They were helpful but didnt like my receipt had no price for my purchases just feel like something wasnt kosher good thing there are more locations of Metro in my area !!!!!

Don’t use this store . My brother went in to pay our bill we normally deal with this store and know the girls so he gave her the 100$ Our phones never came on we had to get a Extension and pay again now the manager saying she don’t see where my brother came in on camara the sad thing is the must hire thief’s fresh out .

Horrible customer service

Avoid this store!! They charge for services that are FREE at other stores. They will rip you off, thats what you will get at this store. I have also contacted corporate offices as well but only after they cant find the number and I called another store for it. I only gave one star because NO STARS is not an option. THEIVES. DISHONEST. If location is an issue, theres another store a few blocks down that is nothing like this one.

Extremely unprofessional, they do not know what they are talking about when it comes to anything in particularly the man who works there. I recently when down there for an Iphone SE today, and I was told there is none he has there or at the other stores affiliated, I believed that to sound very shady. When I was trying to speak to him he picked his phone up mid conversation, then proceeded to ask me what I said, because he was not paying attention. Also, before me was a customer and he was extremely rude I couldnt even believe it. Overall, I feel whoever is hiring these people needs to double check their decision, they are very rude, and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT waste your time going there, there is another MetroPCS, by Movies 14, I highly recommend them.

0 stars, i bought a samsung j3 prime from them... a month later screen is black, phone vibrates and i can get calls or text but cant answer them cause of black screen. last night i charged it up and help down power button and volume down and phone finally came on! for 2 mins, then right back to black screen.

Got there at 7:57pm (3 minutes before closing time) to buy an LG LEON because I lost my phone the previous day. After the two guys tried to sell me a GALAXY (with cracked screen) for $50.00, I didnt want it. So, finally they gave me an LG LEON (wasnt charged), so I handed the $50.00, bill. By this time, it was 8:06pm and Iasked for a recipient. They said they couldnt because they already shut down the system. So I charged the phone 43% battery and doesnt turn on. I was beat

Got a phone there a couple months ago guy started setting it up and another customer walked in obviously someone he knew asked me if i got and gave me everything to do myself and no receipt either. Also i know the prices were higher then other stores as well funny thing was he told me to bring my phone back cause they needed it for the discount or whatever have to say i kept my old phone figured i was getting screwed myself. Also attempted to talk me into buying things i didnt want either. At least i got my new phone and havent really jad any issues with it thank goodness

***PLEASE READ AVOID THIS PLACE***Last year my husband and I bought 2 cell phones in this place. They said that we have to buy the $60.00 plan during the first month of service and then we could change it. This was a lie because you can buy any plan that you want. We paid more than $300.00 And they did not give us a receipt saying that we are going to receive it in a text message.You have a few days to return the cell phone if you have not used more than 59 minutes. We had the right to return cell phones But one of the sellers hid all the time and the other one said that he did not know how to make a refund. The larger the sale they make, the larger the commission they earn. Thats why theyre such thieves and theyre stealing everyone. We were able to solve the problem by contacting the corporate leader of Metro PCS although the celler had communicated with him and told him that we could not return the cell phones because we used them for over an hour. Unfortunately Metro PCS is aware of this and does nothing about it. If you have any problems contact the corporate leader of Metro PCS (any other Metro Pcs should give you the telephone number) . You can also make a complaint against them through legal services.

Would never reccomend do not buy phones thier service sucks and you cannot unlock your phone for 180 days then they give you a hassel the service is the worst I ever had they will lie over and over just to keep you as a customer as soon as you buy a phone remember when your service sucks you cant use the new phone you buy off them they will not unlock it for 180 days then its a big hassel !

Worst phone service in the area do not buy a phone there you will be lied to and you will not be able to get a new carrier for 180 days to unlock your phone to use and then they wont send code the 611 number is no help and dont the service is so bad we cant even call each other in the same house thats bad!!!!! And we live in a populated area not in the woods !!!!think twice

The guy is a real scum bag. He scams everyone. He over charged me for a phone. Kept my old phone saying he was applying a discount then refused to give me the reciept and the box. Didnt even give me the charger. The phone doesnt stay charged for long. He gave me some boxed off the wall charger. So disrespectful. He pockets most the money and metro allows this
