Great ice cream at good prices. But their ‘ baby ‘ size is too big ! Last night three scoops tall ! That might seem ‘ nice ‘ to give extra, but it’s not. Because you can’t hand that to a toddler. And a diabetic adult may not be able to handle that much sugar. So please make your ‘ baby ‘ sized cones only one scoop on top. Thank 🙏

Fair prices for what you get. I recently bought a large twist soft serve cone. It was swirled over 8 inches high. It was a very hot day and melting too fast to stop and take a picture of it.

I love going here for ice cream. The staff is really nice,area clean and the ice cream treats are always delicious with many flavors to choose from at a great price.

They made my milkshake wrong and it was watery and disgusting. I’m pretty sure they used icee syrup and not ice cream syrup. When I took it back they wouldn’t replace it with anything and I had to ask for my money back because they were getting attitude with me. This place has been steadily getting worse and worse this past year. I used to love going here and we’d be here every few days. Not anymore. Never coming back. I advise to not go there. I can’t get the taste of straight iced syrup out of my mouth.

I wish I could give more stars as we usually never have issues. First, no cup holders is tough when you have a larger order. Maybe lids could help? My advice would be to use a larger cup and under fill it to meet the size ordered if you cant figure a solution out. That way, people will not have to scrub drips and sprinkles out of our cars. We were handed larger cups but no offer to help figure it out. Second, if you are on a register, you should have basic math down and people skills. We were just hustled on. We tipped still but its ridiculous how we were treated. This is why we stopped going to the Edwardsville one too. Im surprised as weve never had problems in the past at ANY of the other businesses (other than mentioned above). Small businesses generally like to have customers... We try to stimulate them and some make it hard-

In my opinion with price, flavors, options and quality included...no place compares to Malacaris in NEPA. The prices are unbelievable and the variety is incomparable.

Workers were very courteous. Great bunch of girls. I teased them about my whipped cream vs. my sisters and they were playful and we had a good laugh. Nice experience for my sisters first time there! She has since bought her daughter there. And her grandchild!! I tell everyone about the ice cream and all the flavors, prices are excellent, place is clean, the outside seating is clean, great place for 1- 50 people maybe more. Worth going to check it out yourself!!! Something for everyone, Im sure u will enjoy it.

Stopped at Malaccis for their pumpkin pie ice cream. Thick and creamy in texture. Interesting my wife and I thought the pumpkin flavor dissipated about three quarters away through the cone. Definitely going to give it another try as this is a great Fall flavor.

Had the best pumpkin ice cream Ive ever had. Tastes like a pumpkin pie with whipped cream on it. Its a seamless smooth flavor. Wish I could give it more stars. Also has a drive-thru which makes life easier during covid-19 ice cream runs.

Absolutely love the ice cream. Have been getting the strawberry sundae for two years. However the last month I’ve noticed they have changed(cheapened ) the strawberry topping. All goo, next to no berries. Back in March I could hardly finish there were so many berries. Please bring back the original!!!! Thank you!

They have so many different flavors of ice cream. From hard and soft ice cream, to milkshakes. The best was the pumpkin pie ice cream. I got it in a shake and it tasted like actual pumpkin pie! So good! And not to forget reasonable prices and friendly service.

I kept it simple and had a strawberry milkshake. The staff was friendly and allowed my mother to sample a few of the flavors before she made a decision. The consistency of the milkshake was excellent and I will definitely eat her again.

I love their ice cream, and if it was just the ice cream, Id give it 5 stars. I went yesterday 15 minutes before close and waited as the blonde girl sat, flirted and made plans at the window as we waited for over 10 minutes. When we got to the drive through counter, I asked if what kind of soft serve they had and she read the list to us. I asked for peanut butter and she said hold on. And asked the girl behind her. She said, wait what? And then the blonde said, Im sorry but it looks like we are out. The girl didnt answer her and she lied right to our faces. This is the 2nd time she had done this to us. Why say you have something, not check, and lie about it. Because of that employee, I will not go to this location anymore.

Great ice cream. terrible service. stood at the window while a young blonde was standing there texting as i waited. she didn’t even look up at me to take my order as she stared at her phone. very rude. then after i ordered she walked away to make my order bringing her phone with her as she texted.
