. I looked at buying a new car but that was not in my future. I remembered Enterprise also sold their cars and I made a call. I spoke to Danny G. Shaw at Mechanicsburg, Pa. Enterprise sales. I needed a truck with 4WD but also needed something my wife would be comfortable driving too. Danny informed me that Dodge made an AWD version of the Charger. I also owned a 2009 Charger and loved it. A couple visits to other dealers lots left me unimpressed but I was impressed that Danny took the time to really show me things about taking care of our needs, not just selling a car to us. Danny and Matthew C. Gekoski, the sales manager, worked with us on price, features, and making sure we were satisfied . They also provided us with a good deal on our senior, but maintained trade-ins and a GREAT rate on financing. We found a car that we truly love, at a price we could afford but it looks like we found real people interested in more than selling cars. Enterprise is a place we will look to again for our next car. Thanks for all of the help. One last note. An old Navy Vet might not need a performance car, but it doesnt hurt to have one as nice as the one they found for us. Great price and Great Service, rare commodities in todays world.

I was looking for a replacement for a leased turn in of a 2016 Chevy Impala. I didnt want to lease anymore so I was in the market for purchasing a used car. I had purchased a car from Enterprise 15 years ago and it worked out very well. So the first place I looked was the Enterprise Car Sales dealer in Wilkes Barre, PA. The people their were extremely helpful and low key. I immediately found a 2018 Chevy Impala with about 2 years and 16,000 miles left on the Manufacturers warranty. The non negotiable price was reasonable and a lot cheaper than what I would have paid to buy my leased vehicle, which by the way, was out of warranty and 2 years older. I took advantage of their 7 day return policy and had the car checked by a mechanic. It passed his checks with no issues and I have not had any problems to date. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales if your looking for a relatively newer used car and dont want all the hassles of dealing with high pressure sales tactics.

We had called before walking into their doors and had expressed that we had a horrible experiance with Faulkner Nissan Mechanicsburg a few days prior, when we made a purchase and returned for a refund due to a break line leak all within a 48 hour period. I wasnt planning on buying a car that day, I was just looking. Monique was wonderful, asked what I was looking for, and picked out a few vehicles to test drive. Neither of them worked for me, one was out of my budget, the other, another Camry, was not really what I wanted again, although I loved my Camry. So so was going to keep looking...until I said the correct word, Hyundai SUV. It was getting late but Monique and her manager stayed with me while I drove the car just around the lot and decided it was the one. Paul worked to get my payment around the area I wanted to be monthly. They are wonderful people to work with.

And showed me vehicles that matched what I was looking for....He went above and beyond to accommodate my every need .... Had me in a vehicle I absolutely love.... And home shortly there after! I would recommend him and enterprise to ANYONE!!!! You wont be disappointed !!

The sales people were nice. But the car could have been serviced a bit better.. For example, after I drove off the lot with the new vehicle I noticed that the oil change tag read the next suggested oil change was 10k miles ago! Hyundai Elantras are suggested for 5k miles over the change... Not 10k... So I had to take care of that asap.Regardless or not if it was my responsibility to check that, it should not have been missed by the sales people and the garage workers.

We were so happy with the great customer service Dave Spurlin provided us. I will admit we were a bit anxious for our first car buying experience and financing but everyone at enterprise made it a pain free and joyful experience. We will only be buying from them from now on! Thank you guys so much we love the car!

The gentleman we had was extremely helpful. Even though we didnt have an appointment he got all the keys for the cars we wanted to check out, we werent going for test drive we just wanted to see how comfortable the seats were. We arent little people we have meat on our bones... Lol... And my brother is a very large guy so he wanted to make sure he fit in the drivers side seat. The salesman even suggested a few cars that my brother wasnt even going to look at but found out it fit him very well. The salesman even moved the cars so my brother wouldnt have to worry about squeezing in, he pulled them out and over so it was comfortable for him to get in and out of, considering he had a lot of trouble with his legs. So the salesman set up an appointment to go back and test drive the ones that he had suggested and one or two he liked from the beginning... There salesman and sales women are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate you.

My fault for visiting my uncle and purchasing a vehicle out of state. Buying process was great. Trying to get registration and posted taken of not so much. Back and forth game of blaming RegUSA. 60 days is what you have to get it done. Temp tags expired and they are telling me I probably wont get my state plates until 13 days after it expires. With a one vehicle household that does not work
