Visited this location to get my fiance off his family plan and onto mine. The worker adviswd that we coildnt do it there for various things that MAY happen (such as needing the owner of old plan even though he is authorized user) - advised us to call with them present and aasured us we could do it on the weekend.We went to his families - attempted to call and were told that the department wasnt open on the weekends and that he did not need his family present.We assume the employee did not want to be bothered to help?

The management has reached out to me and is courteous.The employees were all so helpful and nice when I was a brand new customer, however, after renewing my contract that has changed.After having some small issues with a device and visting the store for a trade-in, we were treated like dirt.

My boyfriend and I decided it was time for new phones. I was with Straight Talk and he was already an AT&T customer, but had the prepay service. Going to AT&T was definitely a mistake. We should have gone elsewhere or I should have stayed with Straight Talk (who actually have wonderful customer service). We go in on Thursday, January 30th and work with Jenna. She showed us the different phone options and told us about different plans. My boyfriend got another iPhone and I got another Galaxy. She told me I had the option of getting the 256gb instead of the 128gb after we had asked. I said obviously it makes sense to get the 256gb since its going to be the same cost to me w/the new plan sign up. We go through signing up, switching over phone numbers, etc. I couldnt get anything from my old phone to transfer to the new phone. She told us numerous times that there were too many people on the wifi so I should do it myself at home. Great.. thanks for the help. The AT&T app she told me to use never worked. We googled it ourselves and found that Galaxy phones have an app called Smart Switch, which easily transferred everything. She didnt even know that! Talk about not having any training in what youre selling. After about 2 hrs of being there we were finally finished and left. We go out to the car and I take the phone box out of the bag and notice its the 128gb phone. Talk about bait and switch. A good salesperson should show you the phone box and verify that its what you want before they take the plastic off of it.By this time it was already 8:55pm and the mall closed at 9pm. We go back the following day (January 31st) and speak with Al. He was absolutely no help and said only a manager could help us and could wave the restocking fee. Of course there wasnt a manager there. He just kept scrolling on his tablet and mumbling. Finally I said well come back and we walked out. We go back for a third day on February 1st and talk to another guy who was there all three days that we stopped in. He said he would have to talk to a manager and goes in the back. He then comes out and says they dont have any 256gb in stock and it would have to be ordered. I said ok, thats fine. Then he goes in the back again. He then comes out and tells us about the restocking fee even though this was not our mistake. He also tells us that our salesperson, Jenna said we never specified which phone we wanted. What?! Nice to know they accuse their customers of lying. The manger wouldnt come out to speak with us at all. What kind of manager does that? He also told us that since its the first of the month they would get into trouble for returning a phone. Again.. what??! How is that our problem? So we left. They dont care since we signed a contract and are stuck with them. Be careful if you choose AT&T because they dont care about their customers.

They don’t deserve ANY STARS! I have a very long story to tell of my switch from T-mobile to your company AT&T. Me and my fiancé along with my mother and brother all went to your Wyoming valley mall store in PA to switch services, we had just purchased two brand new iPhone XR phones a month or so before we switched and my mom and brother have their iPhone 7s. So we went to the store and we were told we could not unlock our iPhone XR’s so we had to get new iPhone XR’s and they couldn’t give us our phone numbers so we had to get 2 brand new numbers and trade in our iphones XR’s. so they told us our trade in value for TWO brand new iphone XRs is only $300 each FOR BRAND NEW PHONE that we in the first place did not want to trade in. Then we had to add to new lines to our already 4 lines. They put the 2 new numbers on our iPhone XR’s so me and my fiancé had TWO NUMBERS on each of our phones and 6 lines when we only wanted the 4 we had. Then out of no where we go to pay our bill online and the bill is $1300!! After we had already fixed the extra lines problem and they were removed and the extra phone numbers we never wanted. So the bill was saying we had 6 devices when we only had 4 and we never ever had 6 devices from switching over it was only ever 4 and the $1300 was showing new devices and now we have been fighting this since we switched in August 2019! We have had customer service tell us the retail stores and customer service phone call center is not connected and to go back to the store. WE HAVE WENT BACK TO THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES and the Manager has sent us away saying he could not fix anything and to call WHICH WE HAVE BEEN! we have also been told in the last 2 weeks we were going to be credited back the money and it says they tell us the credits were approved when they don’t show up we call and they tell us that they weren’t. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE, non stop run around. Let me sum this up for whomever is reading this, YOUR STORE SCAMMED US! They did not give us the correct value of our brand new phones and they put we got 2 new devices which I know because your customer service rep told us that they were actually worth $700 each! We have talked to high up and higher up and this has still not been fixed! Your store needs to be assessed! SCAMMERS!

This store is absolutely horrible! My family was sold a deal of us getting two half of phones if we get Direct TV since it’s a new promotion they have. We signed up and then got our first bill and were shocked by how much the bill came to. My family went into the store and the assistant manager told us there was nothing that can be done except pay the bill. So they lied about the discount being automatic, we have to wait 3 months to actually see the discount. Also after 12 months the direct TV bill will come out to 83+ not the 45 they sold us. These people were false and misleading. The assistant manager couldn’t provide us with any help.

The day before I went to the store, I lost all phone service for what was to me an unknown and mysterious reason. Someone had apparently hacked into my phone, stolen my number, and uncoupled me from the Internet. After much detective work, we learned that my number had been sold to Track Phone. I eventually had to open a new account, with a new phone number, with AT&T.

Terrible service when I went through the door they asked me to wait until we get somebody to service me right away after waiting 15 minutes I complain then the same kid who had been playing video games the whole 15 minutes walk into the back to get the parts that I needed and came back out ridiculously terrible service will never return to the store
