The sales process was fine. Sales people were helpful and not overly pushy. A potential pricing glitch was cleared up without any problem. We purchased the delivery option that included removal of the old bed and setup of the new one. The delivery system showed a lower level of delivery service, but that was cleared up by a sales person checking with the warehouse. Delivery was at the promised time. The delivery people were professional and took adequate Covid precautions. Overall, the experience was very good. I would just suggest paying close attention to the details and following up on discrepancies quickly.

When it comes to rest, the right bed is best option for myself ! If I do sleep good Im ready to work all day long with no problems ! The guys at Mattress Firm are more than welcome to help you with the decision . One star goes down for choices in general! Im still traditional way guy believing in coil over the memory foam&gels. So yes, most of their beds are new age and Im not fan of it, but still enough choices for everyone

Worked with the store manager Julia who spent hours on multiple occasions explaining the difference between mattresses . We finally ordered a mattress but it was written up incorrectly. The next day I spoke with Julia and she immediately corrected the error and credited our account accordingly. Now I’m waiting for delivery. The process up to this point has been exceptional.

I have shopped at this location before and I must say that the new management has made a huge difference at this store. It is clean, neat, and organized. Don and Carter were extremely caring and intelligent. They spoke to how each item would improve my sleep. They have all price ranges and they have an easy 3 step process that made it easy to find the right mattress for me. I purchased the adjustable base with the lumbar support that has changed my life!!!!!! If it wasn’t for the gentlemen that worked here, I would have never found anything like this. I have purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm for four bedrooms since relocating here. They were knowledgeable, honest, and most helpful. We were under no pressure at all. In fact, a less expensive mattress was recommended for one room rather than the one we selected because the salesperson felt it was a better match for a back-sleeper. I was especially impressed with the service level after the sale. One of the mattresses had an unexpected minor problem when delivered. One brief phone call was all it took to get the whole matter completely resolved and a new replacement just a few days later. We are very happy with what we have now and our experience at this store location. Ask for Carter.

I called this store yesterday and inquired about a box Spring, IN STOCK, and the guy said they had what I was looking for for $150.00, showed up today and mysteriously no box Spring in stock for $150.00. When I told the guy this, he started saying I must have called a different store, when I told him I knew where I called because we had shopped there before, his entire demeanor went into the toilet. Im noping out for good on the sleazy salespeople at this place.

My shopping experience at Mattress Firm was spoiled by a sales guy who freely dispensed unsolicited sleep advice masquerading as fact, and who managed to insult both my wife and my intelligence by playing childish numbers games with the pricing (good for today only, my bonus depends on this, cant put it in writing, oops no business cards, etc, etc.)We walked out this otherwise really nice mattress store and bought a mattress in a box online from Tuft & Needle. Saved a bundle, saved the aggravation dealing with boneheads, and now enjoy a great nights sleep. No regrets.Unfortunate, because this Mattress Firm store is a large and well organized. It covers all the bases for mattress selection from basic to luxury. The middle price/quality range seems well represented. My experience was maybe due to a rogue sales guy who went off script--lets hope this is not a company-wide sales practice.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!!!! I bought a mattress from them that listed at $899 and had a ten-year full replacement warranty; it failed within eight months. After jumping through all their hoops to file the warranty claim, they told me that, since they had discontinued the model I bought, they would replace it with a mattress that listed for $399 IF I paid an additional $100+ to cover the “difference.” This is a full replacement???? I have spent over ten hours on multiple phone calls with “customer service” (a true misnomer) and five visits to the store attempting to rectify this situation with absolutely NO progress.

We were not impressed. The manager came right to us, we told him what we were looking for, and he immediately showed us the most expensive option, and only one other when we asked, even though there were obviously several more he wouldnt discuss. He offered a discount on only the expensive option, telling us he was in bonus and could do anything he wanted, but only tonight. When we hesitated, he lost all interest in us, and walked off to a corner, refusing to even turn around when we came to thank him for his time and help.
