I love this Boost store! I was able to get my iPhone XR back in 2019 for $1 down when I was Boosting Up and I am just about to make my last payment. The employees there are always super helpful and really nice. Today the gentleman who helped me upgrade my SIM got that done within minutes, super fast and was very nice! I always know that whatever I need to get accomplished is getting done when I walk into this store. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! ✨ ⭐️ 🌟

This boost store is amazing! Deshon helped me put a new SIM card into my phone and I am grateful for his helpful spirit. The people here are great and this company is amazing. Glad to have my phone service with them!

Sometimes I think these phone co.hire anybody & just teach them the basics. We took our phones back 2 days in a row & they still havent figured out the problem & theyre new phones we bought from there,our old phones from there were almost 3-4 yrs. old & they dont seem 2 care that we left there still not satisfied.

These guys KNOW their stuff! Deshon and Mark are the best phone consultants i have ever dealt with in 25 years. They helped me from start to finish with everything. The phone deal i received is the best ive had. Stop in and see them you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys Mark K.

Bought phone online, needed it activated. Marquel provided great customer service. Got phone working under 20 minutes.

I wish I could give them zero stars Ive been with them for years and never got an upgrade or new phone so I finally asked about it and they first tried selling me a 300$ phone and then I said theres no way I will pay that much so he shows me a phone for 275$ thats when I left without even renew my monthly payment.

Every time I walk out of a boost store, im stuck replaying what just happened while i was talking to the boost employee in my mind trying to see if Im overlooking some information he had told me. my friend and i bpth gpt new phones last weekend, they BOTH are giving us nothing but non stop issues and problems. boost employees keep giving us the run around

Needed new phone.... Went there and was out in less than 30mins with awesome new phone and monthly plan.

Gotta say. Best plan out there. I have 2 phones. Unlimited everything. And 60 gigs of computer hotspot for. $100 per month. Both phones

I went to this store to purchase a phone for my boyfriend, as a surprise but I did not have his account pin. Which was fine because i only wanted to purchase the phone. I was advised by mostly the whole sales team to take his phone while he wasn’t around and retive the pin and if we didn’t have any trust issues then it shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t see how my personal relationship has to do with buying a phone. It was completely unprofessional. That was my first and last time going into that store.

Boost mobile is a good overall company but they do not own all their stores, I warn people please do not go to this boost store they will RIP u off without letting u know how they r doing it, i was a former employee at another boost store in another city so i already knew how things shoulda been priced but they tried charging me 160$ for an 80$ switch over plan... their representatives are horrible at their job they will con u into things like phones cases n tell u they r free or discounted but after I reviewed my receipt i seen they over charged on it thank god their customer support was their to help or else i woulda been robbed also they play games on the phone whenever u ask to talk to management they arent their 1second n the nxt they are they did this to a customer support rep and are being looked into very unprofessional people working their I recommend going somewhere else if u wanna go thru boost

I stopped today 7/17/17. I wasnt even at the counter when the guy behind the counter said can I help you. I thought thats strange, can I get to the counter first. From there it was all downhill. I was asking a question about my Galaxy storage and he said they dont train us Im an IPhone guy. I was trying to explain to him Im a physical learner and if he could show me how he was moving my pics instead of telling me that would be great. He said I told you do you want me to do it for you?? I have been a Boost customer since 2010. I was in this store before when the tall, lanky gentleman was in there and I had no problem. This short, stocky bearded guy (hes no gentleman) was so IGNORANT he brought me to tears, literally. I worked in customer service for years and that is not how you treat a customer. Im just sorry I didnt get his name. I am reporting him and this incident to Boost Mobile corporate also. It was 5:15 on 7/17/17. Im still shaking.I have never been treated like that in my life. I am a very happy go lucky person. I was also going to get the Galaxy 8...now I will not purchase it there.

I went in to make a purchase yesterday and TaLeek the cashier that helped me made the experience fun and gave me information that helped me with my purchase. They need more employees like him.

Wish I could give this dump negative stars. They arent helpful in the least sense possible! Had to come in and out of the place for two weeks looking for my particular phone,and when it finally arrived I was given some ol jacked up price and a speil about not being eligible for an upgrade, blazay, blah! Dont waste your time. Go to Best Buy instead!

Disappointment they sell me a broken phone and they don’t wanna do the exchange just because I wasn’t having the box they gonna give me the same phone and they don’t wanna keep the box they just take money from the ppl I was there and many ppl come to complain plus they have a very bad service no work inside of the stores like the malls and big business Walmart Home Depot etc

My wife and I were in yesterday and there was a nervous guy trying to pay his bill. As he was on his way out the guy behind the counter said Get the f(Whole Word) out. As a former store manager I was appalled and he should be fired. Please, God hope that wasnt the manager.
