Ive been taking my car to Goodyear for a few years and I always get great service. The staff is always friendly, especially John and William.

Had slow leak in a tire. Even though they were heavily booked they were able to get us in. They fixed the tire free of charge. Saved us a lot of grief on our trip from Williamsburg VA to Long Island.

Had a fantastic experience here. Woke up to a flat tire yesterday when I had a 10 hour drive scheduled. Angela took care of me right away and the work was done without delay. Very friendly, fast and thorough job. Would highly recommend these folks.

Outstanding experience today! I had a slow leaking tire and an 8 hour drive home ahead of me. Angie was able to squeeze me into a busy morning of appointments on a holiday. She was pleasant, patient and extremely understanding of the stressful situation. Jay (also very nice and polite) took care of the tire and I was back on the road again without much delay. Unbelievably, there was no charge for the repair either! It doesn’t get much better than this. I would not hesitate to give them my business if I lived in the area (and will return if I need to when traveling to Williamsburg in the future).

Had to stop in today when our car said one of our tires had low pressure. After a quick look it seemed to be a nail.We got in right away to the Williamsburg VA location. Everyone there was very accommodating. My husband and I took a small getaway trip to Williamsburg. We stop to eat at a local restaurant and notice we had a major flat tire. We drove it to the Goodyear to get it fix, Angela the sales associates was so kind and welcoming. She informed us of how many cars were ahead us so we decided to walk to the restaurant and eat. It took them about 2 hrs due to short staffing for a patch job on the tire. But once we came to get our car, Jayshawn was very concerned about our wait time and was very apologetic. We will definitely be back as kindness is worth more than gold!

After flight cancellations, we drove to Williamsburg, VA from Danbury, CT. Hit something in the road that caused damage to 2 tires and a cracked rim. Special thanks to William for tracking down a matching rim and getting us back home safely!

On 07/28 I loaded my family into the car to head back home from a trip to Williamsburg at Busch gardens. I had started going down the road when I heard a clicking noise and we confirmed that we had a bolt in the front tire. I pulled in to this goodyear as it was the closest station for tire repair. I was pleasantly greeted by Jonathan who told me it would be at least an hour or longer to fix the tire. I decided to try a few other shops as we were in a hurry and didnt want to be delayed any longer than we had to.After trying several other shops on the strip, and to no avail, I did the walk of shame back to goodyear. When I walked in Jonathan met me and greeted me again still as pleasant as before. I advise that we have returned and that we would like to have the tire repaired. He laughs slightly and said that he thought we would be back.While waiting another lady came in with a similar issue and was told the same thing by Jonathan. That it would be about an hour for a repair. She, like myself, decided she would attempt to find another shop. I tried to stop her and warn her that we had already tried all the other shops and that this was going to be by far the quickest solution for her. She also decided to try her luck instead. Within 10 minutes she was also back. Again, Jonathan greeted her with the same pleasant attitude as he had before.After what seems like much less than an hour we were called up to pay the bill as I was reviewing the bill and signing the paperwork I noticed that they had completely written off the cost of the labor and the repair. I was charged absolutely nothing for the work. We asked to be sure that this was not a mistake and Jonathan smiled and said no its the correct price and that he hopes we make it home safe.I have never been so impressed with someones jovial attitude when dealing with 2 back to back women with unexpected tire issues. We are not always at our best when life throws curve balls. If we lived in the area he would have gotten a repeat customer out of me. We are all highly impressed with their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone in the area needing last minute repairs.

I ran over a screw and got a flat, had my 3 year old daughter with me. With less than 45 minutes until closing, Dave got me in the back for repairs quickly and Tommy did a fantastic job as always. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks guys!!!

Bad service. I came in the morning abd they said it will take two hours to get an oil change done. They said if I wanted I could set an appointment later that day, I did abd cane in thinking this is faster it took them over two hours to get it done!!!! The paper work to get the bill took over half an hour.Absolutely nonsense. I have no idea how they make money being so inefficient.Never coming back or recommending to anyone else.

I was on a mini road trip with my two kiddies and we heard something dragging under our car. We stopped at Goodyear and they quickly gathered my information and looked at my car. They fixed the problem with a quick zip tie and they charged me nothing!!! It was literally the best and quickest visit I have ever had. The staff was all so nice and helpful I highly recommend if you need anything car related please go check them out!! You will not regret it!!

Purchased two sets of tires, a set for our 15 Toyota Highlander and an 06 Honda Accord. Excellent service executed very well. Attentive to customer requests. No rework as the tire balancing was perfect. Young mechanic doing the work recognized a bent wheel. They helped us find a used one for a very reasonable price. Older facility but kept clean. We will go back based on these results.

I originally wrote a negative review giving this store a 1 star because of the service I received when i brought my vehicle back to have a strut issue looked into after they installed new rear struts. After I left the review John Canaday (store manager) contacted me wanting to make things right. He ordered a new strut and installed it under warranty. Now the clunk I have been dealing with for the last 6 months is gone. Furthermore, I was also having vibration issues at highway speeds and John determined that it was my tires which were still under Goodyears warranty. He replaced all 4 tires at an extremely low price and now my vibration is also gone. I went from having an appointment to sell my car to Carvana to keeping my car because the issues are finally fixed. John has redeemed my praises to Goodyear and I plan to continue to use Goodyear like I have for several years now.

Very courteous employees! Did not try to upsell. I bought 4 new Assurance MaxLife tires and they were quieter than my old Michelin tires and worked well in the rain! Great tires and a great price!

Decent work. My biggest complaint is a lack of attention to details. Usually there is grease somewhere on the door, steering wheel, seat or floor. Today they put my 2 new tires on the rear and I asked for them to be on the front.

Ran over a nail and they fixed it for free. Nice people and I’d buy from them.

I’ve been coming here for oil change, inspection, and whatever else and most of the time the manager has always been knowledgeable and kind and most of all i get my vehicle back in a timely manner.

Everyone at this location is fantastic (so fantastic, that I felt the need to post a review, and Ive never posted a review for anything before). I was able to get my car in for a state inspection immediately, without a wait (if you call around, youll know that is a big deal!), and was back on my way for the day within an hour. I only needed a windshield wiper blade to pass the inspection, which cost less than what Id spend on having gotten the blade myself, so their prices are more than fair. This will be my go-to place for auto service from here on out.

Suburban got a flat. They took me in within minutes and had it fixed within 30 minutes. This was a day before the hurricane. I was able to get back on the road quickly. Very Professional. Great Customer Service!!!! I will buy my tires here!

I called just before they were about to close. I had a nail in between the treads and needed it plugged . It was nice that they didnt try and sell me anything either. They had no problem getting me in and out. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend for your tire needs. Thanks!!

I went in 10/18/12 to get an oil change. I was the third customer in line. There was one associate working, Tray, and he was finishing up with the lady. The gentleman in front of me, apparently rented a car and was from out of town and needed to get a tire from this location. His transaction took all of 12min and including the 3min transaction from the lady in front of him that wrote a check, I had been in line for about 15min. During this long 15min wait, Tray never addressed me, never said, Ill be right with you or Just one moment maam, nothing...it was so cold. Customer service in this place is non-existent. So Tray ended up going into the mechanic garage to search for this tire the man was coming to get...still never said anything to me. It was my first time in this place and I also wanted to take advantage of the tire sale. I just left and went to good old Merchants. You all need to work on your people and customer service skills. Or just take Tray from the front because there is nothing customer service about him...sales, maybe, but he never got a chance to sell me anything because he never acknowledged that I was in the store! I will go to Hampton or Newport News before I ever step foot back into that place.

I dropped my car of the night before for a state inspection was told I was number 1 in line. Great!!! company starts inspection I think 8am. So unless something catastrophic happened my car should have been ready by 9. I get there at 9 my car is in the bay. 9:15 I asked attendant what was the hold up on my car. He tells me that there was a re-inspection of another vehicle that failed inspection and the re-inspection trumps all other inspections. At this time Im pretty upset. It was not the last date for my inspection. Thinking I was going to have my car by 9 AM turned into me getting my car around 10:15 AM. I was very disappointed, l left my car there overnight to get inspected the next morning. I was late for an event. I feel the re-inspection should not have been before me since I was told I was number one in line for an inspection. I waited patiently for my car knowing for sure it had no reason to fail the inspection. It passed and I left feeling very disappointed.

I came in to get service on my Lexus LS430 for my road and I asked for them to check my A/C brakes and tires. The Manager Troy took excellent care of me. I did not need the A/C service it turns out that my A/C had too much coolant in it. I know that if I wouldve taken my car elsewhere I wouldve been charged for the service, and not known any different. Troy also did a maintenance check on my vehicle and checked my tires thoroughly for my road trip. Once I came in, before paying my bill he went over everything with me, told me what services my vehicle would need in the future, and I WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR WHAT WAS NEEDED!! I would give this store 10 stars if I could. If you want excellent customer service, honest quotes come here and see Troy and his staff, if not you might as well flush your money down the toilet!!

Excellent Service! I just registered a new vehicle and needed a State Inspection on a Saturday afternoon. These guys were able to accommodate us that same day! The Manager Troy was particularly helpful and friendly to my family. I will be going back here for service in the future.

Life savers! Blew a tire on 295 during road trip on Sunday afternoon. Took it in, the guy at the counter Jerry was amazing. They made sure to check my my old tire in case they could maybe save me money. We ended up needing a new tire but the price was great and the service was amazing and fast! Highly recommend!

I was at Goodyear from 8:30 am until after 5pm. My car was getting a state inspection. When they told me my car would be looked at, after 2pm, I was ok with that. I could not find a ride, so I was stuck there for almost 8 hours. That was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. And the worst part is not getting updates like you have an hour left or something. I had been a customer for a few years but now I am so done!

Had a low tire pressure sensor come on while we were traveling home from OBX. We were able to get off of I-64, and located the Goodyear Tire Center on Richmond Road, which luckily was still open. When we explained the situation to Troy, the manager, he quickly addressed the issue, was able to have a technician stay late, and got our tire fixed so we could be on our way in less than an hour. Highly recommend this center!

The service was Great!We had a blow out with one of our tires. We called Good Year. We told them the tire we needed. They got it. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful & kind.If you need tires, Good Year is your place.

I got a flat tire (totally flat) on my way out of town. After getting the spare put on on the side of the road I cam here to have the tire replaced. They did check the tire first to see if it could be patched but it was split too much, though i appreciated them checking.They squeezed me in and got the tire replaced pretty quickly. It was a hot day and they let me bring my crate and dog into the waiting room which was very appreciated after all the stress of getting a flat. No pressure to replace all tires, and they found a reasonably cost close matching tire.Greatly appreciated and will go back there to replace my other three tires soon!

Second time coming to this shop for an oil change, everyone is very nice and helpful. I locked my keys in my car when I was dropping it off and they were able to unlock my car for no charge! They were very sweet about it too and helped me get my keys back quickly.

Came here from Ontario Canada on a soccer tournament and my brakes ran out on the way down. I thank them for doing it quickly but the technician told me that I need to change my brake fluid as well. I had the brake fluid changed two and a half months ago when Master brake cylinder failed.If I was someone that didnt know much about things they would have charged me to do something to my vehicle that it didnt need. I feel like they tried to take advantage of the situation

There we were, on our honeymoon heading to Bush Gardens when we heard a hissing from our car, a flat tire! We threw on the spare and continued our day. Around 5pm we dropped the car off at this very friendly service center. The very next morning our car was ready to go with new tires all the way around. The tires were very affordable and of a great quality, the customer service was even better. We thank you all for saving our honeymoon!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. The manager, Troy, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He had a lot of patience with me too because I dont completely understand vehicles, so he was happy to explain to me what the different services were without judgment (lol). They crew got all the work done in a timely manner when they said they would, and I drove away with my car in good working condition. The prices were fair. Last Friday, 10-5-2018, I took my 2007 Honda Odyssey to a different Goodyear location. They destroyed my tire just doing a patch job by filing the inside of the tire to the steel belts and scratched my vehicle with their impact wrench being careless. After a week of scrambling to figure out how to get this taken care of, my husband contacted this Goodyear location and spoke to Amy. Amy was professional and gave us all the attention we needed. I made an appointment for the following morning. When I came in on 10-12-2018 to buy a new tire, Troy was there. He remembered hearing the conversation between Amy and my husband and then Amy and myself separately. He gave me a 10% discount on my tire to make up for the other location ruining my old tire. He also changed my oil for Free since I was due for a change and he could tell I was distressed still about the other location and I expressed to him that I was nervous about using a Goodyear ever again. I will go to this store for all my tire needs from now on! Troy is a rock star and he was so sweet to boot! Thanks for helping a stressed out, over worried family who had fallen on hard times!! Go see these guys! You won’t regret it!!

Im a temporary transit, who has been to this Goodyear 7 times as of today. Troy and Kenny have taken beyond good care of me. Whether Im calling them with a question, coming in with an appointment or a walk in, they are instantly helpful. They have gone above and beyond to not only be helpful but have helped me save money. I would not have survived the last 3 months without them.

This is the 3rd time weve brought my husbands work truck because we have to for the lease plan. They act like weve never been here before, keep getting the run around about lease plan info, they lost the card out of the truck and last time forgot to do the inspection which is what we came for!!!

Ran over a nail on ride to va...tire flat, and these guys fit me in and patched on the spot. Also found other tire in back had a leak, and they fixed that too! Finally, a promotion from Good Year made this cost free! Great people, and really thanked them with a small tip towards pizza.

We just arrived mid-day from out of town and 200 miles away when our brakes went out. It was a Friday and the staff was great. The brake job was less than an hour and reasonably priced. What could have easily ruined our getaway weekend was just a minor problem easily addressed and fixed here at Goodyear Tire!

The assistant manager here Todd I believe was rude. On October 17, 2016 I had to return because they did not do my front end alignment correctly.

Taken my car to this only to find an important item missing from the back seat of my car. The technician that worked on my car is a good and honest guy. I wish I could say the same for others that work there. Someone in that shop got away with with my property. Too bad that I cant prove it. My advice stay away from this shop.

I was visiting the area and woke to a nearly flat tire. I had tried two gas stations who had broken air compressors. I saw this station across the road. They were quite busy but offered to get to the tire as soon as they could. Unfortunately traveling I couldn’t wait. They aired up my tires at no charge and even refused a tip. I was amazed by their service. I had previously had poor experiences with Goodyear tires, but I will definitely give them another chance.

Wrecked my belt tensioner and belt. They had it fixed within an hour. And were friendly / helpful. I was 1400+ miles from home and they couldve made me pay through the nose but they still did it for cheap. Great people.

In May- 2015, This repair shop scammed me on the VA state Inspection. They failed my 2006 Vehicle on 2 issues:1) a screw was missing on one wiper blade2) the headlights were not aligned correctly; they needed adjustmentI knew both repairs were fabricated just to trump up some business. Apparently I was correct, because I took it to the Dealer and they passed it with no problem.BEWARE >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>!!!!!

Dropped my vehicle off FOUR times in two weeks. Left it there for at least six or seven hours each of those days, to get repairs done for an inspection. The last thing left was the get the stuck lugnuts off of my back tire. They are either not doing anything at all, or unable to and arent telling me. It should not take that long. And because of that, I cant get a passing inspection, and Im also out on the two weeks on my rejection because of their incompetence. They told me the second time that theyd have to break them off. The next time, they called me AT CLOSING to tell me the person with the tools to do so had been off all day and his tools were locked up. What? This is ridiculous. Do not go there.

Got my oil changed here with synthetic, mechanic set the reminder in my car to 3000 miles when synthetic lasts 7k - 10k miles. Either two things, the mechanic is ignorant of how long synthetic lasts or he purposely set the reminder to 3k thinking his customers would not know. For being a professional car service center i believe this is unacceptable which is why im leaving one star.Edit 10/18/19: came here a second time and they took 4+ hours for a simple oil change, completely unacceptable and horrible service

I had my 1999 Chevy Truck inspected today and they were very thorough and honest leaving me feeling my truck was very safe for my son to drive. Customer service was great too!

I live about 1minute from the Goodyear on Monticello, but I rather drive to the one on Richmond road which is about 15 minutes because of the service they provide, which is customer service and great mantanice of your vehicle.

Refreshing to see honest people working here in this line of work. Front desk personnel are hit or miss, but the mechanics touching the cars are outstanding.

We were on vacation and in 100 degree heat our a.c. quit in our car. The manager Troy, said they were very busy, but he would get us in asap. By the time we ate breakfast he had us ready to go.

Terrible...Its sad when you are traveling and you have a flat tire and what is supposed to be a tire place wont take the time to fix your tire so you can finish your travels home. Pathetic. Go to Firestone on down the road because obviously Goodyear doesnt want your business nor do they want to help out your fellow man.

We have been using this location for years to service our family’s vechicles and each time Troy is always professional and helpful. As the manager at this location, he makes things happen. He goes above and beyond every time to get our vechiles back to us quickly and for a fair price. He is very patient with us as well. Near by competitors do not offer this type of service and the ones we have delt with in the past seem to just want to make a quick buck and could care less if you become a loyal customer. This good year location had our appreciation and our loyalty.

I have been taking my car here for quite sometime. i have had no issues with anything. i usually just get basic things like tire rotation and inspection, it does take some time to get things done, but so does anything else. i see a lot of bad reviews but i must say that i have only good service here. all i can say is dont judge a book by its cover.

The absolute worst experience ever. I went in for an oil change. I could notice the workers talking among each other regarding my car but no one had the nerve to tell me directly. Finally, the front end man told me that my vehicle was in GRAVE condition and should not be driven at all. He promised that I would not make it home in my cars current condition. My wheel was bound to detach from my car at any moment. I took my car to another local shop for a second opinion and they said absolutely nothing was wrong. I am so disgusted by the service and lies this establishment produces. I will never go back, and I will tell everyone who will listen about these despicable cons.
